I had to return my rifle to the rifle manufacturer for repair. The manufacturer sent me a pre-paid (for me) label and receipt and told me to take it to any UPS Store for packaging and shipping. The manufacturer was to pay UPS for these costs. That’s what I did. I took the rifle in the protective case that came with the gun. The gun & case needed to be boxed for shipment. I was told by the UPS Store that no UPS Stores in the Fargo area would accept the gun for shipment and that I would have to take it to the terminal on 12th Street. So, that’s what I did. The person at the terminal looked at my label and receipt and then said she would need to see the manufacturer’s FFL before before accepting the gun. Furthermore, the terminal would not package it and that even though it was paid for I would have to package it myself. So, off I went again, this time to try and find a box & packaging material to ship it. $20.00 later and a copy of the manufacturer’s FFL in hand, I again went back to the terminal and finally got got the gun shipped!! I think the Fargo terminal and UPS Stores should re-visit the gun packaging & shipping policies. What I went through was unreasonable at best!!

I hope to never have a package delivered through UPS again. First time ordering wine offline and its been nothing but a huge headache. The costumer service woman blamed us for not knowing the policies of the package and that if we didnt pick it up the night she called it would be sent back. Why would I know that? She never stated it once in the phone call and never once sounded urgent for us to pick up the package that night- so when we came the next day at opening, we were met with well, I called you to come in, so I couldnt keep it. Ive talked to the vineyard several times and was told there was a five day policy to hold, so the passive aggressive comments for us to not come in on a Thursday (when theyre closed) was pretty inappropriate. Not to mention not once was it even attempted to deliver. not one door tag. Policy if three attempts, and I dont even get one.Im hoping to never work with you again.

Was supposed to arrive Friday at 7, came at 9:47. Driver just put the sticker on the door with no words. No business on weekends since it wasn’t an air delivery. Changed it to a cvs access point and then was told that it was on the way the whole day today through the tracking app. Went to cvs and it wasn’t there, called customer service and they said the truck was full so they weren’t able to put my package on the truck. Horrible experience.

4 days late on guaranteed delivery shipment and when it arrived it looked like it was stepped on multiple times. The worst shipping company and horrible customer service!! Every single shipment I’ve received in last 9 months has been worthless with lost packages, damaged packages and severely delayed with no tracking information.Do yourself a huge favor and go with the triedand true best shipper, Fed-Ex!! Zero problems with anything using Fed-Ex. Executives at UPStake note of what they are doing and copy them.

The customer entrance door is on the south side of the building (just north of the T-intersection @ 12th AVE N & 40th St N). Customer hours are posted on the same side and there’s placards where customers park/enter. The team there is friendly and knowledgeable...great customer service and sense of urgency!

The front door is way back and is not clearly marked. Very embarrassing to have to stop and ask someone where to go and then hike some distance from the parking lot with a broken foot. Customer service was ok, the woman seemed a bit put out that I was there to pick up my package, guess she had better things to do. The employee in the warehouse that directed me to the customer entrance however was very nice, thats the sole reason for the 3 stars instead of 1.

I have been waiting for some very expensive equipment for work that was suppose to be delivered on Thursday but had a DELAY. I get it things happen. Saturday comes around and I’m still waiting on my package. I then get a text message that my address is incorrect and they apparently attempted to make the delivery. I’ve been at home all day waiting as well as tracking my equipment. I’ve had so many packages delivered at my home on more than one occasion!!! I call ups and I get the run arounds all day since 1pm this afternoon. I call as soon as I see that and I was told I would get a phone call from the warehouse about my package. 4 1/3 hrs later no phone call so I decide to call again. After I called I was told it would be held and will not get it until Monday and the possibility of me getting it re delivered today is slim to none!!!!! What a waste of my time with everyone here, I called as soon as I could to make sure I could at least pick it up since the driver seemed to be lazy and not even make the attempt to even call my phone number to see if maybe the address was wrong on his end (which my address was confirmed and it’s right)

Left me a note that I wasnt their to sign at 3pm. Its not like everyone can be him at 3 in the afternoon. Then the customer service center is open from 3-6pm. Nice easy 3 hour window for the working man to get home and then go back out and get a package. Youre a delivery service not a pickup service. people pay for you to ship to them, so ship it to their door

Not only is UPS a garbage shipping service, this particular customer service center is UNIQUELY terrible. I wish I could give it 0 stars.I have called multiple times about why packages are not being left at my apartment, and I have gotten as many different answers as I have different service reps.I have done literally everything I have been recommended to do - I have UPS My Choice, I have entered the security code for the apartment, I have released them to leave packages without my signature, yet none of this has mattered when it comes to actually getting my package. When I informed the customer service rep that I had taken all of these steps, she had no further recommendations / ideas about why my packages are not being delivered. She would just repeat the same instructions that I had already completed days prior. Not only do they not know how to help you, they have no power to fix these matters for the customers. There is no service part of the customer service.I had two packages slotted to be delivered by UPS on the same day - I would assume they would both come on the same truck to the same address at the same time? OF COURSE NOT! This day, ONE of my packages was delivered and left at the door with no problem, but for some reason, the other one was not left. Now, I have to drive to this stupid customer service center that is 20 minutes from where I live to pick up the package.So terrible. I wish I never had to use UPS.

I cant for some sad reason give them zero stars. But their drivers should sadly be at least intelligent enough to actually try and look and see if a customer is actually home or not before they mark their customer as not home I actually watched their truck drive past my home this afternoon while I was outside AT MY FRONT DOOR. He didnt even bother to quickly slap a sorry we missed you sticker on my door and run away without knocking like we have dealt with in the past. ( Im praying its not the same driver but cant be certain one would hope that that guy would have been fired but seems that ups doesnt give a damn).

