Very professional, on time, and courteous. We had some tough spots from kids and dogs that I didn’t think would ever come out and they were able to get the carpets real clean! I work from home and was amazed at how quiet the machinery was. Very reasonably priced as well!

I first used Ayoub Carpet Service to clean some expensive area rugs that I inherited that were filthy. They offered a very reasonable price, and picked up and dropped off the rugs. When they drop off the rigs, they will place them for you. The rugs look amazing! I them hired them to clean some upholstered furniture and a carpet. The years old furniture that had never been cleaned looks like new. The arms that were almost black with dirt and grime are completely clean and they got ink markings out. I would absolutely recommend them, and will definitely use them in the future.

UPDATE (27 September 21) - Ayoub, I get it, you hired a company to take surveys regarding customer satisfaction, but MY WORD! I voluntarily offered my review several months ago, yet since then, I have gotten multiple (unsolicited) calls regarding my experience with you - throughout the past three + months, I have gotten so many calls from your 3rd party survey company that it rivals the calls I get about my cars extended warranty expiring - seriously! At this point, I wonder, did you install carpet? Did you lay tile? I dont know, I cant recall - the only thing I can remember about you are the repeated spam calls, looking for more information from me - was the praise that I offered below not enough?? This right here, right now, what Im feeling is a healthy sense of buyers remorse. Reel them in.‐---------‐-----------I was impressed with Ayoub right out of the gates with my initial phone call. I also appreciated the communication ahead of my appointment... it ensured that we were all on the same page.. they are definitely an example to be followed!

Ayoub installed hardwood and LTV flooring in my home. Ryan, the sales rep, helped us match the wood to existing flooring and choose a good-looking, appropriate choice for the LTV. We got advance notice of the installation appointment, the crew showed up on time and ready to work. The job originally estimated to take two days was accomplished in one. The team worked really well together and cleaned up every bit of the mess of installation. They also replaced furniture carefully and showed respect for our home and belongings. They identified a need to level our concrete floor in our lower level and did that quickly and efficiently. This is the fourth time weve used Ayoub and heres why: They listened to our needs, helped us select the right products, gave us good options to consider, and communicated every step of the way. The installers were professional, polite, and worked really well together. They were quick, but not rushed. Ryan gave us options to consider that would lower our overall costs and we really appreciated that attention to detail. We are enjoying our new floors and really satisfied with the choice of Ayoub. If we have another flooring project in the future, we will definitely call them.

They renovated my original hardword floors [install circa 1995]. They were very damaged from foot traffic and house related maintenance [e.g. interior painting where the tape used to cover the floors with sheets/butcher paper left eyesore level damage to the wood and no amount of cleaning would mitigate that damage.] One small area was inside a kitchen closet and had to be done by hand. The result was extremely professional and very attractive and matched nicely with hard wood that was installed adjacent to the 1995 segment in the late 2000s. And, the price was extremely reasonable. Great value, real professionals!

This was my second install with Ayoub Carpet. Wall-to-wall carpet earlier in the year, and hard wood flooring this time. The quality of the products offered is super, and the installation folks are excellent. Good coordination between sales, install and billing. All around...a great choice.

Ayoub Carpet Service is absolutely terrific. Their coordination staff is friendly and professional, the operation is polished and efficient, and Steuart, the repair specialist they sent, is an absolute wizard. In less than an hour, he made a permanent wood stain in my wall-to-wall carpet vanish into thin air. I had no spare scraps to provide, so he used a section of the carpet in the closet and replaced it with scraps he brought that had been matched against pictures I provided ahead of time. He was careful to under promise and over deliver, but boy did he deliver. I was told the donor spot in the closet would not be a perfect match but the end result might as well have been. When I was first quoted the price for repair it sounded a tad expensive, but now that I see the results, I can say that every penny was money well spent. I would absolutely call Ayoub in a heartbeat if I ever need their services again.

I have used Ayoub for several years, in Monticello homes. Everything from carpet repairs to tough stain removals. I would NEVER use another carpet cleaning company; Ayoub does an amazing job, explains everything, and the carpet is not sopping wet. The carpet typically dries overnight and looks new.. they will provide you some plastic booties to walk on the carpet with.. I just cannot say enough about this company.

