Called on a holiday weekend about an AC problem and they were there within 2 hours. Bill diagnosed our problem and got us up and running until he could get back after the holiday with parts for a permanent fix. They returned on time the next week and completed the work. Additional emergency fee was very reasonable. I will certainly recommend this company.

Called to get the spring & fall maintenance agreement and they came out the next day. Cleaned and checked the entire system. Found that my unit was 2lbs low on refrigerant. I’m new to the area and happy to have found an HVAC company that I can trust.

We have been using Southeastern since we have been in Fairhope (10 years). One of our units finally failed to the point of replacement. Two men showed up on time and even though the temperature outdoors and in the attic was in the low 90s they politely and efficiently removed and replaced our air handler, recharged it and got us back on line within three hours. We have always received prompt, courteous and professional service from all the technicians at Southeastern and highly recommend them to anyone needed heat and air work.

She told me of Southeastern Heating and Air. I called and talked with Mr. Pat Strack, the owner. He set up an appointment for the next day. The service technician, Bo, was on time and very courteous and knowledgeable. We agreed that I needed to have a full service check performed on my unit. Bo found some minor issues and corrected them, immediately. I signed up for a yearly service contract. Talk about quick service--I had a perceived problem in the morning and a technician was in my house by 1 PM. Diagnosed the problem, briefed me very nicely that it was actually operator error and was on his way. Told me I needed to get a magnet., so if there any around would someone drop it off. Highly recommend! Did an amazing job! We needed to redue our HVAC in our house and I had previously called a different place to get an estimate. The other place came out and then Never got me an estimate or every called me back after 3 calls and 1 month later! So I looked up on Angie’s list and saw Southeastern’s reviews. They came out ASAP and I had an estimate within 24 hours with no prompting. They set up the appointment for details on their plan for the systems according to my convenience and as soon as was available for me. They set up the schedule on starting the project according to my schedule and as soon as available for me as well. The workers did a wonderful job! They worked fast and efficient. They even ate lunch on the job to speed it along! They ended up finishing a day ahead of schedule and cleaned my house everywhere they went (I would say above and beyond). I could not have asked for a better company. The system is working great!!! Highly recommended! Pricing was right were I expected!

Late afternoon on a Saturday. They responded within 2 hours, fixed the problem and cleaned up after himself. The gentleman that was here was very friendly and answered all of our questions. He was wearing a facemask.

Showed up super quick, figured out the issue within minutes, had the parts on the truck to fix it, was done and gone fast. Cost was fair!
