This was probably one of the worst haircuts I have ever received as well as the most awkward. My stylist Erin was terrible. You could tell right away that she did NOT want to be working and didn’t say a word to me my entire haircut. After deciding what I wanted to do with my hair, I could tell she was cutting TOO MUCH off and it was not what I wanted. She did a REALLY high fade which is not what I wanted. She also blended the side of hair where I part my hair to too short. I told her that the long part of my hair in the front is really hard to grow back, so I said I just need the ends trimmed and that will be fine. She proceeds to take almost an inch o hair off…. Which then did not blend at all. My head looks like two different styles going on and doesn’t match. One side is shaved and the other side is poorly blended. At the end you are supposed to get a back massage and she said “do you want the back massage?” I said no only because I wanted to get out of there as soon as I could. Again, she said absolutely nothing during the hair cut and was rude. Did I mention it only took her 15 minutes to botch my hair? I would not recommend this establishment at all. This is not the first time I have gotten hair completely botched by a stylist who doesn’t listen and clearly doesn’t care about the client.

Very disappointing. I went here 2 weeks ago to get a haircut the week of my wedding. The haircut was fine but when I asked if I could have a beard trim as well, I was told they did not have the time and I would have to reschedule. So they scheduled a beard trim and hair styling appointment for the Saturday morning of the wedding. Seemed like a good idea, beard trims arent too risky and I would save some time getting my hair styled at the same time. As wedding days usually go, I was running a few minutes behind. My appointment was for 9:00 am, I called ahead and told them I would be a few minutes late but please dont cancel or move my appointment. I was told they were very busy and had to bump me a half hour. I begged them not to and to please get me in just a few minutes past my original time (appointments are booked for half hour blocks and a beard trim / styling should take 15 minutes). I was told they need to bump me but might be able to get me in early. I arrived at 9:05 am and begged to be seated but they soonest they expected would be 9:20. At 9:20, I asked if I might be seated soon, I even mentioned I was getting married and just needed a quick beard trim and hair styling. No luck. They took another customer back for a haircut during this interaction. At this point it seemed unlikely I would even be seated by 9:30. They could not get me in any sooner. After pleading to be seen, I left without a beard trim or hair styling.All-in-all, customers are just a number here. If you book, expect to arrive early and be shoveled out the door as quickly as you arrived.

After my old stylist moved, I had to find a new place, and Im so lucky that I came across this facility. Cheryl did an amazing job on my hair. She was extremely detailed and particular about making everything look just right. Very nice environment with warm and friendly staff.

Friendly stylists! Each haircut comes with a shampoo and scalp massage, warm towel on the face when getting your hair washed and a shoulder massage. Sometimes they are super busy. Call ahead.

Took my boyfriend here for a haircut and it was fantastic. All of the employees are friendly and timely. The stylist who cut my boyfriends hair did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this place for any guy looking for a great haircut at an even better price. For haircuts I believe the prices range from $17-24 before tip.

It was first time visiting this location and I felt very comfortable. This not your traditional hair salon. It is indeed tailored for men. They go above and beyond here, and include a hot towel on your face when washing your hair and even a shoulder massage!

First time here. I got a very good professional haircut and a style change. Definitely going back to see Cheryl.

I went to this location for about a year. Had good and consistent haircuts every time. However, This last time I scheduled an appointment with them I was a few minutes late (7 minutes) and they cancelled my appointment. She staff member apologized that they have a strong 5 minute policy. Frustrating, but understandable. So I reschedule for that afternoon. When I arrived I ended up waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time before I was seated. I feel if you are going to have a policy for your clients you need to hold yourself to a similar policy.

Nice lobby/ foyer area, easy to get appt, lots of options on services. But the last 2 times I have taken my son here to get his hair cut I have had to trim up some obvious areas that were missed, as in hair that is still an inch longer than around it!

I go here regularly and almost always leave with a decent haircut. I dont get anything fancy. Im never super disappointed, but there has been a time or two (out of 20) where I felt it could have been better. The stylists are always nice and seem to know when to keep the conversation going and when to let you relax. They do a shampoo and conditioner with a quick massage at the end. For a 15 dollar haircut, I think its a good deal.

Upon arrival we were informed we were one minute past their five minute “late window” and could not be seen. When I questioned us missing the threshold by one minute, it was confirmed again by another employee. No apologies or sorry for the inconvenience- just they canceled the appointment for my 8 year old and turned us away.However the main reason for this review is after being turned away, while sitting in our car directly facing the salon and calling around to other salons looking for availability- three available stylists were chatting and laughing with each other the whole time. Completely open, no other customers.We won’t be coming back.

