Horrible. They sent abstractor out to my property without my knowledge or a courtesy call. I drove into my yard to find 3 people in my buildings and corral with my livestock. They could not provide any identifications when questioned what they were doing on my property. No responsibility was taken by FM Title when I called. They blamed me and it was my fault that I should have been aware that a title was needed on my refinance. I refinanced six months ago.
