Cancelled my services due to it not working in my building. They still charged me for 2 months after words. Customer support number doesnt get anything resolved. They tell me one thing and the next week they say something else. Very disgruntled and very fed up with the lack of customer care. Do not recommend.
Really bad internet and poor customer support.Recently moved to the area and signed up for the 20Mbps service. Tech came out and said given the area I would only get 10Mbps and would be paying the same monthly price.First day using my service I noticed it was terribly slow. So bad service I have not seen bad service like this in 2021I’m waiting for my enternet about one month still not received I call them everyday no help.
I can’t wait to never communicate with them again. They didn’t show up when they said they would and there is this weird faux-nice culture with WHAT they say but never HOW they say things. It’s almost uncanny-valley-like. Glad to have a cancel confirmation and go with Sparklight instead.
It been unreliable for the two years i have had it, tech support is helpful after a hour on hold. Today i got told by tech support that there is something wrong with there wiring, it will take a week to get a tech out to fix it. Yes a week! let that soak in if you are thinking of using CenturyLink!

Set up automatic payments and it took my payment for the first month then it skipped a month. I got charged a $10 late fee because the automatic payment takes a month to start. Knowing this in the first place would be great. Removing the late fee would make sense too but they didnt do either.
I run 3 streaming TV easily with the 1 gig service
The absolute worst provider. Terrible customer service, got hung up on 4 times while trying to upgrade my WiFi. They are very rude and aren’t helpful I was on the phone for 3 hours with no help. I should not be paying $50 a month for 15 mbps. Switching internet providers ASAP
Locally I have great customer service with the install and repair. Customer service, sales, and managers..... Ive had monthly problems with them for the last two years with my bill very rude on the phone I can expect to spend a guaranteed 1 2 3 hours on the phone and still not getting resolution to any problems I make all about. Customer service by far is the worst Ive ever dealt with in my life
Keep 5g EMFs out of my neighborhood! Online help is TERRIBLE! Phone lines go down OFTEN. Internet is slow and never have the speed you pay for! Dishonest company with MANY hidden fees!
I waited all day Wednesday for a repair because they said between 8 and 4:30. Nobody came so I called the 800 number and they got ahold of the Fargo office. I received a call from Fargo saying someone would be here today. Got the same 8 to 4:30 timeliness. Still waiting. I think the problem is with the local people though and not company wide.
If you want internet that cant even load HD youtubes. music is okay on youtube as long as you set it to 144p itll load.
If i could give 0 stars i would we have called many times then sat on hold for hours at a time. You cant have 3 devices hooked up otherwise it cuts out and you cant stream on any of them for more then 10 minutes. Also we have to unplug the router and plug it back in atleast once an hour up to 4 times an hour
My internet has been down for over 3 weeks with no answers of why it has taken so long to resolve the issue. Each time I contact customer service (because the local agency doesnt deal with those issues, apparently) they say that the service will be fixed within the week and that they are so sorry. I ended up cancelling my service with them because I was told it would be another week before a tech could come to my apartment to fix the problem. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED doesnt even begin to describe my experience with CenturyLink.
