Corrupt ownership. They billed us$495 for services they were not able to provide. A spring break camp they were not able to deliver and they billed us for April when they were closed and we had cancelled our membership a month earlier.We have made offers to settle on a Refund at a lower value, and have had no response. This has been going on for 6 months.I would recommend anyone thinking about going here to avoid it. If they are this corrupt with billing and refunds. Think about what corners they are willing to cut on health and safety.If I could rate this business a zero I would.

I have been bringing my daughter to the Little gym for over a year now, and I have found the staff especially Ty and Antonio to be very professional and generous in spirit. They do their best to engage with the kids even when the kids are so young that they may not be ready to 100% follow instructions on everything all the time. It’s a very service oriented business, and I find the service to be very friendly. I would check to see that the classes work for your schedule if you’re interested. While your kids are here, you can do a little grocery shopping at the Safeway or grab a bite to eat right nearby so it’s convenient. I have noticed that since the shopping center has built out, it’s a little bit more difficult to park. During a early evening class, you might have to wait a few minutes to snag a space. The shopping center has filled up all their leases it looks like. The facility itself is well-maintained and in good shape and clean. For the kids dance classes they also seem to loan out shoes which is nice since the kids grow so quickly. They also offer things like parents night out classes were they will take your child and entertain them for several hours while you have hopefully a meal in peace with your spouse for a modest price.

We LOVE the instructors at Little Gym- Antonio, Ty, and Tim! Not only do they do a great job of teaching gymnastics, they make an extra effort to get to know each kid and treat you like family! They encourage kids to move at their own pace while building self confidence along the way. Grateful for our time spent here.

The instructors are upbeat and understand how to work with very young children. We tried other classes first and they were too prescriptive for the under-3 crowd. My daughter loves to just run around and explore and try new things in the Little Gym, and thankfully shes allowed to! They teach real gymnastics skills here using the equipment that older gymnasts use, but the introduction to it is very age-appropriate and fun.

Great place! We love the teachers, excellent variety of equipment, nice kids in class. Very supportive and fun while also providing a structured learning environment

Had my daughters birthday party here. The venue is spacious, safe, and interesting. The staff was incredible. The program was well paced, inclusive, and energetic. Several of the other parents were impressed enough to plan their own childrens parties there before we left.

Updating my previous review. We originally enrolled in a Saturday class for our 3 year old but wanted a small class. We switched to an evening class and it was great.All the teachers I have met are top notch. They are excellent with kids especially the little ones who are easily distracted.Love Mr. Antonio... I couldnt believe how he was able to hold my daughters attention and teach her moves, help her with balance and strength, etc. She loves going to class which is great to see.Its a great facility with super, caring teachers.

We thought very hard before joining The Little Gym. It is pricey, but we decided to do it and we are very glad we did. Our 6y/o daughter is loving her flips class, and is encouraged, but not pushed. She truly laves the class, and definitely learns skills.Our 4 y/o son loves his class as well but we had really hesitated to sign him up because he can have a lot of trouble focusing and cooperating, to the point of parental humiliation. The Little Gym has become a place I can take all 3 of my children (2 y/o not enrolled but hangs out while siblings are in class)The staff is wonderful and always keeps a positive attitude even when the kids are extra difficult. Especially Awesome are: Mr.Antonio, Mrs. Andrea, and Mr. Eric

Our daughter loves going to the little gym. She started off very shy but shes learned a lot from taking classes with Miss Liz! Everyone at this location is so welcoming and super nice!

Very fun place for young kids to be introduced to gymnastic. My son always has a great experience in there so he wants to come back next week.

My sister amd brother-in-law held my nieces birthday party here. The kids seemed to have a great time.However, I watched one of the workers come out the gym area, go put on her shoes and start handling the cups and plates and food. Very unsanitary!!!! Never saw the other worker wash his hands before touching the pizza.

Lead instructor Eric was AWESOME, kids loved him and loved the dinosaur-themed activities he did for our 4 year olds party. The rest of the staff was very helpful in set up and clean up. We had a great time and would highly recommend The Little Gym!

Well organized, structured, consistent. Friendly and energetic staff. Both of my children enjoy going to the classes, and I like to see them smiling and having fun in class.

The teachers at Little Gym genuinely care about the kids, and I love that they work with my daughter as a whole person: she is learning a lot about persistence and managing frustration that naturally comes from stretching to learn new things. And she burns off some energy in the meantime!

This is our 2nd year with the Little Gym in Falls Church, and our daughter loves it! The staff is friendly and professional. They have so much fun with the kids :) Try a free class of youre interested.

Parties here couldnt be easier! They set up, they clean up and all you have to do is watch your child have the best time ever! My daughter felt like a princess and had the best experience!!

My son didnt like it so I tried to cancel the girl was so rude on the phone and simply said no didnt try to accommodate me.I asked for the manager to call me back Ive yet to receive any call or a credit.They can keep my money. Will never ever take my kids there again.Poor customer service.

Teachers are engaging and incredible with children. My children always leave excited and anxious for the next class!

Big fan of the little gym. My wife takes my son here three times a week, once for a class and twice for open gym.The staff is friendly, the gym is clean, and most importantly the kids get exhausted running around.

Waste of time and waste of money.Very bad customer service and the trainer isnt nice at all. My son refused to ever go back there.

I like the range of classes from babies to toddlers to preschoolers on up. The instructors are helpful and work with the kids to accomplish new skills.

I like the encouragement from the coaches and the noncompetitive atmosphere.

This is a fun gym. Kids love it.
