Even though Covid made some things limited the staff did an amazing job with the best hospitality on the boat. Hopefully you get Chris, he’s your top bartender and crew staff. All of the crew were so generous and helpful. We were able to visit Flamenco beach and the snorkeling and sites were amazing. It’s just as beautiful as all the magazines and reviews rave about. The weather determines your destination but no matter where you go with this excursion you won’t be disappointed. I would book this excursion again no doubt. If you have to order a box lunch order the chicken wrap, it was delicious.

Staff was Amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Music was great! The food was great and the boat ride itself went very smooth. One of my friends did get hurt and the crew attended to her wound right away my only suggestion is for them to get waterproof band aids. Thank you for giving our brides a time of their life!

Loved the fact that they have new COVID rules and they really enforced them so the tourist feel safe at all times. The tour was spectacular, the captain nailed it and made it to Culebra, the food was great, drinks were delicious and the crew was super helpful and amiable. It was totally worth it!

We were on a catamaran today! Water was choppy but our captain Jimmy handled it well. The crew was Natalia, Matthew, Giovanni they were amazing. Excellent communication all crew was bilingual, very friendly, and accommodating to all of the peoples needs. Highly recommend! We went to Culebra beautiful white sand beach and turquoise water.

We had a party of 12 reserve a private charter to Culebra Island! It was beautiful and well worth every penny!! It was a little rough getting to the island on the catamaran but worth it!! The staff was awesome!! Highly recommend.

Great day trip. The staff do a great job taking care of you here, whether its showing you how to snorkel, bringing you drinks to your table, supplying masks, or anything else. Highly recommend for a day trip. We were supposed to go to Flamenco Beach, but it was too rough and went to Icacus.. didnt detract from the experience at all.

Friendly staff and good value for money

I took their catamaran tour to Culebra from Fajardo. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the boat was clean and comfortable. The drinks were delicious. Due to COVID they aren’t providing snorkeling equipment, but you can bring your own or buy there. They took us to Flamenco beach, which was lovely for swimming, but not the best snorkeling anyway.

Captain carlos is an amazing captain effortless through choppy water. Jane was absolutely amazing. Tipped very well because it was very well deserved. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💦💦💦💦 book now. U won’t be disappointed.

THE BEST!!! I recommend sooo much😃We had sooo much fun. Did it June 25,2021. With a group of 12. Left like 9:32am ON time!Must wear mask during the ride to the island. Bc of police.Once you there ENJOYYYYYY!!! The boat has a slide. Can jump off the lower level only. Which that was great with me.You can lay out on the front of the boat. Do activities. Staff comes down with a bucket of beers to pass around. Lunch was nice :) chicken sandwich. With let & tomatoes and 2sides.They even had gluten bread. Different chips & drinks..the alcohol drinks are good.my favorite The Captain special 😊boat was clean,bathrooms were good & staff waters down the boat while in motion to keep it fresh & clean.I would definitely do this again & again.Praying same staff is there. They had great team work.

We booked a trip to Coffin Island for my daughter and nephews graduation and birthday trip. They call us the night before and tell us our trip is canceled and we would have to pay more to do one of the other tours to Culebra instead. So we pay the extra hundred and something more because every other tours on the island were booked up already. So screwed us there. But then after paying that we get on the boat and find out we weren’t even going to Culebra, we went to Culebrita island instead due to weather. So we ended up paying more for an island we didn’t even get to go to 😤. The trip was very short also.Positives are that we did see whales jumping and the crew was very nice. I did get to swim with a sea turtle too.

Okay okay okay! This was by far the best part of our Puerto Rico honeymoon! Highly recommend!! Arrival at 9am and we got back to the marina at 2:30pm. Your temperature is taken at check in and you have your own socially distanced spot on the boat so you can stay safe. The crew was friendly and take great care of you the entire trip! We stopped at Icaicos Island and spent a couple hours there just lounging on the beach and enjoying our drinks (boat had an open bar once you actually stop at the beach). They had a variety of juices available (mango, guava, pineapple, and several others that were phenomenal). The crew even brought more drinks to us out in the water and on the beach, talk about service! A boxed lunch is provided and we did not expect what they meant by “chicken wrap”. Boxed lunch included this amazing pasta salad (with broccoli and black olives), a bean and chickpea mix that was delightful, and then a chicken salad wrap that was honestly the best chicken salad wrap I’ve ever had. We didn’t expect to be impressed by the box lunch but we were! After the beach they take you to another area for snorkeling. Because of covid you have to bring your own or buy some (usually you can rent it). We bought full face masks from Walmart (definitely recommend!). It was amazing!! So beautiful! We could have spent all day snorkeling!All in all one of the best experiences in my lifetime and the crew just made it all the more enjoyable!Trip of a lifetime!

