I tend to rent cars a few times a year and rely on Enterprise to get me what I need. This past time was no different. I was able to arrange for a proper vehicle and was able to get what I needed. I rented a small suv which was a 2021 GMC Terrain. It worked perfectly for my trip with my family.I did have a couple of slight hiccups but the manager Tom St. Rock was able to take of me. I appreciate all of Toms efforts to listen to my concerns and remedy them. I felt he went above and beyond with his professionalism and customer service. Im happy I chose Enterprise and will continue to come back because of the great customer service. Thank you Tom and thank you Enterprise.πππ
Ive rented from here on numerous occasions over the years and have never had any issues but this time was definitely my best experience. Samantha dealt with me from start to finish and she was incredible. She was very professional and personable. She allowed me to check out the vehicle a few weeks before my rental date, to make sure it was everything I needed it to be. She answered all my questions and showed me, in detail, how all the features worked. She was a pleasure to deal with. People like her really leave a lasting impression and assure that this location will be getting my repeat business.
Very bad experience. Will never use ENTERPRISE again . Dealt with TOM in Fall River Ma Rented a large XL SUV several weeks in advance ...for a week...for $1300... called few days before leaving on our family trip, to see earliest pick up time, They told me they were unsure if they have anything available on the day we were going to pick up ( which is tomorrow), They called me later today and said theres nothing available other than a smaller vehicle. Which was too small for the amount of family travelers. Beware of misinformation and planning your trip with Enterprise, they leave you hangingunknowingly to you, to ensure car is rented first, they play you, it appears that whether or not they have a vehicle ...they wait till the last minute, And dont even notify you if they dont have the vehicle to rent you even though the reservation was confirmed. Not a reliable or trustworthy company, stay away.
Always go above and beyond a great experience Everytime and the customer service is great.. pleasant st branch has always amazing and make everything extremely easy and helpful... I rent several times a year and wouldnt even attempt going anywhere else. Only thing I would change is the pricing. After having a car for so long we should get a deal or price break..

The whole process of renting a car was no headache at all but returning it was another story... the girl who was βinspectingβ damage found a piece of plastic missing from the front end. Since it wasnβt documented prior, I was accused of this slight issue. When asked how they had proof I did this, she stated all workers are trained on inspecting and know what to look for. I guess they never heard of human error and something being missed. Next time if I need to rent, Iβll be taking my own pictures. It was already an inconvenience of not having my personal vehicle, I donβt need to be accused of a missing piece of plastic on a car thatβs been handled by numerous people to begin with.. give me a break! Lol
Employees were very friendly. I have rented from Enterprise about 8 other times and never had a problem. Mostly everytime depending on who the person at counter that helps you is they thoroughly go threw the outside of vehicle with you to show any damage already done, while they are doing that I follow video recording just to save myself and pick out any dents, dings, scratches, Marks, anything. Same with inside the vehicle I take pictures of mileage and gas when i start vehicle before driving away just because one time they thought there was a full tank and it was less than a quarter so if i didnt have picture i wouldve had to pay. Otherwise they are very good to rent vehicles from.
I was recently in a car accident so I needed a rental. I elected against getting the $20/day coverage on the rental that covers up to a total loss of the vehicle. The very next day I noticed a minor chip in the windshield. I called the manager and he was very understanding and pleasant. I brought the rental back in so that he could take a look and he said donβt worry about it and said he wouldnβt contact my insurance co. about it. It pays to be honest and up front. Best believe I got the $20/day coverage after that. Itβs worth it for the peace of mind. Also, all the rentals on the lot that I saw were beautiful, new, well kept vehicles.

