Ive used dial cab for Sanford medical pickups several times normally I have a good driver but I called this evening to confirm an appointment the guy was rude short with me and hung up as I thanked him very much all I heard was the phone clicked down so for the most part good company reliable friendly staff put sometimes the phone operators to take calls need to be a little more courteous but what I use of again yes

Called night before and scheduled pickup at 5:45am for morning flight. Called at 5:50 no body show, man in other end said “we’re really busy someone will be there” and he hung up. Called at 5:58 spoke to different man told home we needed to catch a flight. He was more cordial but couldn’t tell me when someone would be there, only that they’d been sent. At 6:02 we had no choice but to drive and park at Airport which we will now have to pay airport parking.

Always gets me to my destination. very good taxi.

Fairly reliable but dont waste your time on app or trying to use their website. Cant set up an account without app and app wont let you verify the account to set it up.

Very prompt. I love the text message sent once cab is booked. You can track your cab eliminating any anxiety. Smooth ride and friendly drivers. Also great option for early morning transport.

Extremely fast calling interaction and fast pick up. Smooth clean ride to the airport, and it didnt cost an arm and a leg.Ride share service wasnt available, and this was my first time interacting with a taxi. Very impressed by the professionalism and the price.

Its a cab. They show up. You go where you need to. You pay... That part hurts. Otherwise no issues

The driver was very safe, courteous and friendly. Didnt have to wait long, maybe 7 mins. Will use this taxi service again if the need arises.

Was quoted a 30 min wait to get picked up from the hotel...15 mint later the driver was here. The driver was really nice and helpful, the cab though could definitely use a cleaning. No funny smells or anything but the floors were dirty. Driver was safe and got us there in one piece. Id hail them again if I was in the area.

Worst ride service in the Midwest. When I worked at a hotel they were on our “do not recommend” list. I’ve personally been threatened by a driver in a strip mall parking lot because I rolled down my window and asked if he was going to park or if he could move to the side because he was parked in the middle of the lane looking at his phone and I couldn’t get bye. I watched one drive thru my friends yard and over a curb bottoming out the bottom of her van to get to a apartment building instead of driving around the block. And last but not least I was behind one going 45 in a 25 on a north fargo road. They’ll hire absolutely anyone apparently and none of them think laws apply to them, they’ll cut you off in traffic with less then a foot of space to spare. They’ll go out of business eventually.

Very unprofessional. In the last two experiences, the drivers sped, slammed on brakes and swerved. The vehicles feel like theyre going to break any second. Plus wanted to take longer ways to mess with the meter. I felt very unsafe and when I called in a complaint, the business didnt do a single thing about it. I DO NOT recommend doyle taxi services. Very dangerous and unprofessional

First driverJessica was very nice, on time, and friendly. Vehicle was very clean. I will be using them 2 more times during my stay in Fargo. I will update later on the other drivers. Second driver he was nice, friendly and arrived quickly got me back to my hotel quickly. The only problem I had is that he was a smoker and the vehicle reeked of smoke if I would have known that there were options for non-smoking vehicles I would have taken it. But he was courteous enough to roll down the windows to let it air out and was courteous enough not to smoke while I was in the vehicle so that was kudos to him. Update final driver was just as good as the first two I dont know what all these people were complaining about earlier in the reviews all three drivers were very nice!!!

Tried to get a cab to work, they wouldnt answer the phone. Tried to place one online, had to sign up with an email, cant login until I activate it thru the email. Look in my email only to find promotions and no way to activate my account, worthless.

Drivers are friendly, service is MUCH safer then Uber or Lyft in my opinion. Cars are clean, rates are fair

First cab company I call when I need a cab. Open 24/7 far as I can tell. As a night worker thats important to me. Theyve all been pretty cool friendly good conversation and fair pricing. In other towns Ive had cab drivers take wrong turns or the long way the entire trip doubling the price tag but Ive never had this problem even remotely with Doyles. 5/5 would reccomend.

Always makes sure you get to where ever you need and puts customers first from the drivers to the dispatch call people, very nice nice and professional, 😊

I called this morning the guy on the other end was very unprofessional and and impatient he was rude when all he had was one job very disappointed and unprofessional dont let them treat you like that your the customer

The dispatchers were quite rude, and even yelled at me. I ordered a cab and was told 30 - 45 minutes wait time. After 45 minutes, I called back and polietly asked for an update. The dispatcher just said, no. I politely said I had waited the 45 minutes and was wondering if she had an estimate. She said No. It might be 5 minutes or one hour. I said that I would need to cancel, and she snapped at me.