I absolutely loved it here! It was nothing I excepted because I was NOT ready even after the presentation and instructions. When I say, the mini boat experience was fantastic! Such a thrilling experience for us. I drove the boat first and I was in the first group to drive off and I didn’t expect the tour guide to take off that fast nor did I know I can go that fast starting off. I thought my boat was going to flip over, but the ladies instructed me to put it in full blast and go. I was terrified, but I ended up getting comfortable after the practice round and loved going fast. I will say, it is not for the weak because those waves are no joke. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because I wish we could’ve gotten in the water like the pictures and videos show, but other than that…you’re going to have the time of your life. Being honest, I will say the tour guide’s demeanor and dry humor can be a bit misleading and come off as arrogant, but don’t take it personal…that seems to be his personality. He loosens up eventually and he is VERY knowledgeable about the island! Book them!

A highlight of our vacation! I had been to the island of Culebra before, but never approached it from the angle we were taken via the Catamaran. The trip was great with the crew being friendly and courteous. Once we got there the spot we had was a few feet from shore, but deep enough for us to jump off the side of the ship. We spent the entire time swimming, exploring, and having fun in the water and the sand. Once we were back, lunch was delicious, mated to a series of mojitos that were fantastic. At the end there was a fruit salad that was outstanding, and on the ride back we were able to get on top of the boat and enjoy some music and ocean air. This is a must do and a great value tour!

Took a trip to the island of Culebra at Flamenco beach. The crew is very friendly and helpful. They created a great atmosphere which was perfect to celebrate a birthday retreat.

Captain William & his crew members were exceptional and Amanda was beyond awesome . Everything was so clean & not to mention the constant sanitizing of bathrooms & common area Me and my family had a great experience. Definitely recommended .

Although we were looking forward to the tour, our boat wasn’t functioning properly. The guides said things like the oil needed changed and that maybe there was seaweed on the prop, but didn’t make any efforts to fix the situation. Our boat was not able to keep up with the group and follow in the others’ wakes making the ride especially unenjoyable due to the choppy waters. We were left far behind the group and forced to squeeze towards the bow of the boat in efforts for it to increase our speed. This was not the experience that we paid for. Additionally, after writing two emails explaining the situation in detail they refused to give us even a partial refund.

The boat excursion was amazing and captain Jose was amazing. He was informative and used humor to entertain us. The boats were fun and everyone was polite and courteous.

Great excursion!! Lots of fun for good value. The 4 of us really enjoyed seeing Puerto Rico while cruising from the San Juan Bay Marina. Highly recommend.

You do not have to show up 45 mins ahead. The tour guides and tour itself was pretty good. Would do it again.

Please note that I am writing this review as critical feedback to the business versus discouraging anyone to use their services. My family and I had just flew to PR on very early flights, but still decided to book this excursion for our first morning in PR since it was my birthday and the only day they had available. At 6:10 am, all 4 of us women and 1 child walked to the meet up spot for our transportation to the boat. Our pick-up was for 6:30am, so once I received a call from the company around 6:38am I figured it was them letting me know they were almost there. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They were calling to say they were cancelling the trip - I believe due to weather. I appreciate that they take safety seriously, so although disappointed my issue wasnt the cancellation. My issue was the fact that no one thought to contact us sooner. There is no way that you have a 6:30am pick-up scheduled and no one is available to contact the customer prior to that time. It was the lack of respect for our time and poor customer service that makes me give them 1 star.

If you are looking for a fun day at sea, this is the place to go. The staff is outstanding, the food and drinks are included in the package, the snorkeling is amazing, theyll make sure to pick the good spots for snorkeling. By far the best bang for your money. Fun for the whole family.