I recently picked up a rental because of a small collision i was involved in. The associate who helped me was michaela franco. She was very kind, understanding, professional, and timely. She made my experience with enterprise very satisfying and i would certainly choose to rent with enterprise in the future. The associates on the phone were also quick to give guidance and inquiry into any questions i may have had. Michaela came and dropped off the rental right at the shop where my car was being kept, she took care of me when i dropped the vehicle off, and even brought me back to the shop once the car was fixed so i could go home. I expect to provide this same review to corporate about michaela, for providing an amazing experience! After setting up the rental and walking a 30 minutes to get there.i had to wait another 20 minutes for vehicles to show up.Then after all that couldnt get into a vehicle because.they wouldnt take any of my cards for the down payment.
Great place when you need to rent a car .everybody was so helpful and courteous the car was perfectly clean and everything was punctual and on time . The prices were very fair and everything was just excellent all around.
I rented a car for 2 weeks and the car was nice, a Kona, no problem dealing with Enterprise. It was like $500 and change for 2 weeks, not bad.
The folks here are great! I had to cancel my reservation AFTER I already paid. They picked me up, and dropped me off again, even though I didnt actually end up renting a car! Amazing service. Highly recommend.
Ordered a large suv. They tried to give a small suv that had not been cleaned inside or outside. People behind the counter were useless. You should avoid using Enterprise in Fall River unless you enjoy disappointment.

I was in a car accident which was entirely the other drivers fault. Ive tried to rent cars in the past from Enterprise and lets face it if you have no credit or debit card they seem rather uncaring. However in my recent case the Enterprise staff was professional and friendly.....I guess if you have a lawyer and the other person is at fault...you have no worries. One little oddity....even though I had a lawyer..the staff called me directly either thinking that I was my lawyer..told me that they had left messages for her ectera...it was always a little weird embarrassing laugh and apology. I would give whomever called my lawyers # number..bad pass along between managers during shift change.
Ive used this location twice. Once years ago when we were having a really bad time with our car having recently died, no ride to go check out new cars, no time to buy a new car and very little money. They were great. They picked my husband up from our house to drive him to enterprise. Then when we returned the car a dealership wed been talking to was supposed to come and pick my husband up. They didnt show, they didnt return calls. Enterprise drove my husband and infant son home. Very nice people. This time around our situation wasnt nearly as bad, but enterprise was still pleasant to deal with. They yet again picked my husband up with no issue. I had booked our car through their corporate number since the location was closed when I called. They didnt get the memo that we needed to be picked up, but once I called to tell them they came immediately. I also had to call their corporate number again when returning our car, since we decided to bring it back a day early and to a different location after hours. The people who answer the 800 number are helpful and nice. We had no issue bringing it back early and getting refunded, and the charge for returning to a different location wasnt that bad. Wed totally go back if we ever need to! We hadnt horrible luck with cars dying days before were going to look at new cars, so we may end up back here again in another 5 or 6 years!
They literally made my 68 year old grandmother walk home in 102 degree weather. Completely unprofessional unsanitary cars! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!They asked my grandmother to go there to help them because they had a client that did not want to rent and SUV( my grandmother drove there on her time) which they should of drove to her considering she was doing them a favor, then because I parked the car for her BECAUSE SHE DIDNT LIKE PARKING THE CAR IN THE GARAGE OVERHEAD SPACE, THEY LOCKED US OUT OF THE CAR, IMPORTANT DOCUMENTATION STILL IN THE CAR WITH MY SOCIAL ON IT AND TOLD US WE NEEDED TO WALK HOME!!!! I THEN WALKED 2 MILES ABSOLUTELY INSANE IN 102 DEGREE WEATHER! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE THEY HAD NOT SANITIZED THE CAR WHICH I HAD TO ASK THEM TO REDO AND THEY DIDNT STILL!
***POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE***Worst experience ever!!!!!!! To come rent... oh everything is for sure ready and their all ready to charge your insurance for what you carry on your policy... upon returning the dirty vehicle they rented me I was told I would get a ride home and they left me standing there for 25min even after 2 other employees approached me and I told them I was still waiting for their rep to give me a ride. Dude checks the car drives away gives me no instructions as to what to do next and goes off to the next customer. Never telling me when I should receive my security deposit. The girl that brought me home clarified When I should receive my security deposit... NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!
Used to love this place because of the location. Returned a rental car and now being put on the hook for pre-existing damage. All I can say is buy the insurance because this location is untrustworthy. Their main goal is to get you to swipe your credit card to pay for the damage ASAP. Maybe we would have had more time to inspect the vehicle if they had it ready on time and not 25 minutes after I arrived for the reservation. Also should have them dry a car that was just washed before inspecting because to an untrained eye, it is impossible to see certain types of dents while the car is wet! Unfortunately will be avoiding this location now. Hertz in Dartmouth is only another 10 mins and MUCH better service. Also, about 90% of the time, they do not have the vehical class that I was able to reserve. Usually leave with something I dont need or want to drive.
They will give u good service but they will try to make u pay for what ever they can! Be careful, take pictures before and after u rent car!!!! And ask specific questions, point things out speak up or they will rip u off! But they are super nice about it! Lol
Wont be coming here again. Another customer and I were standing outside (b/c of covid guidelines) for at least 15 mins waiting to be approached by someone. I had to look inside the place, make eye contact in order for one of the two employees to help. I made a reservation at 11am. The whole point of making a reservation is that so they can have it ready. I came all the way to this place to get the car I reserved and I was told they didnt have it. The employee said well I cant just snap my fingers and make it appear. He was trying to justify the fact that even though they didnt have it, the whole point of renting a car is to get me on the road. What? People pay extra because they want a different car.If I want to take a road trip I want to pay for what I ordered. Then he said I made the reservation at 11 and and I cant expect them to have the car I RESERVED at 6pm that afternoon. I understand that things happen, but call me at least. Im just upset at the employee not apologizing and walking away. Waste of time.
I have always used Enterprise Rent-a-Car, and have usually been satisfied. The most recent rental car reeked of stale cigarette smell. All the side mirrors were dirty and the back window was filthy and hazy with a dullness.The people were friendly and nice but the condition of the rental was sloppy. At first, I didnt like the feel of the rental and thought about returning it for another model. But it worked out okay, I was able to make it work for me. I was not used to such small sized side view mirrors or sitting so low. I had to clean the windows and mirrors myself. Such poor service.

