I was really excited hoping to start an auto insurance policy with this company seeing the good reviews and low rates I’ve read from other reviews. When I called this establishment the representative on the telephone began to ask me questions obtaining my information although he didn’t seem to interested in me as a customer, but began to ask about the ratings he has on google. I was under the impression at this point he just cared more about his ratings and numbers then actually helping me the customer out with and insurance policy. He then told me I would get a call back from Melinda. Which who I was eager to meet considering her credentials online saying how amazing she is. I didn’t hear back for quite some time so I reached out for a follow up to be told by Melinda personally she has my information but she hasn’t had time to figure out a quote for me at this time. I have YET to receive a call back from ANYONE! Overall just the experience was unsatisfactory and the costumer service was terrible.

Melinda did an awesome job getting me a great rate on my home and auto and saved me a considerable amount of money compared to my previous agency which I was with for many years. They really have no people skills I called them for an estimate on my insurance and they never called me back so I had to go through Commerce Insurance which is AAA in Somerset Massachusetts so if you need insurance go there

The most knowledgeable people around when insurance is the subject.The best customer service I have ever had from an agency, they really made the effort to offer me the best coverage that I could have for the money I had to pay. I was amazed when I was told that my savings were over $1,800. A year due to some minor changes in regulations. The first thing that came to my mind was: why didnt my previous agency do this. I reply to myself: Because they didnt care!Bottom line: Donald J. Medeiros knows what they are doing, and they get it done before you ask for it! Tremendous professionalism! Love it!

Weve been with Donald J. Medeiros Insurance since 2005 is when we started our home owners insurance. From there I switch carriers and went onto our auto insurance with them. They now are my carrier for business insurances. I can not say enough about Heather and Melinda who are always on top of anything we need. We have recommended our friends and family to them and they are very pleased with the service as well, especially my father in law who is tough to please and hes very impressed. I like when I call Im not a number and its on a personal level and Heather is always willing to go above and beyond for us. If I cant find any answer I know I can call Donalds office and get one in a fast turn around time. Love these guys would NEVER go any where else!

Ive been with the company for many many years. I understand times change but they have lost the agent, customer relationship. Nobody sits down with you to discuss rates, or options etc...everything is too different. I dont like it. I want to speak with certain people for a reason and you cant even do that anymore. Trust is a huge thing for me. Im not happy.
