I have so much fun playing basketball with the guys. Monday, Wednesday Friday at noon. Great group of guys.

Nice place, comfortable atmosphere

Very accommodating when I visit from out of state. Love the atmosphere. Its a great gym and there have been some nice improvements over the years.

Two level gym with full basketball courts and plenty of machines and free weights to utilize. Machines are well spaced out and not crammed. Smaller individual rooms for yoga classes or for those who like a little more privacy.

Visited most gyms in the area. This is my favorite. Plenty of space and equipment.

Owner and staff great. Could use some updating however.