Used them for new carpet installation in basement ~500 sq ft. The quote was initially on the higher side of the quotes I got, but they ultimately got me close enough to the others, and I decided that the small difference in price was hopefully buying higher quality service. This turned out to be true, and I am glad I made that call.The guys were on time, worked quickly and carefully--hardly any marking on the baseboards which I really appreciated. They also went through all the transitions/thresholds with me to discuss options and make recommendations. They appeared not to know about a (very small) add-on item to the contract, and when I mentioned it, they just took me at my word and did it no problem. The install looks great.I seldom enjoy working with contractors, but this was probably the easiest and most enjoyable experience Ive had. There was a transparent sales process, great communication, zero install issues, and friendly, competent people.

SUMMARY:Crew incorrectly measured carpets to be cleaned which nearly cost me another $200 than originally quoted. Punctually was excellent. Quality is to be determined. Im rating one star because the incorrect measurement cost me time, stress and nearly $200. I also feel as though I should have received a small discount because the large space only had one couch, a small table and a light to move.DETAILS:12/10/2019Spoke to Justine via telephone who quoted $560 for carpet cleaning with pet treatment for 700 square feet. She also gave me the web discount of $50 of any cleaning of $325. Therefore, I would pay an estimate of $510. Justine went on to explain that the crew will measure the space and requite upon arrival. For reference, I used the floor plan my builder provided for an estimate of the square footage. My appointment was scheduled for Thursday, December 12, 2019 with an arrival between 11:00AM and 12:00PM.12/12/2019The crew arrived at 11:15AM. Upon measuring the space to be cleaned, they estimated the space to be closer to 900 square, which meant an increased cost of $786. I asked if they were sure about the measurements. They said yes. I said they could go ahead with the job. As they started to clean, I double checked the builder floor plans and my estimate was nearly spot on at 700 square feet. Because the builder plans did not include the small hallway, I used a Bosch digital measuring device to measure the main room and hallway myself. Final measurement was 740 square feet for a total cost of $526. The crew agreed to amend the charges and continued to work.12/16/2019Received a voice mail from Kristen at Ayoub Carpet Service with an apology for the incorrect measurements. Its nice to know they are responding and paying attention to Google reviews. Im going to charge my star rating to 3 because of their responsiveness.

Great experience with both the cleaning and commercial side. Gave me a personal tour of the facilities. Couldnt completely get some old staining out but the carpet looked partially like new even with some of the older staining. They did the best possible job that they could. The only thing I would change is allowing customers to see the final work before they wrap up the carpet for those who bring the carpet in themselves. I have no experience with there pickup process. Other than that Im satisfied with the work and the new carpet pad they provided as well. Look forward to seeing them and there professional staff again in the future.

Will never use this company again as carpets were promised the day before Thanksgiving between 10-4, we waited all day -they never arrived. Question: what kind of a company leaves a valuable client (from a very nice neighborhood) without their rugs (4 total in all the main entertainment rooms) on one of the most important holidays in the United States? We have yet to hear back from the owner of this company with an apology or some sort of compensation after leaving several messages. We had rug pads all over our wooden floors for Thanksgiving thanks to Ayoub Carpet Service. We are asking all our friends and neighbors to boycott them as no client should be treated like this!

Ayoub Carpet Service does a very professional job of cleaning in-house carpeting, throw rugs, upholstered furniture/pillows, my high quality silk Tabriz carpet, and large wool rugs. I appreciate their use of green cleaning products. Their technicians are punctual, polite, and thorough. Not inexpensive, but worth the extra price. I continue to be a long-term, satisfied customer.

I love Ayoub. They clean the carpets really well and I have tried a few of the other carpet cleaning companies and these guys out weigh them by miles. I have to have my rugs cleaned every so often because of cats and as long as I get the pet treatment, the smell comes out. The team that comes to pick up and deliver my rugs are outstanding. They are courteous and respectful of my home. Highly recommend them.

We enjoyed working with Ayoub Carpet very much - from the beginning Ryan was super helpful explaining our options, what may work best, and providing us samples for whatever we needed to decide. Ryan came to the house and took all the measurements, discussed what would work best, and provided good ideas. The ordering and install were super smooth - were continuing to work with Ryan and Ayoub as we have more rooms to finish.