These guys are awesome! Easily one of the best experiences Ive ever had (even though I got a little sea sick). The staff here were very friendly and personable, making sure everyone had a great experience. We took a day trip to a top 5 rated beach in the world (Flamenco Beach) had lunch and an open bar. Couldnt ask for much more. Puerto Rico is ready for tourism again after Hurricane Maria, so make sure you visit and book a tour with these guys. You wont regret it.

Snorkeling Trip to Culebra: Best tourist experience of my life. The staff on board are attentive, knowledgeable and well prepared. The complementary lunch was better than expected. The snorkeling and ocean views were phenomenal.

My Wife and I loved it, we recommend this. The rum was good, the food was good, but you cant be picky about those things on the ride. Hard to judge further because Im easy to please, as long as my wife was happy, its good because shes really the picky one. The crew was very friendly and professional.

During a group trip to Puerto Rico, we decided to do the snorkeling trip to Icacos on the catamaran that was designated for adults only. The day was beautiful as we set sail for the open ocean, the day started off with great music and drinks to get the party started. When then stopped at the first location for the day, Icacos Island. We were able to jump off the catamaran and swim to the island to enjoy the beach before we enjoyed lunch. We were served a very filling lunch with drinks as we kept the party going with music. Once the time was complete at this location, we then set sail for the next location where we would finish off with snorkeling off the coast of a private island. The ocean was beautiful as we were able to see different ocean life off the coast of the island and enjoyed the rest of the time on the catamaran before we set sail back to Puerto Rico. This is an all day tour as we got back to the port of Fajardo around 3 pm, this was definitely an experience to remember and my friends who have never been to Puerto Rico were very surprised how beautiful the beaches and this part of Puerto Rico is.

“Great way to spend a day!!!”We have gone out snorkeling with East Island Excursions in the past and the experience of the crew and how friendly they are was one of the main reasons to book another trip. The trip to Culebra was well worth the hour plus ride there and to go snorkeling on the reef in 25-30 feet of blue water was worth it. Then go over to Flamenco beach and do some more snorkeling was also great. The crew also makes the trip good since they are always asking if you need another drink or answer any questions that you may have... and they even sing and dance (but some should not quit their day jobs!!) I would give a list of the guys from the crew but I dontremember their names, what would be good on the website is a photo and names of all of the crew members.

5/31/21 Went on an excursion to Playa Flamenco on Culebra. The boarding process was smooth... the seas were a little bumpy and the crew made us feel comfortable. Once to Flamenco, the boat pulled real close and we swam to the shore. Enjoyed the beach for a couple of hours then had lunch. Had the chicken salad wrap and it was good lunch. The ride back was smoother sailing. Overall it was a great trip and would use East island again. Can’t say enough about the professionalism and communication from the crew.

You cannot go to Puerto Rico without taking this excursion. The snorting was excellent, the food was delicious, and the beaches are some the top in the world. Their pricing is very good compared to others and well worth the trip.

A truly unforgettable boating and snorkeling adventure off the east coast of Puerto Rico. We took our family including three children under 10 on this wonderful catamaran trip to the island of Icacos.The weather was gorgeous, the seas were relatively calm, the reefs and snorkeling were tremendous, the food and drinks were simple but perfect, and the staff was friendly and professional.I can not recommend this strongly enough. If you’re in Puerto Rico, book a trip with East Island excursions.

Even though I couldnt take the tour because my grandson didnt have the age limit, the girl that gave me the information over the phone was very polite and explained the tour in detail. Some of my friends took the tour and said that it was awesome.

Fantastic !! Crew most accommodating and fun loving. This was a 12 on a 10 point scale. Lunch delicious and plenty of free drinks and so much to do with slide, floats, kayaks and paddleboards. This is an EXCEPTIONAL tour and priced very well for all that is included. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. And of course of the beach and water is beautiful. Enjoy!!!

Water was nice. A little bit of high waves. Good for boogie boards.

Not good for children. Mostly a party boat, lunch was terrible. There is nothing to see at this beach for snorkeling so dont use these guys for that. They did easily charge you 30 dollars for snorkeling gear though so that was nice. 47 people on one boat. Other tours showed up to the same spot. Not enough time to relax or enjoy the Beautiful beach we went to. Somehow we ended up with bees everywhere, EVERYWHERE. The staff was nice and fun, too bad the excursion was part was terrible.