Rented a car from this place for a week and they asked at the last minute for a utility bill to (confirm my address)never looked at the bill and gave me the car.I returned it with almost a full tank even though I only had to return it at half a tank and returned it on time. I needed to rent another car for just the weekend went down there with everything I needed and they denied me because I needed a utility bill with a zero balance and had a different excuse of why they needed it they didnt even tell me about needing a utility bill before meeting and I called in advance the first and second time. They wasted my time and I wasted money on an uber to this place just to get get turned away after just renting a car a week before that. I dont think I will be renting from here again its was a bit too much and I have rented from enterprise many times before and I have never had to deal with that until I rented from this location. I will never bring my money or business to this location ever again

Enterprise was great to help me out and quickly. I got to choose my vehicle which is always a plus instead of just saying here is your vehicle. Of course at times choices are limited due to what is on their lot, but they do find ways to make you comfortable and help you out as much as possible. Great experience and will be going again for a rental in the future.
I have rented from them several times in the past year and have not once had any issues like I have renting from 1 place in Providence or at Hertz in Fall River. They are specific they take you to the vehicle and walk around it with you. Check the gas thats in the car. They take pride in their customer service and satisfaction. The employees that work at Enterprise are all very nice. In the future Enterprise will who I will rent from and they are affordable.

Well, I was looking forward to this road trip with some great friends from our Friday Night Golf League. The leaves were just turning and I figured a ride through Western Mass, to upstate New York for a golfing weekend, would be awesome in a van with all these windows. I arranged the Van for our comfort and convenience of all being in the same vehicle. I picked up the 15 Passenger Van on Thursday night and brought it home to load it with luggage and Clubs. As I started to leave the Rental facility, and I noticed how dirty the windows were (inside and out) and I figured I had to clean them before I picked everyone up early Friday morning. It took me 2 1/2 hours to clean them, before I started to pack the Van with everything. I would have been embarrassed to pick everyone up with the windows in the condition they were in. I was joking the next day, telling everyone how dirty there were and that I was going to ask for a $35.00 discount for my efforts. Haha! So the next day we started driving to Malone N.Y. and on our first bathroom stop, I noticed some smoke or steam coming from under the hood. When I opened it, I noticed the Oil cover was missing on the Valve cover and the oil was spraying out over the engine. That is what we were smelling and where the smoke was coming from. We all just stopped and said, what do we do now. Well we got lucky and noticed the cover was between the front grill and radiator bracket, so the hood keep it from falling out. We had checked the Oil level and installed it back on the valve cover. The mechanic must have forgot to install it after he had changed the oil. Well the rest of trip trip was awesome with beautiful weather . But all in all, we had such a good time together that I would rent the 15 passenger van and do it again.
Rented the basic weekend special--$9.99 a day for a compact--but the reservation mistakenly had me down for an economy. Told the Fall River, MA manager I would accept nothing less than a compact, and he instantly put me in a full-size Hyundai Sonata, a terrific ride. Would have given five stars for excellent customer service and vehicle performance, but had to deduct one: the pickup at my home took way too long and when the employee got there he did not call to tell me he was downstairs, as the manager had assured me he would. Turned out the employee did call me but dialed the wrong number. He did, however, wait for forty minutes without leaving until I checked outside and finally saw him. On the whole, cant beat the weekend deals except for this wish: In the event of a long holiday weekend--Thanksgiving, for example--include the Wednesday-Thursday rental at the $9.99 rate.

