Love the help the social services give in this state. Very straightforward applications and the people are fairly friendly once you get a one on one appointment. Will definitely go back for SNAP benefits and Medicaid in the future. Have to do yearly reviews, but some people have to do them every 6 months. Great place.

Nice people, easy to get what I need done

Didnt really help with what we needed. Got an attitude when asking questions dealing with a baby. It was horrible. Nobody was in the lobby they could have seen us. I wasnt pleased

Down there for businesses there cool

ND social services are by far the worst. They are called Cass county zone due to them messing up there own cases and now are being monitored by local government.

I went for help to fill out some forms it was the most wonderful experience the person was absolutely fabulous and every time I go there they help me with my forms its a wonderful attribute to Social Services.

The lady at the front desk got more done for Me than my actual worker. Was treated rudely by worker whenever I was able to get ahold of them, than got no where. It makes Me sad that there are not enough workers but that still doesnt mean they have to be Rude or judge people they do NOT know anything about. Hope that more training into mental health issues is something that may come to them in the future.

Cass County Social Svcs. Has been very helpful and respectful to me whenever Ive needed assistance they helped me.

Need an appointment before you go. Wasnt able to get help I had hoped for. Instead had to get assistance over the phone.

Sometimes the wait may be a bit, so go during low times, but everyone is always so kind and the cops that hang out by the door are usually just chill and hanging out.

The first point of contact was beyond rude, I told her I needed to speak with the worker, as it was something serious/ very important and she just blew it off. Absolutely ridiculous.

They have irritable, overworked reception. Cold, irritable, overworked staff. Social workers become social workers to help people. I cant imagine what type of leadership creates such an anger filled, retaliatory, depressing, indifferent ethos. Very sad. Reminiscent of No soup for you!! (as in gotcha) from the TV sitcom Seinfeld, crossed with Superstore (incredibly inefficient, inept, ineffective, ill-informed, inconsistent, seemingly uncaring employees).

Some services are pretty limited. If you can do a job of any dont hesitate to work.

The service for adult and family services is terrible. There is always a long wait and you must grab a ticket now instead of standing in line. There will be no one standing at a sevice counter, neglecting to call the next number up. Front desk is very rude and workers are impossible to get a hold of. They never call you back and rarely send out a letter to let you know of appointments, reviews, paper work that must be turned in, and proofs needed to start or continue healthcare and food assitance benefits. Overall it is always a horrible place to visit and the wait is long. Most of the time you have picked the wrong ticket option and need to be referred to a different counter which pits your ticket back at the end of the line.

Well after getting transfers 4 times the 5th time got a recording saying she would bu gone Friday March 31 and would be back on April 2nd so no I was not very impressed. I really need help

Think they need to go back and read what they stand for. Not to mention should all be on the same page about stuff they all should know the same information. One says one thing the other says something totally opposite .

NEVER returns phone calls it has been a week and I have yet to receive a phone call back from anyone here and I have left numerous voicemails.

This place is the absolute worst place i get put on hold every few seconds and then when i do talk to someone i am told off in a rude manner and then told that because the person has over 100 clients that she cant send emails to everyone that it has to be in the form of mail because she as she put it she do not have time to send emails
