I always recieve good service at this location. I go here which is a bit farther than my local town one because of the service..

Terrible attitude by employees. Its understandable that people have jobs that they do not enjoy but it isnt necessary to have an attitude to customers, especially when you work the front desk of a post office. They ignore business hours and open and close whenever they feel. Extremely unprofessional. This place is a joke and should be shut down.

Worker in the front (African American male) who seems like he could possibly be the manager, all though I’m not entirely sure, was EXTREMELY rude for no reason. Was in line with 3 other people and even they could not believe how rude and arrogant this worker was being. Ive worked in the customer service field all my life and understand it can be a challenging position but his arrogance was uncalled for especially when no customers did anything to deserve it in the first place. They need to hire someone with common manners and patience and someone who doesn’t make it so obvious that they hate their job.

The black lady there was rude and gave attitude for no reason. I was polite and the black man there also seemed so careless and arrogant. Do not recommend going here at all. Please hire useful and friendly people!

Can I put 0 star ? It is incredible how this manager is miserable, he cares more about the cars that are parked there and he does not do his job. He is very close friend with the man of tow truck . I do not know why. ?, please buy a chain and close that place instead. . this guy stay there after they closed just to be calling town truck that no good to take the cars and pay $ 150 only because they park there for few minutes. I believe in GOD !!! How he feel after people pay $150 only because he hates people ? This land will stay here after we died don’t worry to much to hate others

Horrible experience with the worker (black men) of this post office. Absolutely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional . Dont choose this place to make a passport.

I stopped by in the morning and had a lovely experience. The post office clerk helped me figure out how to ship my item the cheapest way. I didnt have any issues at all with this post office. I think its great that it opens early, too.

The one star is for how close this Post Office is to my house. Otherwise, there have been several customer service reps recycled through this Post Office with some interested personalities and not so great customer service. However, the latest tops them all.He is rude, acts racist towards customers that do not speak or understand his English. Since he is black himself and has his own dialect, most time is very hard to understand his directives even if I speak/understand perfect English., Never mind for someone who doesnt..Please do this Community a favor and place someone at this PO with manners, patience with customers, and good service even to people of other racers with limited English skills. Thank you

Worst place to have your passport done, the staff members are rude and they don’t know what they doing, this one African American heavy set built guy was rude and stated we don’t have the proper paperwork, when he did not know what he talking about, I will not go back there again that’s for sure !! I love my post office. When I pickup mail from my p.o. box or purchase supplies, I am greeted with a smile. I like the rep. with the beautiful long nails she is always nice and patient.

Out of all the post office I drive here because I appreciate the customer service given. Hate shipping costs no matter what but I would rather drive to this location to ship anything out other than the jersey city locations.

I havent received any mail in over month. Any bills, packages, nothing. After calling the companies to resend while confirming the address, again; I still havent received anything. I even asked a friend to send me a letter. Guess what, its been 2 weeks and nothing and she lives a mile away. So yes, this post office doesnt even deserve A star!!!! I WANT my mail!!

Worst customer service! This one lady with Dragon acrylic tips, has a nasty attitude, even if youre polite. I heard yell at one woman saying figure it out, get off the line.. youre holding the line i get it... This isnt FedEx, but the post office says theyre losing$$$. Well take a look at your people service skills.

Had to update this score to 1 stars. Was at 2 stars before. Wasnt sure why i came back to this place, but its the closest usps. Sent out a package today and i guess i put the label horizontally not vertically and the lady there basically called me stupid. Her exact words were i guess ill send it out like this, they will think im stupid too but what can i do i mean i only came to send out a package not to be embarrassed in front of other people. This place is the worste. I feel very sorry for her.

Disgraceful. The employees are always in a bad mood and have an attitude. Almost always a line. Expect to wait anywhere from 15-30 minutes.

This post office carrier system is unprofessional : several times theyve been mixing my neighbors mails with mine, I am waiting a governmental documents, and I am afraid if they send them somewhere else

Excellent service, I recommend it, they sell you stamps and they take care of you Fast, they have access to wheelchairs, they have good parking and its free
