Sadly our washer has been put on hold for delivery and I’ve been dreading going to a laundromat...the washboard is literally 4 minutes from our place and when I went in last night it was the absolute best experience ever! I caught the lady’s name that was working which was Kellie/Kelly! She was absolutely awesome. She helped me and was just overall a good person to be with at a laundromat! Thanks again Kellie/Kelly for making my dreadful trip feel like it was only 10 minutes!

Clean, great music, drop off service with a 2 hour turn around time

Friendly staff and quick turn around with the drop off laundry; however, the last time I dropped off my laundry, I returned home to find that I was missing four socks (each had one and was missing the match) as well as a pair of pants. I stopped by to inquire and the staff was helpful, but no one ever contacted me back regarding the incident. Ultimately, paid to do my laundry (approx $18) and will have to pay to replace the missing articles of clothing. Additionally, the first time I dropped off laundry here my husband’s shirt returned with a bleach stain. This place is friendly and convenient, but, ultimately, I am disappointed particularly that no one cared to remedy the missing clothing situation.

Fairly clean, but 75% of dryers dont work.

This was my 6th visit and 5 out 6 visits there were issues. The first issue was; I paid to wash and dry my own clothes and needed to run a errand. I asked the staff to fold my clothes and they said to pay when I picked them up. When I arrived to pick up my clothes only 6 items were folded and the other twenty were hung. The bill was $19 and change essentially to put my clothes on used hangers. When I questioned the service they stated, I just didnt feel right about folding those. I payed for a service that I did not get. Two other times the machines took my money and I had to move machines and pay again. Tonight I brought my already laundered clothes to dry when I arrived 4 of the six working large dryers had clothes just sitting in them. I asked the manager if she would take them out so I could use them and she said, No, they are here somewhere. So I bent down and used the bottom dryer, even though it hurt to bend over with my injury. Sat in my car went in before my dryer finished got my clothes and the same dryers still had the same clothes. Poor customer service. After all that I had to walk through the plume of cigarette smoke from the manager sitting by the door as I left. I wont go back and highly discourage anyone from going there.

This is a gorgeous laundromat. Everything is new, and kept as clean as the day they opened their doors. The people working there are polite and friendly. When I was without my washer and dryer, I dropped clothes off (yes, they do charge extra for this) and they washed, professionally folded all my clothes, and called me when done. I thought their prices were great, but I realize most people would rather wash, dry, and fold their own clothes - and that IS what they’re in business to provide (beautiful new equipment), but for me this service was just exactly what I needed.

Daphne is way cheaper $2.50 for a washer that cost $4.50 at this laundromat. Dryers are horrible over $2.00 and still damp. $1.25 at magnolia in daphne and clothes are very dry. Save$5.00 a load go to Daphne.
