Stated at a couple big box stores with terrible service. Jim at Karls was great, very helpful, knew what was in stock and what would take a while to get. Installers/delivery was very clean and nice too. Good local service.

Had our dishwasher go out and most places around town had little to nothing in stock. Looked on Karls website and found they had the exact dishwasher we wanted. Called the Fargo location and spoke with Doug who said they didnt have any in-store but their warehouse location had a few. We came into the store, put money down on one of the dishwashers in the warehouse location and they had it available for pickup in under a week. The dishwasher had two issues once we got it home but everyone in-store and Chad were more than happy to help out and make sure things were made right. Overall I would highly recommend looking to Karls for your next appliance purchase. Prices were great and the people were friendly, answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed!

Salesman was very genuine and didnt push a sale. He also provided us with recommendations given our home design and situation. Overall, a pretty good experience.

Horrible customer service! Dismissive and not female friendly.I ordered all new kitchen appliances in the beginning of July. I get there is a pandemic. But I took extra precautions to order things that would be in stock. It was months before the first items arrived and that was after I took initiative and asked for them to be installed without the whole set. I called every month, I got guaranteed delivery and I have talked to the top of the top and we will have it there for you!Its a half of a year later and I still dont have everything. And no apologies. No trying to right the wrongs or calls to update me on progress... Which is the least they could do.Not to mention these guys are dismissive and misogynistic. One even said are you sure you dont need to go talk it over with your husband before you buy?

Very experience, and knowledgeable about the appliance we were looking for. Highly recommend them for all your needs.

Drove 1.5 hours to get a freezer. Showed on website they had several different freezers. After getting there, was told they didnt have any.... could order one....bought one at Lowes....cheaper

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE TOWN OF FARGO. CALL THE SIOUX CITY STORE AND HAVE IT SHIPPED.I went in to Karls looking to buy a dishwasher. I wander around looking at what models they had. Several salesmen made eye contact with me so I figured I would be helped fairly quickly, boy was I wrong. Watching salesman after salesman walk buy me and not even ask if I needed any help I began to get frustrated. Twenty minutes went by and I finally left not ever having talked to one person.I didnt want to take my business to a big box store. I remembered an old Army buddy of mine worked for Karls down in Sioux City. Giving him a call and explaining my experience he said he would be more than happy to order anything I needed. So from now on I will be giving him a call and having the everything shipped from the store direct to my house. Special thanks to Marquise salesman of the year.

Great pandemic shopping, looked at their website for product info,. Communicated with Brian via email and phone, they had the item at another store and got it for me in a few days, picked it up at the delivery dock, forklift set it down next to my vehicle, and they helped me lift it. Less expensive than online also.

I purchased an upright Frigidaire freezer for just under $700 on 10/27/2018. The unit stopped working in March 2020. I called Karls and spoke with the salesman who sold me the product and he became defensive stating we cant do anything about it and we havent had any freezers in stock for 3 months. I asked politely what my options were and he said call the manufacturer, you will get further with them than I will. I asked if he had a number for Frigidare and he put me on hold and a woman answered. I explained why I was transferred to her and she provided a number. I did call the manufacturer and they only provide a one year warranty. What ever happened to pleasant customer service from a local vendor and standing behind a product? I will not likely purchase again from Karls and I will not buy Frigidare products in the future. Durable goods that last just over 1 1/2 years are garbage.UPDATE: 6/13/2020. No Contact from Appliance Store Manager.

Ive never really been on the inside other than to ask about a fridge box. But the sales man was super nice as he directed me out back to where the cardboard recycle bin was. And then he also helped loaf several boxes into my car.

Very helpful looking for a dishwasher piece the service manager found one in other store. I will not forget that will go there for other stuff like charhatt clothing. Will recommend the store to,thank you.

I have been shopping at Karls since they have entered into the Fargo / Morehead community, and Im not sure what I was doing before? I started out purchasing a grill for my patio from Karls and I had such a great experience from their knowledgable sales staff and professional management that I have continued to buy not only the essentials from my outdoor setting, but also all of my indoor needs as well. Everything from my TVs, Kitchen appliances as well as my laundry set and really anything that I can knowing that it will be a smooth process from purchasing to install and delivery! Theyre top notch with any warranty issues that may come up I know if I ever have any problems after the purchase that the customer service rep will be there to take care of any problems in a timely fashion. Karls offers an experience and quality that you just cant get from those big box stores.

Great sale prices AND locally serviced appliances

I bought an air conditioner with extended warranty. After a couple of years the condenser became faulty while under warranty. They tell me everything is ok. Its summer and 83 degrees in livingroom and we areliterally gettick from the heat. My wife and I are both 66, and i am a retired pastor. We always supported local businesses. This buisness doesn`t stand by their word.J Wilson

I was the only person in line and still waited over 15 minutes to be helped. There was many staff members around but ignored my presence. Also phone calls take precedence to an actual customer in-store. I will not be visiting this store again. Terrible customer service.
