I evacuated due to a hurricane and this facility was a huge help. The other customers were super nice both times I came, helping me with drying time (you have to know how long it takes to dry clothes because it’s pay per minute) and even giving me detergent I forgot to bring.

This is the best laundry mat around!! Always clean and comfortable, our favorite place to get condo laundry done!

This was great to wash our laundry during our trip. It seemed off of the beaten path, but it was not. There was an employee who assisted us. Very neat and tidy facility. A restroom was available for customers, and very clean.

Exceptionally clean laundry facilities. Great washers and dryers, several large capacity. So many machines I doubt there is ever a wait. Change machine, restroom, t.v. ......washers range from $1.50 to $5.00 a cycle, dryers are .25/3 minutes.

Beautiful, extremely clean and reasonable prices. Just wish people would have more respect to the equipment and other people using the facilities. Running shoes should not be put in the washers.

This is by far the nicest laundromat in the area! So fast and so cheap on time and money. The owners are great people and its unbelievable how well it is maintained. My regular spot for my familys absurd amount of laundry.

Has anyone seen how this owner replies to negative reviews? Good Lord! Someone teach this person business 101! There is no telling the lost opportunity costs she has endured by her review responses and how she treats people who happen upon her establishment. A good business person would see any passerby as an opportunity to earn their business, not run people off like a crazed lunatic.

I spend 50 to 60 dollars at the establishment a month and will no longer be coming here after my experience with the owner. I was driving to my physical therapy, when I found I still had 30 minutes before it started. So I stopped by this laundry mat to smoke a cigarette. 25 seconds in to it, I was paraded by who I assume to be the owner asking are you doing laundry here? No, but Ive done laundry here a lot. I replied. She then started saying Im going to call the police! And your trespassing. I got in to my car and started driving off as she was following me taking pictures of my car yelling I got you!. Listen, Im fine with wanting people to go in your store and pay for things and not to just hang out, but she was very rude. Maybe she was against me smoking there but like I said, i there for no more then 25 or 35 seconds. Despite its clean fasilaty and good prices, there plenty of other laundry mats with all of that, some even with coffee and food. By far worst encounter with a owner of a storeIve had.

Clean, inexpensive, and a friendly staff. Convenient hours and plenty of machines.Edit: the minutes on the dryer have gone down and it seems the prices on the washers have gone up as well. Its still pristine, the hours are still good, and the service is friendly but what took 12 dollars to wash previously is now closer to 25. So thats a bit of a downer.

This is the least expensive and most upscale laundromat in lower Alabama. I washed and dried a load of laundry for $2.50! I bet this is cheaper than doing it at home. Best thing I was in and out in less than 40 minutes!

The 2 washing machines closest to the TV on the backside ripped me off and had me put an extra $1.00 in each so it came to $7.00 for 2 loads to wash and then the dryers were .25 for 3 mins so that came to about $2.00 each. $11.00 for 2 loads is crazy. It was also a bit odd that a cop was walking around the facility since I am an RVer and have traveled around America quite a bit and never saw a cop at a laundromat. Made me think I was end bad end of town. It also only has 4 chairs so most people have to stand. It was clean, but I would never go back. I would have been better off doing my laundry and the Rv resort.

BEWARE of meeting anyone for any reason at this location. The only thing CRAZY about this establishment is its owner. She will threaten to have you arrested if she finds you on her property doing ANYTHING other than laundry. I work in home health and simply met a coworker to exchange paperwork in the parking lot. When I proceeded to tell the proclaimed owner of this she responded, I dont care! I want you off my property! Nothing friendly about encountering this individual. I would NEVER patronize a business owned by someone as belligerent as this! This encounter took place at 8:30 AM during regular business hours in the parking lot with maybe 2 other vehicles present. Under no circumstance was I trespassing, soliciting, loitering, littering, harassing or engaging in any other behavior that could possibly be considered as undermining the safety, welfare, cleanliness, and convenience of your facility. I wouldnt access your property to conduct business with anyone of your liking. Myself or any other well respected member of this community will NOT tolerate your shrude uncalled for behavior even at your so called private business. Sad thing is, you never know just what kind of potential business you have really lost approaching me the way you mistakenly did.YOU claim: Hospice affiliate trespassing after hours on my property, days after I had a home full of hospice nurses….interesting. An 18 second conversation in which my employee asked you nicely to leave and you then barrage them with obscenities. The surveillance footage is crystal clear. You trespassed and attempted to provoke an altercation with my employee.However, I am NOT employed with any type of Hospice company. Your supposed video footage (which you have cowardly deleted from your FB comment on my review) does not even show my vehicle or my presence because whatever incident you are referring to clearly had nothing to do with me.

Uniquely clean laundromat, providing free WiFi. Members of the staff are friendly and helpful, with small necessities available for purchase in case you run out or need a few more things. However, on of the other guests was unkind about sharing space in the facility. Snarky remarks from others regarding the amount of laundry I bring and/or how I make use of this shared space is disrespectful. I will not stand for being criticized by another guests, especially when I have done nothing wrong. In the future, I will come at a different time, hopefully avoiding this particular guest and her lack of respect - as she severely cheapened what would have been an otherwise enjoyable experience.