The only reason a star was chosen is because I had to pick one in order to write a review. Two weeks ago I rented a vehicle from enterprise and little did I know it was going to be the worst experience of my life. While I was driving on the highway the brand new vehicles tire flew off and it nearly cost me my life. Enterprise did not have the dignity to send me a vehicle to my location which caused me to wait until the next morning to go to the fall river enterprise location where I was treated poorly and received unsatisfying service after having a nervous breakdown after I went through the night before. I do not recommend this company to anyone and I advise all customers to check your vehicle before heading on the road.

Very courteous service during a very stressful week for me getting my car repaired for the millionth time this year. They picked me up from the mechanic, then dropped me off there when my car was ready. They didnt have the car I requested but gave me a minivan for the lower price. There was some entitled baby boomer in there arguing with the employees because he didnt want to pay for the difference on his rental that his insurance wouldnt cover, so I wanna preempt any negative comments of his to say that that wasnt Enterprises fault, and he should be embarrased for throwing a temper tantrum in a place of business. -Marley

They were nice when I picked up the car, dropped it off, and the man who brought me home was pleasant.However, when I got home, I realized I forgot the parking pass for my apartment, so I called on Sunday, spoke with someone who said the car wasnt there, they had not found any pass. I asked when the car would be returned, so I could get it off the windshield. It was small and probably not noticed by them or the next person. I was told they would check and call me back. They never called me back.I called the next day to inquire again, spoke with the same man, who then scoffed at my problem, said if they didnt have it now, they will most likely never have it. I asked again when the car would be returned so I could check. reiterated that It was small and probably not noticed by them or the next person.He repeated he would look up when the car would be returned, and would call me back.I still have not received a phone call. Still waiting. Getting very annoyed. Need my parking pass in order to park at my building without risking getting a ticket. I guess I will call again, until maybe my question is answered. I dont understand whats so difficult. Customer service is LACKING and needs to be addressed. I would appreciate a call back with a date, so I can just come look for myself. I dont think Im being unreasonable!

The agents were quick to respond to a pick up and set up a vehicle for me to take in a short period of time. Even when I had to extend the time I was in the vehicle twice because of my cars repair being delayed, the agents were sincerely helpful and accommodating. After my car was repaired I was allowed to leave it at the dealership for Enterprise to pick it up later, saving me a lot of time in getting my vehicle back.
I have dealt with the Fall River Enterprise group for several years. They are always professional and extremely helpful. I use them for mostly business and sometimes personal reasons,and they have always stepped up and accommodated my requests. I rent from them 1-2 times a month and have yet to be dissapionted with the results. I will look forward to future rentals.

When i went to pick up the car it wasnt ready. I waited an hour which they charged me for. When the car arrived all they did was rinse and vaccum it. They clearly didnt check the breaks or the wind shield wipers because they were both bad. I had to drive my children 21 hours there and 23 hours back with traffic in an unsafe car. Not to mention how on the phone they tell you whatever you want to hear until the day comes when you pick up the car the price somehow is doubled. If you want to have your fiance drive then it cost more money but if your married it doesnt. How do you even know anyway. The employees could care less about you. There so rude. Family buisness i think not....Also they charged my card twice without my consent.