We have had more that one customer complain about their service and multiple of their drivers use my works parking lot like a race track flying through at 30+ mph. (And I have tried to call them so they know about the issue but they do not answer)

Called for a taxi the same before and morning of to get to work and both ti es confirmed yes a taxi would be there at 5:40 am to get to work called back at 5:45 am to be told I was the second on the waiting list.

My driver was friendly and took the shortest way to my destination

Drivers are nice staff on phone are rude and crabby used them weekly for medical rides and I confirm every ride the day before.. and every person I have talked too in office is rude to me every time ...but drivers are polite and great people ...so now I called doyal a few times after leaving this review and office people have been very friendly ...so its hit n miss ...overall good service

Requested taxi service in advance for a ride to the airport and they never showed up. I called and the guy was extremely rude. Just use Uber.

Dispatcher was super nice and the cab showed up in a reasonable amount of time but that’s where the positive experience stops for me. Driver couldn’t find my very obvious apartment and I had to guide him over the phone to my place, then drove in the oncoming traffic lane for a while on a road that had a concrete divider so he couldn’t even get back to his lane (not that he even noticed) then took a really weird and unnecessary route thus making my fare larger. Will probably explore another cab company option when Uber and Lyft aren’t available.

I’ve used Doyle’s before, and every time was terrible. One time, the driver had his girlfriend with him. The other times, the drivers were rude and the cab smelled. I’ve also been flipped off, brake checked, cussed at, and cut off while driving. Every time it’s been exclusively by Doyle’s cab company drivers. I can’t believe this place is still operating

My car died on my way to work which I work the over night shift. It was -20 or -30 one of those and I call doyles first at 11 and said I need a cab I told them my situation and where I was and for 30 min no cab called them back and said they did not have a cab for there so I gave him the address to where I was AGAIN and he said 20 min for a cab......30 min later NO CAB AGAIN call them back and was like where is my cab and told him the address and says we didnt get a call for that address. This taxi company is worthless I was waiting for these people in the freezing cold for like an hour. Get it together doyles you guys really suck. Thank God for the west fargo police...

Scheduled a ride for 9, said they always plan to be 15 minutes late....not sure why. Didn’t show up for 40 minutes. Also didn’t answer the phone when I called back a second time.

Took Doyle Cab a few times they are very friendly I like this company. The only thing I didn’t like about it last time is that The cab that I was in didn’t have AC and it was very hot!! I felt bad for the cab driver he was sweating they should not be driving when it’s this hot in a cab with no AC specially when you’re wearing a mask I could not breathe very good and I just got done with my infusion so that’s the only problem I have with that time

The wait time it took to get a cab was horrible. I didn’t find out how long it was gonna be to get a cab until after I paid. I called 5/11/2020 to get a refund and have yet to receive it!!! The guy who answered hung up on me upon the refund request!! I would recommend just using Uber or Lyft and not pay these crooks your money!!!

This taxi service is hit or miss. Ive used them four times...to and from the airport. The to the airport drivers in the morning were great, helpful, and very pleasant. Their vehicles very clean and well maintained. However, both of the return trip drivers were mediocre. Neither helped me with my bag, both of their vehicles were disgusting and dirty inside..

Dispatch continuously gets the address incorrect and then treats the customer awful. Uber and Lyft may be a little more expensive but worth not dealing with the individual I dealt with last night...

The man who took my call was extremely rude and hung up on me after I simply asked how long it would take for a cab to get to me. I could see on the tracker that the cab driver had gotten lost, so I called again to see if I could get ahold of the driver since my area is a new development and sometimes GPS systems don’t work. The same man answered, and again was extremely rude and told me to just “wait outside” before hanging up. Then the driver didn’t speak to me, and ignored my time saving suggestions on the route. I ended up late to work when I should have been 15 minutes early. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I used them the first time (never took a taxi before) in a bad snowstorm several years ago. I felt so bad when I remembered later that I never tipped the driver. I called Doyles to see what I could do and they told me that it was okay. Recently I used them several times while my car was in the shop for a couple of days. I always had pleasant drivers who I felt safe with and visited with during the drive, the last one even waited in the cab to make sure my car started okay when I picked it up from the service shop after work - around midnight. Very pleasant experiences.

One of this company’s drivers failed to yield and about ran into me. Proceeded to lay on his horn until I stopped. Then he went a step further to get out of the cab and claim he was in the right. Driver wouldn’t give me a name, but I would never do business with a company that hires drivers that react as this individual did. Older guy, grey hair and grey beard that was driving a Doyle’s silver van. Can just about imagine what kind of customer service this company has if these are the individuals that work for them. As a company it’s about image, this is a very bad image.

Terrible. I called for a hospital discharge at 4pm and driver didn’t come till 6:30p after I threatened to call Uber. We called several times and nobody seemed to know what was going on or care for that matter. Don’t recommend this taxi for reliable pick up!
