I found this place 2 years ago and I never want to have my taxes done by anyone else except Joyce Foley! She is by far the best tax preparer I have had ever. She is welcoming and professional while preparing your taxes. I feel like Im speaking with and to a friend. When you do a great job I think it is okay to ask for a good review. From the phone staff who booked my appointment to Joyce their customer service is amazing! Thank you for helping me with one of my most dreaded tasks. Im grateful

Joyce was amazingly knowledgeable about my particular return and helped me understand the process and get up to date on my situation. She was always available to take my call and see me in person. The turnaround time was quick and the price was extremely reasonable...would highly recommend Joyce and Jackson Hewitt 👍😊

I visited the Fall River office on Willian S Canning boulevard. The service was excellent. Joyce was very fast, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Also the girl at the front desk Shenay was also very kind. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They completely unsatisfied the worst tax office i have ever been to. Ill never return to Jackson Hewitt for my taxes, Big Big mistake.. on top of it u charge more than any other tax office to file taxes..

I went in to do my taxes and shanay who’s sits at the front desk was such a delight She was very welcoming and the place was very clean and I like the setting how the space is to keep everyone 6 feet apart and they was very professional I would Definitely recommend this location.

I went to Jackson Hewitt in my confusion that comes with filing. The staff at Jackson Hewitt were ready and willing to address every one of my concerns. I was very satisfied with my experience and will certainly be returning.

This place is wonderful. Ive been coming here for about 4 or 5 years now since they opened and previously the one inside of walmart and I have always had a great experience. Everyone is always so nice and extremely helpful. They really do care about their clients and will go above and beyond to make you comfortable and to make sure everything is done right and also to get you the most possible. I highly recommend not only jackson hewitt but this particular location has always been a pleasure. You get your taxes done with ease. They do everything for you. For the past few years I had the same woman Joyce Foley and she became a friend as well as a tax professional. This year when I went for the loan it was Helen Couto that helped me and she was wonderful. She was kind and patient and made sure I got my loan and it was so fast and efficient. Great place for tax preparations helen helped me this year and she was great and super fast

Lindsay and Joyce worked on my very complicated return and saved me literally thousands of dollars. I had tried to do the return on my own and taken it to an experienced friend but Lindsay and Joyce did what we could not. The fees are a little high but it more than paid for itself and saved me a lot of stress.

Quick and efficient! My tax preparer Daisha (10737) was phenomenal! It literally felt like I was sitting with a friend. She was super informative and excited that I was there. The office in a nutshell was great too!. I highly recommend this location and Daisha. I travelled over 35 miles to get here and Id do it all over again.
