Maintenance staff is helpful and friendly. Front office staff returns calls and emails and is generally efficient. Parking isnt bad. We are not disturbed very much, calm.
I applied for a unit and was approved, paid $90 for mine and my fiances application. Had my credit pulled. They confirmed with me that this was for the apartment that cost $1595 a month, and I was taken back because the website was listed at $1345 (something around there). The person on the phone said it takes a day for their prices to update on their site, so yes it was listed at $1345 but its really actually $1595. Im angry because I lost $90 and had my credit pulled. The person on the phone claimed she gave me the total price when I called for information yesterday, but they can go back and listen to the recording of our phone call, nothing was said. I was kind to the lady and on the phone, but wont be kind on here.Update. I asked if they would honor the price that was on their website and they said no. Please be sure you call them first because their site is wrong, DO NOT APPLY AND LOSE MONEY AS WELL AS HAVE YOUR CREDIT PULLED UNTIL THEYVE CONFIRMED THE PRICE.
Townhome style apartments available. Great location. Secured parking. Secured building. Current management good but not great and the company does charge for everything! Parking, pets, utilities, online payments
The manager Terri was really kind and the community is nicely maintained.
Ive lived at Chinook Way for over a year now and I love it! The staff is friendly and the maintenance guys are on top of it. The neighborhood is beautiful and Im going broke being able to walk to Target.
Enjoyed my time living here and the neighborhood is sweet and nice. Would have enjoyed it more if it were for the price hikes through my two years and the lack of parking.
Ive lived here for almost 6 years and love it! The community is wonderful, the space is great and the management team is top notch!
Lived here over 10 years love ever thingabout it very clean. And management very nice will take of you!!
Id honestly rate this place as a 3 star if it wasnt for how cool the neighborhood is. The walls are super thin, air Plains fly over every 10minutrs all hours of the day and night. Its expensive here but the staff is really nice. Though some of their corporate rules are annoying they are super cool. So if it wasnt for the staff and walkable neighborhood Id give it a 3. Because the apartments could use some insulating. Parking hasnt been too bad... but with any apartments youre going to have parking issues. Its nice to have garage parking and a secure place to lock up a bike. There are no balconies or additional storages with the exception of first come first serve small closet size storage in the garage so dont come here thinking that youll have a place to put your BBQ Grill or anything beyond a bicycle in the bike lock area if you are a family larger than a two-bedroom household this place might not be a good option for you.
No parking anywhere after 5pm. Just not enough space. Rent has been raised high for low return. Its just not worth what theyre asking.
Parking is crappy. Not enough anywhere your going to circle around a while or park couple blocks down most nights. If you park on the street your car is bound to get hit, or broken into. So beware Both happen several times a year. Lock your car and put an alarm on it if there isn’t one, keeps valuables out, And park close to the curb not to close to other cars, if you can to avoid getting hit.
