Always love how they treat my son for his once a year haircut! Ha!

Horrible service! Worker has a terrible attitude! In such a rush to do a terrible job. Spent more time drying my hair and putting chemicals in it that I didnt ask for. Will never go back and I feel sorry for the next person. No wonder there wasnt anyone else there.

Amelia cut my hair and I love it! I also watched her cut and style the lady before me and she did a superb job. She came in with unruly thick hair and when she left it was soft looking and beautiful. It changed her whole look and she actually looked younger. Shes fantastic!

I never get the same stylist twice but also never get a bad cut or brows. Theyre always personal, polite, and attentive.

If I could leave 0 I would. Never had a problem until last night . Got layers and a trim and I never had a worse hairtcut in my life. All the layers are different lengths and the middle layers are the shortest and the back and front is the longest. Absolutely awful!

If you go here, DO NOT get a hair cut by Nicole! Prices are very reasonable Esp the $11 on Tuesday and Wednesday. Which is the only reason I went here. And I cant speak for any other ppl that cut hair here.. But she is horrible. Dont know how she got her license... worst hair cut Ive ever gotten and she is rushed and not very friendly. I dont even want to wear my hair down. Its that bad. I will never go here again!

Ive been here several times to get my daughters bangs trimmed and been here for myself three times but mostly went here for my daughter. Never had any complaints until months ago when I walked in to get my daughter a quick bang trim. There were only two stylist and both were busy upon my arrival. Ok, fine, I understand. I waited probably for an hour patiently but both were extremely rude as neither one acknowledged me; never got a name down or asked what I wanted done. What stylist treats customers like that? That was one tip that was loss. I walked out extremely mad after that long wait. Never again will I go back and havent since then. Idk any stylist to ignore a customer. Very unprofessional!

Awful service I went to get my eyebrows done and she hacked it up. This was months ago and still not growing properly. Maybe she should stop gossiping and pay more attention

Hair stylist was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable.But hair lost its shape after 3 weeks.

Ive been going here on and off since they opened. I had a 5 star review from my last hair cut from the regional manager she was great. But this time when I called to make my appointment the manager told me she doesnt work there anymore but the store manager tracy was going to cut my hair not to worry. So I went in for my appointment and tracy said it would be a fee minutes. I said ok. Then the other hairdresser fonna I believe her name is, walked up to me, so I assumed that the manager Tracy had sent her over because maybe she was tied up or something wasnt going to get to me, so I told her I wanted a trim barely anything taken off just fresh ends and she ended up lopping off at least 2 inches in still jacking up my hair so bad and it is so uneven! I am so upset its going to take forever to get back the length that she cut off and I was comparing pictures from just a week ago to now it is so so so much shorter. I cant even put it in a braid And then complain to Tracy and she ended up refunding me thankfully but that is not going to grow my hair back! Do not let Donna cut your hair I promise you will be sorry.

Very unprofessional. Made an appointment the previous day, and informed them I had to work a couple hours after the appointment. So I showed up at the time for my appointment, to discover only then that they decided to cancel my appointment because she wanted a day off. They were left with my number so I dont know as to why they would not call me to let me know before I show up?

If. I could rate a 0 i would. Hacked my hair cut and burned my daughter twice with a hair staightener.

It was horrible.it was my first time and she cut my daughters hair way too short,I told her how long I wanted it and she cut alot shorter.Not only that but she didnt even dry my daughters hair she just said all set and my daughter paid and left with her hair soacking wet
