We came in on a Saturday, and Kristin was there by herself. She did a great job helping us & going above and beyond to back up all of our photos & videos from previous phones. She is awesome!!
Fast and friendly service, helpful and patient
Lied about monthly cost of service. Did a terrible job at my upgrade and was surprised to learn my monthly bill would DOUBLE. Had to call the 1800 number and they were able to get things set right but it took 2 hours and a lot of transfers to various people to finally undue what they had done. It would have been nice if the salesperson had been honest and transparent the first time around.

Just ordered my IPhone 12 Pro Max and found out I was on a old plan and the new unlimited plan I signed up for saved me money! I was in and out in 15 mins! Great service and super helpful staff!
So I called this 45th st location asking for help with my device. One of the employees here answered the phone told me he hasnt heard of the problem I was having on my galaxy, I asked if he personally owned a Samsung device or not and he told me he is an IPhone user, he replied with Wow thanks! And Gung up the phone after I jokingly said Lucky you. And when I tried to call back they refused to answer my calls. Im so glad this guy can take sarcasm so well.

Not pleased. I went to the 45th st location, as I was told when I called into customer service they could only help me in the store. I waited 25 minutes without help in the store so ended up calling in again and was told they were able to assist over the phone. I live 30 minutes from the nearest store. Thank you for wasting my time.....numerous times.

I went there to switch carriers from metro pcs to at&t, they told me they couldnt do it when i asked why? they stated i need to call metro and ask to release my number. I told the sales person i have all the information you need account # password. He stated no call metro and have them release your number. Left went to T mobile down st, they switched me within 5 minutes, gave them account # and password, i had t mobile within minutes. I guess this is why T mobile is doing better then at&t.
Not very knowledgeable staff. This is not a corporate AT&T store so their policies can change at a moments notice. I had three visits for the same thing and was told three very different stories.
Absolutely horrible service. One person (the manager) there and multiple people walked out due to slow service as he was struggling to comprehend what was going on. After finally figuring out what was going on with them, he got to us (an hour later). He was utterly useless and had no idea what was happening with a business phone plan and couldnt figure out for the life of him how to get a phone to switch on a business plan. Within 5 minutes told us he couldnt help us without really trying. HORRIBLE customer service and will not ever go here again.We waited so long our pizza was cold...Stats:Total customers lost in 1 hour : looked like around 4Total people helped in the whole time we were there: maybe one? But couldnt get a new phone due to his incompetenceTotal time there: 1hr 20 minutesTotal time helped: 16 minutesTotal useful help: ZERO

Made the switch from Verizon to AT&T and had a pleasant experience getting set up with a new phone and plan. Until my first bill came and the free tablet I received with my new LG G4 was adding an extra $10 line fee to my bill. I had specifically asked the sales rep if there would be any kind of line charge or fee because I already had an iPad and didnt need the tablet. I also had a $45 (phone) and $15 (tablet) activation fee on my bill that the sales rep said they would waive. I went in to follow up on getting the fees waived and the tablet line removed and the same sales rep reassured me he would have the manager get it taken off. Another bill came and went and the fees and line charge were still on there. After a couple follow up calls and a 3rd bill I was fed up with being strung along so I switched back to Verizon. When my final bill came from AT&T I had the remaining installments due on my phone (Verizon will pay for that) and to my surprise I also had a $135 cancellation fee for the free tablet that was supposed to have been removed months prior. The cell service with AT&T was comparable to Verizon but consistently receiving poor customer service an led follow up left me with no option but to switch back to Verizon.