The staff accommodated everyone without difficulty. My 13 year old was the only minor aboard snd I never felt thing were uncomfortable for her.

This was my favorite part of Puerto Rico. The staff was amazing (thanks Levi and Axel!) they were funny, accommodating, and nice. The food was good. The rum was endless and the snorkeling was amazing. At first, the cAtamaran seemed overcrowded- but they create such a great atmosphere that you end up friends with everyone on the tour!

Captain Arturo and crew was fantastic and fun. Would highly reccomend this group for a day trip to Culebra, such a beautiful place, the beaches are in the top five in the world are white and the water is cool and clear.

I highly recommend this place for snorkeling trips while in Puerto Rico. I have used them twice and I have enjoyed both to the fullest. There is free parking, lines dont get too long and they work you in quickly. Dont be late though. Open bar, fresh fruit, and sandwiches are included with your ticket. The staff is amazing and they make sure you are having a great time safely. I highly recommend a waterproof case so you can take awesome pics and videos while you snorkel.

My friends and I all agreed this was probably the best part of our trip. We were looking for a good time and that’s what it was. The unlimited drinks were great. The food was good. And the people were amazing! We had Roberto as our captain along with Angel, Chris and I forget the other ones name with pretty eyes lol. We had a blast! The music was fun and we were dancing! I personally didn’t snorkel but my friends did and it just wasn’t really for them, but the experience was great overall. The crew also made it that much better and had fun with us! The island is beautiful and we’re soo glad we booked this ahead of time. Definitely recommend for adults looking to have fun.

Took the 6-hour tour that includes 3-hour visit to a deserted island where you can swim while the crew prepared lunch sandwich/salad buffet (all while serving bottomless drinks), then on to a coral reef where you can snorkel for two hours. The coral reef was like swimming in an aquarium...all types of tropical 🐟.The boat was clean and comfortable, and the crew was very friendly while being professional and safety conscious. We really enjoyed it and hope to do it again sometime.

Went on a catamaran excursion yesterday and my friends and I had the most amazing time!The crew was absolutely fantastic and made sure everyone was taken care of and was having a fun time. Can’t wait to do it again!

OVERPRICED If you do not know how to swim! DO NOT book this tour, as you have to swim over 200 meters in deep ocean water. You are not allowed to take anything to shore; towels, chairs, sunblock, etc. There is absolutely NOTHING to do at the beach. No food, no shade, no chairs!!! Food on the boat was disgusting! Consisted of a boiled frozen hamburger party. Drinks were not flowing like they should have been. Staff extremely rude and said it wasnt their problem, when we told them we couldnt swim. Such a waste of money!!!! There are better excursions to culebra, wheres theres a dock and you are in the better part of the beach with access to shade, water and food. I am BEYOND DISSAPPOINTED.

So much fun! I cant remember the exact price but I think it was around 130 per person which included transportation to the port, the catamaran ride, food and open bar, and snorkel gear. the crew is so much fun! the snorkeling was amazing and the beach they took us to afterwards was gorgeous.

They canceled our tour last minute because my son wasnt ten(mind you they advertise family friendly) then didnt try to accommodate a new date that worked for us. They offered us one other day that didnt work for us. We were so excited to go.

We sent a bachelorette party on a private cruise with East Island Excursions and they had a great time! The food was a little bit iffy but that was due to Covid regulations. Otherwise their trip was wonderful and they enjoyed a full day of entertainment in San Juan!

It was my second trip and I had as much fun as last time. Love the experience and its a must if you are in puerto rico. Its also extremely cheap considering what you get the price. Would definitely come again

So much fun! Well worth it! We did the snorkeling excursion to Isla Icacos. The staff was super friendly and there was a nice variety of things to eat and plenty to drink. It was fun watching the crew work the sails, pretty much all manually. We first stopped at Icacos and spent a few hours there walking the beach and snorkeling all around. The water was clear and warm. Then we went out to a shallow coral reef and snorkeled some more. All the gear is provided. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it.

