I was so glad to have someone who spoke clear, professional yet I could still actually tell it was another human being, with a personality! LISTENING to what I was truly trying to inquire on. Usually Im explained the same thing to a question I didnt ask three times before we can move on. Also, we assumed I could do what needed to be done but Candy had twice been able to search deeper, where in conclusion this lead me to make it possible to solve my issue before the end of the business day. I just completely forgot about the good 15 -20 minutes I was on hold prior, I could not have been more satisfied ...unless it had lead to some fairy tail ending...otherwise ...👍👍

I purchased a policy with a affordable on June 5 2020. I canceled my policy the day after I purchased it because after starting my policy with them I found another company that was a 3rd of the price that they were charging me. I called multiple times since June 5th and they have told me that my refund would be coming it is now July 28th and Ive just been told that my refund is still going to take another 3 weeks to get to me after multiple phone calls with very rude customer service agents people telling me one thing me getting a different story being given the run around and not being given clear information Im now told 2 months after I canceled my policy that its going to be another month before I get my money back. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy you can definitely do a little bit of due diligence and find someone a whole lot cheaper with a h*** of a lot less hassle wouldnt recommend.

I had the best experience in getting my A-Affordable Insurance yesterday. I had an old car that had been sitting through for almost over a year and with the help of the agent I was on the phone with Mayra I was able to do it all under an hour as she sat with through the troubles I had with the DMV. Not having a printer of my own she helped me with advice and offered to fax them my RMV1 and even though the DMV denied accepting it I managed to get an old place I used to work at to print it for me. She offered and emailed them the filled form as well as sending Gift Forms and dictating me through every step I had to take to register my car.Being 19 years old I was very unsure of how the whole process worked and Mayra and A-Affordable Insurance helped me understand everything I needed to know about it. Absolutely great service and would 100% recommend it to anyone.
