We rented a boat for half of day . Juliana who helped rented a boat was on the boat when we got there She stayed on the boat the whole time . She was just meanest person we ever met. She would follow us to the cabin, won’t allow us to use main cabin . Also she told us to meet us at the main gate but never showed up.we have to look for our boat in the massive port . What a mean person . We rented a boat with a captain only but ended up with 3 crew members on boat. Also she told me boat was not available for half of day but then once she realized that she couldn’t rented then all of a sudden boat WAS available for half day . Why you have to lie ??just really bad .

I booked Ricardo twice. The first time was excellent. The second time was a negative experience as our entire crew was stuck at the Puerto Del Rey Marina for over an hour. There was a lot of miscommunication between Ricardo and the other boat captain. It didnt ruin the trip but it killed the vibe and it was downhill from there.

Communication is a little slow. But other than that we had a great time on the boat

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Update :We arrived with the 12 that we booked with, not the 15 that they responded that we had. They may have double booked and told the 3rd party broker that the boat was being serviced, regardless extremely unprofessional. They refused to take any of our calls the day before and on the day of the charter.Stay away from these guys, they lied to the 3rd party broker and made up the excuse about us having too many people when in fact we should up with 12 people on time and ready to leave but they didnt respond to any calls or messages.We booked a V58 princess yacht with them several weeks ago to celebrate friends 40th birthday. They gave us confirmation emails, PDFs and confirmations via phone.We arrived at 9:30am for our 10am departure. Called them numerous times leading up to the scheduled date, they finally answered 10 mins beforehand just to let us know that the boat was not available and we were out of luck.They didnt apologize for the trouble and inconvenience they caused us, ruined our plans that were confirmed weeks in advanced.Steer away from these guys.

We are extremely disappointed with the customer service and honesty of this company. My family and I reserved a boat for a day in early August and paid the 50% deposit as required at the time of booking. After the booking, the governor ordered the closure of all marinas and therefore our reservation had to be cancelled by Water Time Charters. We were told at that time that we would be fully refunded, no problem. Well, here it is more than 2 weeks later and not only have we not received the refund promised but now no one in the company will respond to our messages, emails, and phone calls. It seems pretty obvious at this point that they have no intention of refunding as they told us they would, and they will not even have a discussion with us about it now.

Thank you Juan and Andrea for a beautiful day on the Victoria. We had a great time snorkeling and exploring the coast of PR. Food and cocktails were awesome too. Highly recommend this charter to discover Puerto Rico