I am really satisfied with Ayoub. I had Ryan out here on a Friday to give us an estimate for our bedrooms, and the carpet was being installed the following Wednesday. The installers were here on time and very courteous. Very happy with the carpet and the service!

Our rug is 30 years old, but it looks brand new. It may have taken a bit longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait. Bravo on a job well done. Now, we won’t trust our Orientals with anyone else.

Dennis and his team did a wonderful job installing the new padding and carpet, removing and hauling away the old padding and carpet, and cleaning up. It was easy and fast to make arrangements, to get on estimate and the cleaning took so much less time to do all the cleaning in our three story house than I thought. They cleaned rugs in the house and took some of our good ones our for cleaning and repair. They were friendly and helpful to deal with and there was no messy afterwards. They honored their estimate, gave us a discount and left our house looking as if we had all new carpets.

Just used them for a second time and once again had A+ service and results. Love, love, love their drop off and pick up service. Two big thumbs up.They made this item on my to do list so easy! They offer pick up and drop off- which is key- and they made our 18 year old rug look like new. Wed had some cat pee issues with it due to an elderly, sick cat and they were able to remove the smell and make it look wonderful. I highly recommend them.

Very nice service picking up and dropping back off. The rugs looks great. They repaired a tattered corner for a reasonable cost. No muss no fuss! Its not cheap, but their services are in line with what it costs elsewhere only I really like their service and trust them to take good care of the rugs and follow through on their commitments. Overall, very good service, both for in house carpet cleaning and for area rugs cleaned in the plant. Personnel were knowledgeable about repair issues and pads for oriental rugs. Scheduled visits were well coordinated and on time. Expensive. But I would use them again.

We recently had to replace our flooring in our basement, family room and bedrooms. The customer service we experienced with Ayoub Carpet was exceptional! We spent hours with Brian who so patiently educated us on the best products for our specific situation. We were very thankful for the time he spent with us. Ryan came out to measure and also provided great recommendations/advice for our situation. Ryan continued to be our main point of contact. He was extremely professional and so patient with us as we made our decisions. He was fabulous throughout the entire process. Our installers (Dennis, Javier and Solomon) were so wonderful as well. They were extremely careful, helpful and did a beautiful job of installing all our new flooring. They even took the time to repair a big ding on my hardwoods that my boys accidentally damaged. We’ve used ACS to clean and maintain our heirloom oriental rug for almost 20 years. They do great work, arrive on time at both ends of the process, and the rug always looks great.

We have used Ayoub 2 times and both times we were satisfied with the results. We had another carpet company come in who was cheaper and they did not do a good job at all. Ayoub may be a bit more expensive but the quality is WAY worth it. Will use them again!

Now and in the past, our carpets have returned clean and looking 100 times better than when they were picked up. The service is excellent.

Excellent service & experience. I made arrangements via phone to have an area rug cleaned, and that led to a seamless interaction when I dropped it off. It was beautifully cleaned in the time frame promised (informed it was ready for pickup via text!). Highly recommend.

Very disappoint service. I’ve used these guys before in the past and although they were Slightly more expensive than the rest they did a good job. I rang them last week made an appointment changed all my email and phone number details stay back from work today to wait for them, the technician came I missed the service, and all the details they had were incorrect even though I changed it all when I made the appointment.. I’m sure the work would have been fine, however the customer service from the back end is poor.

We were very pleased with the whole process from the first call, pick up and cleaning. Our antique Oriental looks and feels great. There was a little problem with getting the correct new pad. First was not the right size,second was not the pad ordered and third was perfect. Every person we spoke with at Ayoub were very professional and very nice.

Stanley Steamer said they could not remove the adhesive that a contractors plastic cover left on my rug. And they tried but failed. Ayoub was not in any doubt that the stains would be removed by their technicians. And they were right! Theres no marks or lines as before and the job was completed with no mess whatsoever! I would recommend Ayoub Carpet Service to all my real estate clients, neighbors, family and friends :)

Excellent service! I had numerous oriental carpets in storage for a few years and Ayoub worked with me to get them all cleaned, repaired and set to go in my new house. They did a great job removing several stains and just cleaning the carpet in general. When using our bathroom, though, one or both of them peed on the floor. Not happy about that.