First few years, they were good to welcome walk ins. Last couple years, consistently turned away walk ins even with 4+ hours before closing. I’m done with this place.

Its fine... Better than SPORT CLIPS. I have gotten (at different times) the BEST haircut and the WORST haircut of my adult life at the same Osgood location (different stylists). The cut you pay for is likely going to be fine, if you want consistently better, then pay more elsewhere.

Took my little guy in and they did a great job. He is 5 and has some hard times with noises and when the buzzer is by his ears. The stylist did a great job listening and made sure he was comfortable the entire time.

Always have had a great experience here, and for $15/cut I cant complain! The stylists have always been courteous and friendly and always listen to my requests; sometimes they seem a tad rushed, but when you have a lot of people waiting thats understandable. If you dont make a reservation you have to realize most of the time you will be waiting 30-40 minutes if you go at peak times. I usually go in the mornings on the weekend and Im in and out in under a half-hour. Not sure why some people have complained about getting there reservation being bumped because they showed up late, I guess some people lack common sense...

Walked in with no appointment but they got me in within 30 minutes. My second time at this location but the computer didnt recognize my phone number and they never entered info on my previous visit. Just wanted a simple haircut so no big deal.However this is the second time I have gotten home to find my sideburns very uneven (by a good half inch) that I had to correct myself with a razor as well as spots missed that didnt show up when hair was wet. I can do without the hot towel and the back massage if it means I get a haircut that I dont have to fix at home later.3 stars for getting me in ahead of their estimated time. 1 star for a haircut I have to fix at home. Next time I guess Ill go to Great Clips.

I have been going here for a couple of years and I always schedule an appointment. When I schedule an appointment I would like to think I would get in. When I go in usually they arent ready for me and I have to wait till 5-10 minutes to get in. I can deal with that. How ever recently when I went in with the appointment I wanted 20 minutes and then just went up to the desk and said that I was going to leave. Thats when they said they were ready for me. No apology or anything from them but I did reschedule with them for the next afternoon and was 6 minutes late due to traffic. Yes I was late and thats my fault. They said they if you are 5 minutes late you loose your spot. They also said they had already filled my spot and were full for the next 40 minutes. Thats as 3 of the workers where standing and talking. I wont be going back here and wouldnt recommend it to others.

Mostly go there because of habit. They do a good job, but when you make an appointment understand that they will usually be at least 5-10mins behind schedule on getting your haircut. They usually apologize so its whatever, just dont go if youre on a tight schedule.

Went here for over a year- the haircuts aren’t that bad, it’s the management, appointment scheduling, and timeliness that have made me stop going. I am always 5 minutes early to my appointment and I typically wait around 10-15 minutes until they get me in which is fine, I can understand 5-10 minutes behind schedule as long as it’s occasional. Recently, there was one time I couldn’t make my appointment unless I was about 5-10 minutes so I called ahead to let them know. There is apparently a 5 minute late rule and said I would have to reschedule, and due to my future travel plans, followed through with the reschedule because I needed a haircut. I went to my rescheduled appt next day and waited over 20 minutes without any apologies or notices so I walked out. My time, as a customer, is just as important as yours.I now go to their competitor down the road.

I usually go to one of the Mens Hair House locations to get a hair cut. It is true they are sometimes understaffed for walk ins, but call and make an appointment and you will get in easy. I like the job they do with the hair cut and the amenities are nice. Hot towel on your face while you get your hair washed after, and a little back massage after that.

It wasnt the greatest haircut and now they wont do beards because of covid

Great experience when I can get in. Love the hair wash and scrub. Wish they offered online check in. Always a long wait for walk ins. Appointments are an option but if you are late at all you are bumped.

Friendly staff who actually know what they are doing when it comes to mens hair. Waits arent usually long, but reservations are definitely recommended because they do get busy. When in doubt, refer the their judgement because they know style.

Made a appointment for 2:40 with Ashley because I liked my haircut from her last time. Arrived at 2:46 because of construction and traffic was informed I would have to wait. I said ok Ashley was working counter so I expected a short wait. Ended up waiting 40 mins and she started cutting a walk ins hair so I cancelled my appointment and didnt even receive a apology for the wait I never going here again.

Worst walk in service I have ever seen. I was told 40 minutes and as of right now it is 70. Also they have turned away 10 people seeking a simple haircut. I cant imagine how much more profitable they wood be if they just took care of business. Go figure! Think it is time to go next store to Great Clips!

I have been to two location and made appointments both times. The first time I had to wait 15 minutes after the appointment time and no apology was made. The second time I waited 20 MINUTES after my appointment time before I walked out. If they cant respect my time they dont need my business.