These people are great! We had so much fun!! We had to swim to the uninhabited island though! We loved it others were very upset about the flys on the food ( they were bad) and the fact they had to swim to the beach ( island)

First I’ll start with the most disappointing thing of a “snorkeling excursion”- not being able to snorkel. They said due to visibility, which I get they can’t control but I figured they’d make more of an effort to bring us somewhere we could. Almost everyone brought or bought snorkel gear. So basically you paid for a boat ride out to an island to swim and have lunch. It was nice, but not what I paid for. I would’ve sat on my almost equally as nice hotels beach and saved $200.However, the crew was super nice! The lunch was very good and drinks were flowing. Just alittle boring after awhile, you think you’re going to be snorkeling so no one brought anything else out on the boat so all we did we swim and hang out on an island, and obviously super upset we couldn’t snorkel.

This....is TOPS!!!...the staff, the boat, the view, the food, the cocktails.....its a MUST DO!....and this is something your not going to get anywhere else... FANTATSTIC!!!

We had a great time (WEAR SUNSCREEN I SUNBURNED BAD) it leaves at 9:00am and returns at 3:00pm if you are going with a group and everyone bought their own ticket make sure everyone is on the same boat, we had 12 in our group and were on 2 different boats (we found this out checking in at the dock). It’s open bar with a variety of rum fruit juice mixes, no alcohol served until you get to the first stop. For lunch there is make your own sandwiches with pre-cut French bread, cut fresh fruit cole slaw, & pasta salad. There’s a bathroom on board, while on the boat it’s barefoot.It’s an awesome day trip. Sunscreen SUNSCREEN sunscreen!!!!!

I’m writing this review right from their catamaran. They called us yesterday to make sure we sign our waivers before we get to the marina in the morning, they did not mentioned that we were not going to be Culebra island which it was what we paid to go to. Instead they were more worry about covering their behinds by having us sign a waiver. We get in the boat and we are told we are not going to Culebra island instead we are going to Vieques green beach. I would have rather go to any other beach in the main island. I which they would have mentioned the change of plans the day before. We would have canceled and spent our money and time visiting the island elsewhere.

Always fun, whichever package you choose. Great crew.

They offer many excursions. We took a catamaran to a beautiful coral reef off Culebra Island and then spent some time at Flamenco Beach. It included a buffet lunch, but it was just make your sandwiches with some salads. But it was still good, but maybe thats the sun talking. We had an amazing crew though! Highly highly recommend!

Loved our trip on the catamaran bc of the crew members! They were so attentive and made sure we were all taken care of with food, drinks, and even help us get in the water. Not happy with the company its self. Day before our trip I got a call stating they were “rerouting” to a different island other than the one we were scheduled for due to weather. Although the weather was worse the day before our trip to culebra was rerouted to a less than comparable island. They stated I’d receive a refund but were unclear as I thought she has said $40 per person but turns out it’s only $20 per person. That’s absurd considering how much we paid for a trip to an island we actually wanted to go to but was changed day before. The girl on the phone said it would be an area equally as beautiful but it definitely was not. This is also not a snorkeling tour as the only snorkeling place we were at for very short amount of time and there was not much to see. Due to covid they also don’t provide gear.

Cannot say enough positive things about the tour. We went on the deserted island tour to Icacos. At first, it looked like there were too many people on the boat, but it wasnt crowded at all. All of us got our own space, and once we got on the beach, it did not feel like there were too many people either. There will be other tour operators at the Icacos Island, but most boats maintain their distance, so theres nothing to worry about. I did not know how to swim, and Christian took the time to teach me how to swim using floaties when we were at the Icacos beach where you can see some coral reefs. When we went to the snorkeling spot, I was confident enough to put those swimming lessons to use and actually swim all the way to the coral reef in the open seas (the reef is at a 15-30ft depth, so be prepared). Lunch was served for the entire duration we were on the island, and drinks were served till we got back to Fajardo. Would definitely recommend East Island Excursions, and cannot thank Christian enough for making this trip amazing!

