Love the noon restorative class. Makes me feel good all day. Teaches me to be more mindful. So easy to follow Brendas prompts.Online class works surprisingly well. I love her studio and cant wait to go back but also love how convenient the online class is. I recommend buying a bolster and 2 blocks for at home practice. Makes the class an all around complete experience.
