I have tried to contact this agent several times for an apartment rental for one of my clients. After several attempts, I was actually able to speak with the agent and scheduled a showing for my client. My client arrived as scheduled, however this agent was a no show. I tried calling, texting and to no avail, never received a response. What a complete waste of time and energy. Real Estate is a customer service based business! There is no excuse for this poor and tasteless experience.
