We have had our kids in both rec and competitive programs, as well as open gym and birthday parties and love them all! The rec classes are very creative, especially given the space with multiple classes going on. The coaches from our experience have bent over backwards to work with our kids even on their most timid or distracted days. The coaches are a cut above, truly, and at all levels. They all care about the athletes whether the athlete is a toddler or representing them publicly in competition. Ive always had prompt responses to any questions Ive had, and all emails have been answered with the utmost respect. They did a superb job with safety measures during the pandemic last year and took every precaution possible while also slowly starting up their programs at a pace that made sense and provided excellent at-home workouts, too. This tells me they can role with any punches life throws. I do like the freedom for parent-tot for toddlers to run around at AGG (bigger gyms), but the parent-tot at TNT is really great too, just different. Other than that, weve enjoyed TNT being our home away from home every week.
Love toddler time from 8-9AM! They have so much to do, and my son really has a blast!
WONDERFUL staff all around, the coaches for our birthday party were SO engaged and FULL of energy -to the warm welcomes at the desk. The party planning was EXTREMELY easy and comparable for party rental spots. Absolutely would RECOMMEND!
My son went from ages 2 to 5 and loved all the programs. Make sure you sign up as soon as programs open, its very popular, so you snooze you lose! Also good start times for classes that give you breathing room before needing to run to yet another thing! Yes the viewing area is small, but you can bring a book or occupy yourself, this is for your kiddos not you.
They asked my Granddaughter to wear a mask n gave her one! They Are Not supposed to ask them to wear one, much less give them one to wear. I took if off her!!
Very unimpressed with the summer camp, no coaching whatsoever on bars
Great facility with great gymnastics instructors. They offer a wide variety of classes with different age groups. The only con and really the only thing that I do not like is the parent observation/waiting area. There isnt enough room for everyone to sit and the visibility of the gym floor is terrible. I really enjoy watching my daughter and would much rather be able to see and encourage her rather than sit on my phone for an hour.
Mixed emotions about this place. Glad theyre here for lessons and the instructors look to know what theyre doing. Most of the time they pay attention to the kids. A few times Ive seen instructors chatting with each other and small kids trying to get up on objects dont get the help they need.Main issue I have here is the waiting area and the prep area. No organization here. Just a cluster of kids leaving one class and another set coming in. Then instructors come into the room yelling the class name and can barely be heard. The waiting area / viewing area is kind of a joke. Only two tiny windows which one really only shows the gym. The other has a desk and junk in it. About half the room can actually watch their children learn here. There are two tiny 20in screens on the walls that show two other parts of the gym. That is nice but with the small screen you cant really see what theyre doing in the back.Suggestions:Would be nice if they used a microphone and speaker so the entire waiting area could hear classes being called.Would also be nice if classes werent lining up in middle of all the other kids coming and going. Cant even tell if a class is lining up. Some form of organization in the main room would be appreciated.Upgrade the TVs. Get a wider camera view to show more of the gym.Get more windows in the waiting room. Theres part of a wall that they could add more. And if they think seeing parents would be distracting then get one way mirror tinting.
My daughter was enrolled in gymnastics for a 9 week session. Her teacher was awful. She showed obvious favoritism towards the kids who were better gymnasts. Instead of getting down and actually helping the kids learn how to do cartwheels and whatnot, she just showed them how she does them and expected them to just magically learn how to do it by just watching her. She wouldnt get down on her knees and actually help them at all, with anything. It was ridiculous; my 5 year old learned absolutely nothing and in fact cried a few times after we left because of how she was treated. I called a few times to speak to management about our experience, but each time I called, I was told the director was out and that shed call me when she was back in office.....and yet I never heard back. My daughter didnt even want to finish out her session because of her terrible experience. I would never recommend this place. Such a waste of time and money!!!!!
I was very upset that open gym was closed for school age. I understand you care about your workers with the weather, but you decide to cancel early the night before when all the roads were plowed in the afternoon. You couldve opened later in the day. People have programs they look forward to.
Great place! Kids LOVE it and the staff is so wonderful with every single one!
I was on the TNT xcel team for about 4 and a half years great experience for the first two years. Things just started going downhill from there. Coaches began to stop coaching me and caring about me and focusing on others than giving one small correction to someone... I left for highschool and THRIVED got many skills that i wouldnt have gotten at TNT. I came back and continued to basically teach my self on the team. I left once again for high school and when the season was over my previous coach had texted my mom about me NEEDING to have COMMITMENT to the team. And i knew before the text i wasnt going back for the way I was treated... What do you call dedication to a team for 4 and a half years? But i guess what i want to say is that dont go here if you want to be o an xcel team. The coaches are terrible, except Ashlee she was my only support those last few years. Thanks for the support Ashlee. Thanks!
Nice place. The parents loungue should be relocated to the upstairs viewing deck. Sucks as a parent not being able to see your kid?????
I will not be signing my child up at TNT again. When you walk in the smell is awful throughout the whole building. It smells like very strong urine. Also the area where you watch your children is way too small and very hard to watch them.
Great place - very inclusive for disabled children!
Had a ninja party for 11 kids. Definitely worth it.
Great support for disabled children.
Girls have a great time
I went here about 3 and a half years ago but I have a question does this gym provide a homeschool program?