Let’s get something clear, if you can’t or don’t know how to swim don’t take this tour.Now, let’s state the positive things first. The crew is super friendly, and they clearly know what are they doing. It was a quick and easy trip to Icacos. The drinks and food, decent. Not a fine dining experience but you go there for the beach, not the food.Now, this is where it goes downhill for me. I can’t swim. Well that’s an understatement. Even with a floater I can sink if I’m not careful. So, guess what, I couldn’t make it to Icacos beach. They only give you a Toby foam floater that did nothing for me. I tried it and my chin was barely out of the water. Add, that undertow was strong, there was a lot of waves, and you were swimming for over 100 ft against it didn’t help. They have nothing else to take you to shore so you, if like me you can’t swim, you will be sitting on a boat for a couple of hours doing nothing. And of you want to take advantage of the included drinks, you need to swim back to the boat for it. So if you’re thinking that you’re be sipping endless pinas coladas at the beach forget about it. If you can’t swim you will be better taking a water taxi that leaves you at the beach and you can bring your drinks. Any way you’re not having them when taking the tour.

We went used Caribe Bliss and Alex and the crew were great! They provided us with all the information we needed and they are eco centered!They made sure we had a great time but were safe while doing so and also being responsible for the footprints we leave.They provided plenty of food, drinks, and rum! The music and interactions with the crew made it a great time.They provided us with all the snorkeling gear we needed along with instructions. They werent overbearing and for a first time snorkeler I felt my safety was their utmost concern! Thanks for a great day and memories that wont soon be forgotten!The cost was small for what they provided. We left at 9:30 am and got back around 4 pm. We went to Culebra for snorkeling and then to Flamenco Island beach and back on a powerboat. The bathroom and boat was clean and well kept and all 41 ppl on board had a great time!

If you’re booking this as your opportunity to go to Culebra be warned that it may not happen, maybe go there on the ferry instead. They texted the day before to warn us it might not be possible to go to Culebra. I checked weather.com and it said 15 mph winds. When we left on the boat we headed to Culebra but the wind and waves were strong and the boat was heaving and rocking a lot. We kept going for about 15 minutes (felt like much longer!) until the captain decided it was not safe to continue and diverted to Icacos Island instead. We took Dramamine ahead of time and were very glad we did. At Icacos there were rocks near the boat that coral and lots of tropical fish lived in that was really cool to snorkel in. The beach drops off sharply and it was too deep to wade to shore so we had to swim in. There’s no shade on the beach so most people hung out on the boat. The crew was friendly and offered lots of drinks. Very disappointed we couldn’t go to Culebra but I think a lot of people would’ve gotten seasick if we had continued. The ride back was much smoother, the direct route to Icacos was closer to the shore and more sheltered.

This was hands down the best part of our week in PR! We booked the slightly more expensive BBQ Luxury Snorkeling Tour on the Zatara catamaran, and are so glad we chose that over the cheaper larger tour on the East Wind catamaran. Even though both boats go to the same spots and basically follow each other, there were way less people on our boat, the other one looked a little crowded. There was also a larger area to sit under cover for shade from the sun and the quick rain shower we passed through. The BBQ lunch wasnt bad, slightly better than just sandwiches. The crew members were awesome (Alex, Jeff, and Angel I believe), very attentive with serving up great rum drinks and beers! Icacos island was beautiful with clear water and soft sand, though you have to wade through about 4ft of water to get off the boat, so we didnt bother bringing towels or phones with us. The snorkel spot was also very nice, the water was calm enough and plenty of colorful fish to look at. One side note, the waves in the water were a little wild as we left the marina - expect to get very wet if you sit on the front of the boat (which isnt a big deal, we just wished we had left our towels and clothes somewhere dry). Would recommend sitting on the benches within the boat if you tend to get seasick or have kids that might get scared. Overall, would definitely recommend the Zatara tour!!

You ALL are the absolute BEST!!!I booked this tour for my son’s 10th birthday (2/03) and it was the best thing I could have ever done!!The love & kindness shown to us was AMAZING!!The celebration of him was more than I could have dreamed!!The food & drinks were FANTASTIC!! I’m still sad I didn’t get more pasta salad!!! 🤣🤣🤣Then you made sure my son was able to go to the reef to snorkel with a life guard because I can’t swim!We have been to many places, but the level of care that was put into this excursion is unmeasured!Thanks for all that you do ensure everyone has a good time. We are forever grateful that each of you made this an experience that will never be forgotten!!
