Well I have never done this before so here it goes CJ and Beth were so accommodating they helped me out on selling my home to them they did the closing within two weeks but I didnt get everything finished in time and I called them and then they gave me an additional two weeks they gave me a very good offer on my home I was in such a bad situation I had a water loss 2 years ago ended up fighting with the insurance company and then when we finally settled the price of lumber tripled and materials I was upside down so I called Beth they came they looked at the house they were happy with it within a day or two they made me an offer I was very happy with all I can say is they saved me from a big headache if youre ever in a situation like I was or for whatever reason I would definitely recommend Moss home solutions CJ and Beth were the best sincerely Eric Matteson.

I have never reached out to this company before and this person CJ has been emailing me and sending me letters twice a month for 4/5 years asking if I want to sell my house. I have asked them politely not to keep contacting me, they then got my new address and sent letters there trying to buy my house, while sending letters to my old address that I rent out, then somehow got my cell phone and keep calling and texting me. They are borderline stalkers it’s pretty bad when I get a random text and know exactly who it is... I would never in a million years work with this company or recommend them, I have actually been telling anyone I know looking not to use this company and explained to them what they have been doing. The letters were annoying enough but when the phone calls and texts started that was it, it’s over the line.
