I have been working out with Jason for the past 3 months. I feel stronger and in more control of my body. After having three babies and not taking the proper time to recover afterwards we focused on regaining control of my core. Jason made sure I was using proper lifting form and modified my workouts as needed to prevent injury. It is never too late to start taking care of yourself.