I had a wonderful experience, I was able to pick up the car within a reasonable time as my own car was in the shop getting repaired and when I picked up my car there was a representative from enterprise that took the rental back and I was able to drive off with my own car. I would recommend them to friends.
I was able to get an suv last minute for a weekend. I waited at the office for a while to get it due to it being a Friday and it was very busy. The staff was as friendly and polite as possible. The suv was very dirty. I had to clean it before my weekend trip π But other than that, the suv was perfect for the weekend I needed. I will definitely be a returning customer. Was very difficult to work with. Rental plan and prices were not clearly described. Every time I turned around they were looking for more money. Couldnt give me a statement showing what I had paid for and what my insurance company had paid also number of days I had rented for. My whole feeling is that this whole operation is shady and will never recommend them to my family and friends.

I would give zero stars is I could but thats not possible. Worst customer service ever. I went to Enterprise Rental on Pleasant St. in Fall River Tuesday April 18th 2017 to pay for the additional insurance on the rental I have while my sons car is being fixed. Initially we paid $107 the day we took the rental and I paid $116 on Tuesday to take care of what we owed additionally and pay for the insurance up to Friday April 21, 2017 as I am returning the rental Saturday April 22, 2017.So April 21, 2017 I get a call from Enterprise telling me that I owe them $116.00 for the insurance. I told the Ummmm no, I came in Tuesday and paid you $116 to pay me up to today and I will be returning the car tomorrow I also told them I have proof that I paid the money and I also called Bank of America and they said the money was already distributed to them. So the manager Kevin told me We dont have proof of your payment here so you still owe us $116. I then told him Well I HAVE proof that I did pay you and youre not getting another dime from me He then began to tell me that the charge on my card must be fraudulent. I said to him Seriously, the charge reads Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Fall River MA. and youre trying to tell me that fraudulent? He then stated yes and I still owe them money. He even went as far to say he would get the authorities involved. So I told him go ahead because I HAVE the PROOF that I paid.Then I spoke to a few people last night ( most of which were women) who have rented from them and had the same stuff pulled on them. Very shady business practices. To say that this happens regularly is completely unacceptable and shows theres a serious problem at this location. Trying to bully and squeeze money from people who have already paid.

I used them in the pasr problem free but this last time I was quoted a cheaper price and ended up paying a higher rate. I told them one driver and they charged me for two driversNot happy at all
I have been a lasting customer here until now. Even though I should have went else where, their customer service is good, but its the over all aspect. Every time i go there, except maybe 1 time, there are never any cars available not to mention the fact that every car they have given me is always over 200k in milage. I went 2 days ago to get a car for work and returned it after 2 days. They gave me a minivan because they said once again they had no cars left and to them the van was a free upgrade. I didnt want the minivan because for lack of a better way to explain it, the van swallowed me from the size of it. I asked for a different car like from another station or something and they told me i would have to pay 20-30 bucks extra for another car. Why they couldnt bring another vehicle from another station I have no idea but I was short on time and had to get to work so I took it. I brought it back today after having the van for 2 days and all of a sudden they find a mysterious dent on the very top of the van somewhere in the middle on the outside and that he has to go thru my insurance to fix it. Where this dent came from on the very top I have no idea considering I can barely see over the staring wheel. One of the employees told me 3 days prior that they are lenient with small dents but i guess this mysterious one in particular wasnt qualified even though he was the only one that could see it. I told him I didnt do it nor did I have anything on top, I cant reach that high. He tells me well it got there some how and that I have to pay then 500 bucks and they go thru my insurance so yes I will be disputing this considering Im NOT paying for something they suddenly found. I asked another clerk that works there to go out and inspect what he was talking about and the other guy said he didnt see anything, but the one guy was trying to convince him that there was a dent that no one saw but him so I will dispute this and I will never go here again. I wont tolerate them trying to fix a van they gave me which has mileage close to 400k for a mysterious dent they just found today.

The service was great on the rental of 2016 ford explorer nice suv but it was not as comfortable as I thought it wasrented it to go to Canada for 5 days and drove like 1200 miles round trip

Staff is wildly rude, unprofessional. The girl that works there is so miserable itβs unbelievable. it was an unpleasant yet hilarious experience
