Called 3 times over 3 days to arrange a ride, no one ever answered.

Called to go to the airport but they didnt pick up. Cant comment on the service, but for taxis, reliable service is what sets them apart from ride share apps, and in my singular case they didnt live up.

They got me to where I was going Ither than that the driver was a little rude and not the most careful driver

I called and requested a pick up. I believe that her name was Kayla. She was great. She had great customer service. She had me laughing when I was already having a bad night. I would highly recommend her and the service. I will definitely call Lucky 7 again!

I was staying at a hotel, needed a taxi to get downtown, and the front desk recommended Lucky 7. I called and they sent Kayla and she was there in about ten minutes. Ride was nice, Kayla was pleasant. Price wasnt bad. Id recommend Lucky 7 Taxi.

When we were in the taxi it smelled very bad like smoke. When she dropped us off she informed us that she can come back and pick us up. She stated to us to call the number back, which we did. She informed us that it would 15 to 20 minutes and she would be there to pick us up. A half hour went past, which was fine we understand how busy it was. 40 minutes past we called and she stated that she was sorry and a bit backed up, again we understand. So another 15 minutes past so we call again and she proceeded to hang up on us and never did show up. We get how busy it was but on her behalf that was terrible service, although the rates were good. I would not recommend this taxi service.

From someone who has traveled over the past 20 years, Jeff is one of the best taxi driver I had the pleasure of meeting and who is very nice who I appreciated during business with. My best always from Colorado.All smiles!!!!

Driver was female, cant remember her name. But was running late for work, and she got me there as quickly and safety as she could. Super appreciated it.

Waited an hour just for nobody to pick me up. Apparently when I call for a ride I have to make it known that I want them to actually show up. Next time Ill call someone else

Car was waiting at airport for passengers when we got off plane, and cheaper than Uber. Not to mention riding in back of nice, clean Lincoln Town Car Executive L versus whatever Uber brings up. Will use service again!
