Ive been a member of massage envy for over a year and usually have good experiences with them. However in the last 2-3 weeks Ive had TWO massages cancelled with an hour or less of notice because the therapist (Gabby both times) couldnt make it. If I cancel as a client with less than 24 hours notice Im penalized. Yet when Im given half hours notice, like today, nothing is done for me. After talking with a friend who goes there too, sounds like its a pattern with Gabby...

Thank you to Audrey for providing an outstanding 90 min session! I feel great! She upgrading me to detox aromatherapy and an exfoliating foot treatment which was so luxurious!

Had a great massage with Gabby! If you need some serious work done shes the one to see. Told them I was hurting and they got me in the next day.

I have now have had my 3rd massage from this location. They have been professional and on time. The staff was friendly and courteous. My massage was a deep tissue massage which helped my stiff neck tremendously.

First time at Massage Envy on 45th. The therapist, Gabby, was almost 10 minutes late. I had to tell her numerous times to use less pressure. She was rough and worked fast, not relaxing. She also smelt like a stale cigarette and tried to cover it up with perfume and a breath mint. After the massage I had to find my own way back to the front reception area. The receptionist was very friendly- that’s about the only good part of the appointment.

Kara Ziegenhagen is a great massage therapist. Great customer service and outstanding overall experience. Ill recommend her to all my family and friends!

When I first started going there they cancelled my appointment on me telling me my massage therapist had family stuff come up. Turns out they gave my appointment to a member instead. I continued to go because my massage therapist I follow was there so I became a member. When I went to end my membership they had lots of ridiculous rules. Read the fine print when signing their contracts...

I wasn’t told about getting charged an additional fee and did not authorize the $40.00. Or I wouldn’t have had done the service. Same with the one at 45th I even told them I will not pay and as soon as I left they charged my card that I did not authorize them to 20.00 bucks! These guys are frauds! And I’ve already paid my full year membership up front. This place is a scam. Not happy how I was treated. Am disputing with two banks with these guys. Major headache. Highly don’t recommend either place in FARGO.

My first review of this place: It was a nice environment and I was helped right away by the staff. I had no problems with my service here. I had never had a facial before or even been into a place like this before, and the staff showed me around which was nice. I only waited five minutes for Gloria to come get me. She was great; she explained everything before she did anything! (I got a microderm infusion aka; hydrafacial) The service itself was wonderful. My skin feels wonderful and makes me feel good so I will continue coming to Massage Envy!

I purchased a couples gift card for my wife. Being a nurse she has to schedule her time off at least 4 weeks in advance. We did so. They DAY OF the massage we got a call saying that they had to cancel. I requested that I get my money back that I spent on a gift card, they said they do not do that. I ended up getting in touch with a regional manager. For the inconvenience of having to cancel, he gave my wife a free facial skin service. Fine. I get it, things happen. Soo we schedule another couples massage about 2 months out. THE DAY OF AGAIN, actually an hour and a half before the massage, we get a call saying they have to cancel because one of the therapists had car trouble... really?? Can you not find a way into work this day in age?? I am currently trying to get my money back AGAIN. I would reccomend NEVER scheduling a couples massage through Massage Envy. Especially if you have to take time off of work and plan ahead.

Terrible experience. Dont ever sign a contract here. The only people who can cancel your memberships are managers who seem to never be there. I have called multiple times, gone in to the office multiple days on a Friday between 8-5 and a manager is never there. Getting frustrated, they stated they could email my my cancellation contract. Never getting anything in my email or hearing anything back from a manager, I cancelled my card because they had already charged for my next month. They then sent me to collections, suspended my account and charged me for another month even when I couldnt have used the membership. Terrible company, dont waste your time or money.

I have enjoyed each massage therapist Ive had. They can do couples massages. Try to book two weeks out or more, to have first pick of availability.

They cancelled my last two appointments and didn’t have a lot of options when rescheduling. I signed up for 6 months of services from them and I wish I hadn’t. The only redeeming quality about this place is the staff are nice.

I have had a 2 hour appointment on the books now for almost a month. I got a confirmation call yesterday that I expected, today I was called and told that my therapist was out sick.While I understand completely, there were no accommodation made and no attempt to rectify the problem even after I was clear on how much pain I was in.

I had a facial today, ask for Betsy she did a fabulous job!! Super relaxing, loved it! Smells really good too, friendly staff!😊

If you dont already go, you should treat yourself. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly.

Massage was so, so. I didnt want to sign-ups for a year of massages. I wont be back.

Have had issues with managment. People come and go. My therapist left, and I happy for her. Place really going south.

Availability of several massage therapist so it is fairly easy to accommodate schedules. Updated 11/15/2017 - They have very high turnover. :-( Which makes it frustrating when you find a good therapist to stick with them.

Would recommend. Refuse to try another lady since the other was god awful. I like Dakota! Try her out!

My 1st experience at the 45st location was awesome! Elleri greeted me and explained about the Spa with useful information.. Lisa L. gave me a microderm infusion treatment. She was professional as well as putting me at ease. My skin looks and feels great. I could not be more pleased with Lisa L, and Massage Envy.
