They had some nice items-some were over priced and some of the wedding decorations were not stocked well. But we did find some of the things we needed and a few extras

I called the store at 1115 to see if they had a availability to do 5 balloons. I talked to Samantha, she told me they can do the balloons but they wouldn’t be ready to pick up until the end of the day which is fine. I asked if I could order online and she said no because the online ordering is down. I drove to the store pick out my balloons and streamers. There is 22 people in line in front of me. I get to the counter and they tell me that they can’t fill my balloons because too many people came. While I understand they can’t control the customer volume. I think it’s insane that that wasn’t communicated to me. Unprofessional and unorganized staff.

Still a bit pricy for some items but nothing that will break the bank. Overall has variety of things to choose from for parties. Things are out of stock a lot it seems here so plan ahead.

Didnt have ANY graduation stuff left. The store was dusty. Took 20 mins to checkout with one customer in front of me. Wanted to help shop local...left w a cup.

They have such a wonderful variety of party items. I had a faulty balloon and they gave me a new one without any trouble at all. Wonderful customer service as you walk in.

Shelfs were empty. Staff was lacking. Line of people at check out. Only one cashier. Two persons filling ballons (priorities)

I was able to get custumes for the kids. The web page showed 50% off. Once I got there it was like 10 and those were sold out. Talk about bait and switch.

Party City is right. They have so many gathering type supplies. This could be the one stop shopping place for those kids birthday parties.

I have a six year old diva who likes to dress up the associates picked out a perfect outfit for my daughter. Ari and Ericka did an amazing job. If you want to plan a costume party. This place is where it at! Costumes R so fun when your stuck at home!

Inventory is gutted. Floor layout remodel is awful. Little to no cake decorating supplies. Mainly Halloween decor and costumes. Balloon Dept is a disaster with fewer choices and increased prices. Will use online party supplies rather than store.

Staff has very helpful. The store was clean and well lit. The line for the check out was kind of odd but not bad. Good selection of both loose and bagged candies.The isles were wide enough for me. I did not check on the bathroom(s) or lack thereof.Will be back to check on other stuff later in the year and news years timeOver all very good for what I saw that day.

Honestly, this place is awesome! Almost anything and everything youd need for a party! Even if you cant decide on a theme yet, prepare to be inspired walking the halls of this colorful place! Staff may be less than enthused, but maybe it gets boring being reminded all day how much fun everyone else you help is going to have while youre stuck stocking a bazillion different products! Plus, the candies are fun to pick out at 10/$1... weirdly, my 6yr old son loves to just look around at everything, its a fun place :)

The manager was rude to the employees and the customers

I was in there and asked a employee, Yvonne, for help she was absolutely rude to me. I honestly dont care if youre having a bad day, but when you get to work leave your personal life checked at the door. She was absolutely the worst ever!

I had went in looking for specific items that Walmart had been out of. Everyone was very friendly and I was asked multiple times if I needed help. I was able to locate said items while browsing the entire store. I found lots more ideas for goodies for my girls birthday party and will be back soon to purchase more. I was kind of sad that they were out of some of the different color pails in the candy area, since we are doing a rainbow theme, they would have been perfect. Hopefully they are in stock this next visit.

Party city is way over priced on there balloons wont go back there

While a good place to grab party supplies, I didnt find it any better than going to other box stores. Some things you could also grab from a dollar store for a more reasonable price. However, you might end up hitting more than one store where you can do a one stop shop here.

This place is amazing! I always do crazy stuff and this place always comes through with having just what I need to pull off surprises and any other type of shenanigan that I can come up with. Keep up the good work!

Went to get balloons before a surprised birthday party...got there @ 6:10pm..Theyre closed!! Who closes @ 6pm on a SATURDAY...especially during the Holiday season???

Every party supply you could need especially if you are okay with shipping. Decorated lots of parties with success. The only thing is most of the staff can be disappointing and frustrating to deal with except a few that care about the job and their customers. Still worth the trip there though.

Why would you send my husband home with 20 balloons that dont float? Why do you sell balloons that cannot have helium iin them? What is my daughter supposed to do with balloons that fall on the floor??? Those arent balloons they are balls!!!!!!!! Youve ruined my daughters Sweet 16!!! I hate you!

We wanted to order balloons to release in memory of our daughter who passed away. My wife actually worked with the manager who, without any sense of compassion, rudely stated we cant buy them because they are metal and we could hurt someone. Sure, I get it, but be a little sensitive considering this is in memory of a little girl that passed away. I called in and she bluntly stated I told her like I tell all customers. There in lies the fault. Some customers get to give them to their daughter, we dont. Dont be some cold customer service robot. Especially if you are leadership.

Everytime I’m in here I have issues with the staff. Yesterday was no different. Piñatas had a sign that clearly reads licensed piñatas are $19.99 and non licensed $14.99. When ours rang up at $19.99 I told them about the error and the cashier said “I don’t know what to tell you” and didn’t look into the matter. The tone from both her and her co-worker were terrible and unfriendly. The selection and prices are why I keep coming back but there is always a sense of bad attitude and unhelpfulness with the staff each time I am there. My co-worker has also expressed the same issues to me when she is there. Frustrating for sure because there is no where else to go.

I dont even want to give them any stars. They charged me 30 dollars for 9 balloons. They were all tangled at the bottom and charged me to put a bag over them. Their manager argued with me when I asked them for one so they wouldnt tangle more and charged me for it. They should be offered.Very poor customer service. Very rude. I will be calling their corporate office to tell them how rude they were. NEVER again.
