Danny who is the owner of the shop has been cutting my hair for a few years. i followed him to his new shop when he opened up. i always get a clean, good looking cut everytime. the shop is always nice and clean and everyone in there is friendly. i recommend this shop to anyone thats ever looking for a new barber

I only started going to level up because my barber Danial Santiago started there. I have been going to him for years. Danial is always professional and never fails to do a great job. I just got married and he stayed late to cut my hair with no appointment just to make sure that I looked my best on my wedding day and I’ll never forget it.

Best Shop in the city the place is clean, the people are respectful and bilingual, i drive 25 minutes from New Bedford because the cut is worth it ive never had any complaints about the service or people i recommend anyone who wants a fresh cut and a good conversation to stop by.

Nice barbershop💪. No problems whatsoever very clean haircuts. They also have drinks sprite for 1$ or Coca-Cola ect .redbull i thinks is 2 or 3$.

My son and his father went two weeks ago for some cuts & everything was great. We just called a few minutes ago to book appts for them again, and i got the complete opposite experience over the phone. They wouldn’t give me an idea of any available slots that they have (over the next WEEK) .... the guy was rude and he couldn’t give me a straight answer to save his life. He was asking his employee what times they had available ... in my opinion if you own your shop you should be on top of everything going on. Had me asking and guessing what they might have available instead of just saying “I have this and that available on this day and we’re booked until then” he said “oh well idk what to tell you, idk” .... At that point I just said bye and hung up. Terrible service accompanied by an even worse attitude “