Packages rarely come on time. Always an excuse. Today i scheduled an in store pick up. Was told it was ready, drive across town to get it, only to be told it hasnt been sorted yet and will have to come back tomorrow. Im done with ups and will pay the extra dollar for fedex going forward. Get it together, ups.

Horrid service. They delivered the package but just left a door tag. I had been checking and waiting all day. Called customer service 3 times, waited an hour beciase they said it was coming. Never did. Cant get it picked up or re dropped until tomorrow. So terrible...this has happened to me 3 times.

Be aware this is a delivery hub where you can drop off packages. It is not a full service center. If you need to hold a package for pickup it is great but it is not a UPS Store.

It’s unfortunate i could not choose zero stars. Gal working at the desk at 830pm Monday June 18 was a real treat. I will never ship anything UPS again and if that’s the only shipping option i won’t purchase from a company. I told them they should take down their “committed to customer service” wall hanging there also. More like “committed to helping the customer with absolutely nothing”.

Do not ever go to this roadside dump. Rudest staff of any UPS I’ve ever experienced. Sad.Update: A young man (evening manager) came to desk to sort things out and remedied the situation with the front desk woman who needs to find a different job that doesn’t involve working with customers. Got my package after waiting for 20 minutes. Still hard to believe you can’t go to UPS and pick up a package considering that’s what they do, handle packages for customers. They have a “hold for pick up” sign right in front of the desk, yet they say they really don’t do “hold for pick up.” What does that mean? Unbelievable.

Horrible service .. I lost $45 and couple of weeks times due to the stores inefficiency and the lack of process with UPS.Heres what happened : a) The local store told me they dont have the package and asked me raise a complaint with the customer care b) Investigation Team is of no use they couldnt find the packet lying in their store. c) The local store sent the packet back to shipper after couple of days d) I am still fighting for the refund but no use the call goes on hold for 30 minutes and u have to explain the entire story to 100 people.Avoid this Courier service please.

UPS Customer service is horrible. Spend $110 for a package that was supposed to be delivered Wednesday, over a week from shipping it. All was fine until on Wed all of a sudden it showed wrong address. Turns out the shipper had flipped around the 2 middle digits in our house number. We are the only house within a mile radius, so its not hard to guess the actual address from that mistake. But ok, they delayed it a day. Came when no one is here, so I tried to take advantage of their scheduled delivery that they advertise, and go through all the steps of creating an account with them online for about 30 min or so because the site just kept sending me back around to sign up. Finally it says I cant sign up because my address is commercial. Nope its not, so back to calling customer service. They said the are able to pre-setup the account for me, and to go back online to schedule the delivery. I asked if we can do it on the phone, but no, cannot, has to be done by me via computer. So back to computer, sign in, shows I have no deliveries coming up. At that point I have been at it for several hours and go to bed, thinking I will be home at the time tomorrow they guy came today. He promptly comes 4 hours earlier that day, so I missed him again. Back to calling customer service to get this delivery scheduled before they send it back. Customer service says wait, you can pick it up today yet if you want. I am all for that, even though its a 26 mile drive one way. Customer services promises the local center will call back within the hour. They do. Local UPS say Just kidding, the driver will not be back at the center with your package until Monday or Tuesday. So you are trying to tell me the driver will not go home for 4 days? Or take my package home with him? She cant answer that but knows package will not be back until Tuesday. I call back to UPS customer service to get the redelivery set up for Monday. Customer service cannot find my account. Has me spell my account name, spells it back wrong to me. At that point I have literally spend hours on this, and ask politely for a supervisor. Customer service HANGS UP on me. Bottomline: I will spend my money with the postal service any day. They come reliably, dont pretend to miss my house when its the only one for a mile around, cost less about 30% to ship saddles, and deliver way faster than UPS

Stay away from UPS if you can help it. They tried to deliver a package to us twice, during the day, which I then adjusted to me picking it up in town (1 hr roundtrip). 30 min after I picked up said package, both my husband and I receive a call from a restricted number, with a UPS supervisor claiming his driver had just tried to deliver packages to us for the third time and they now will send them back. The slips we had only had the one package on them, that I just picked up. Now I have to be on hold for 80 minutes to speak with a supervisor, apparently they cant call me back, I have to wait on the phone for 80 min. Another option is to pay $5 per package to reroute it to a pick up station thats only 30 minutes away from our house, as opposed to 45 min away for the one where the packages are now. #UPS #UPShorrorstories

Same experience as many other reviews. Ive gotten attempted delivery notices dated for times I was home, and Ive now SEEN the drivers walk up to the apartment doors and stick attempted delivery notices without actually attempting to deliver.Then you have to pick up the package at a facility that clearly wasnt designed for heavy consumer traffic between 3-6. The people at the service center are very nice, but it seems the drivers are to blame as they ignore the My Choice delivery requests, nor actually attempt to deliver. Ive never had this issue with UPS until moving to Fargo, so it seems its just a very poorly functioning branch and/or their drivers are incompetent.Im tired of leaving work early to go pick up a package because local UPS employees ignore instructions. Fedex and USPS may not be perfect, but they are WAY less frustrating that this UPS is.

Every f***ing time I have a package through you people you dont even have the f***ing decency to knock or buzz my door. you just leave the note saying its going straight to the access point. I dont want it to go to the f***ing access point because every time it does it gets signed for then goes missing and I get told it never showed up but when I call I get the name of the person who signed for it. then I cant even call your facility where I have to pick the damn thing up and you guys have the sh*ttiest hours.

Wow ordered a package 2 weeks ago and it has been delayed 3 times. Went to the facility and told I couldn’t pick it up. Told it was out for delivery and said it was delayed once again. Even though I just saw a UPS truck drive by my house. Customer service wasn’t really helpful :/
