NAVEAPR was an unforgettable experience, we went to Palomino in April 2021 and from the first communication they were very professional, attentive and answered all my questions. I took my 91 year old grandfather and they were very helpful and accommodating to him. They canceled us super late the day before. And we found out because we communicated to know where we had to go, if not for that reason we didnt even find out. Supposedly the boat was damaged but that same day at 10am they were already uploading videos to their social networks with the boat in the water. We traveled from the USA to visit the islets and we couldnt thanks to their last minute cancellation. Definitely think twice before booking with them.
