I had a power outage at my house and my Samsung fridge freezer was working but not the fridge he literally told me over the phone what to do and it worked! Thank you again!

He was able to quickly assess the problem with my fridge, find a part, and return later that day to replace it. He was friendly, wore a mask, and was careful with the parts of the fridge he removed and the surfaces of the kitchen he put them on. He also put all of the pieces of the fridge back when done.My fridge is now running better than ever. I highly recommend Dacotah Tech Appliance. I know I’ll be calling him the next time one of my appliances stops working.
