I shopped around, pretty heavily, for a cleaning service that could take care of a move out for me, and Aurora checked all the boxes for what I needed... and at a reasonable price! I walked back through last night before shutting the door to my old home for good and holy cow did they do a thorough and amazing job! I really appreciate how professional, timely, and thorough they were and would absolutely recommend them for anyone who needs cleaning services.

We used Aurora maid services twice so far and we are very happy with their excellent service. We used them for moving in cleaning service as well as an one time cleaning. They offered the best prices and did an excellent job each time. They arrived on time and made our house sparkle. They even made nice little shapes with our tissues and toilet paper. When I was moving into my new apartment I first called these guys to do a thorough deep cleaning. It was quite evident that the previous owner didn’t really value cleanliness. They came on time and did a really good job. I like how they were able to do this in only three hours.

I am really impressed with the team at Aurora. They were a bit longer than they had estimated to be cleaning, but it was the first time seeing the house so it was understandable. They did way more than I was expecting, including organizing the stuff on the tabletops and counter. I have never seen the kitchen so clean and the stainless shine so bright! They even oriented the litter box in a much better position to avoid tracking into the rest of the house. The only thing we saw they missed was a little of the soap dispensers had old soap on the sides still (talk about nit picking!). Overall, they took the time necessary to do a really nice job - and the cost was not bad. Would definitely use them again!

Our landlady sent the crew to clean the basement area after we had a flood and a lot of works and new sump pums installed. Isaac and Isabel have just left and they did amazing job. They moved around all the furniture, organized multiple small items stuff and scrubbed everything to the shine. Thank you very much!

Completed a move out cleaning with Aurora Maid services which left alot to be desired. Makeup smudges and food particles were left on the bathroom counter and kitchen floor respectively and there appeared to be no difference between a move-out cleaning and a regular cleaning, however we were charged $50 more. They were adequate for needs of a townhouse cleaning every couple of months and their customer service was extremely responsive, but other cleaning services are available that can provide a better quality cleaning for a lower price.

I found this company on Yelp and hired them for move in/move out cleaning of a townhouse-style condo although I was skeptical about all of the 5-star reviews. We had extensive renovation work done to our condo so the kitchen counters, appliances, and floor were a mess! The freezer was moldy after being turned off for weeks. All of the wall air conditioning units were dusty/dirty from the construction work. Alex and his assistant did an AMAZING job making this unit spotless!! They took things apart and cleaned everything, with great detail. Now, the condo is gorgeous! I will definitely use Aurora Maid Service again; easy online reservation system, prompt confirmation email, very responsive to special requests, they show up as scheduled, and do a thorough job. We highly recommend Aurora because this company EARNED their 5-star rating!

Rapid service, a small order in ordering appetizers was immediately corrected. Stayed for over 2 hours, every bit of which was a pleasant experience.

They dont know what theyre doing. Woman emptied kitchen cabinets and mixed food items with cleaning supplies in a trash bag. Windows were left with smudges; blinds were torn; furniture had shoe prints! They dumped liquid onto my floors, which damaged the laminate. Dirt left on floor by baseboards. Owner refused to pay for or repair damages. Like I said, they dont know what theyre doing.
