The air was not working at our short-term rental at 10pm. I called about 10 other 24/7 heating and air companies and Atlas was the only company who had someone available to help. Someone was at our property within 30 minutes and made me and my guests super happy! They are also trying to take care of their customers and did not charge an additional after hours fee right now because of covid. Super friendly and honest tech as well!

A burning plastic smell was coming from my air vents around 8pm the night before I was supposed to leave on vacation. After searching for a good company to call, around 9pm, I called Atlas, expecting an answering system. Instead, an actual person answered my call, and when I explained my problem, she immediately contacted a tech to come to my house. James R. arrived by 10pm, diagnosed our problem, put in an order for the replacement parts, and promised to contact us as soon as the part was in. Sure enough, the morning after we got back from our trip, he had the part, quoted us a reasonable price, and was able to travel to our house and complete the repair within a couple hours. Everyone I spoke to with this company was professional and helpful, and the work James did was top notch. So glad I chose Atlas for the job. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know.

We have a second home in Fairhope and of course when we arrived late Friday night on July 4th weekend one of our AC units was not working. We called early on Sat morning and Rocky came early afternoon and got us back up and running. He was so professional, knowledgeable and passionate about his job. And, the service was extremely affordable. This company will def be our go to from now on.

Cameron my technician came out fixed my AC unit checked underneath duct work and found cross over duct had come a loose. Had two other companies came out prior to using Atlas and they wouldnt even check underneath now its blowing good cold air from vents. Very Professional Company will use this company from now on.

I have used Atlas a couple times now over the last couple years and I have been really happy with them. I have had some really unfortunate issues with 2 of my AC units but the guys at Atlas have been great working with me to keep the cost down. Ive recommended them to all my friends and family and will continue to do so....Oh, and just in case some of you are wondering, I am not getting paid for this review or compensated by them or Google in any way. I just feel that good service should be rewarded and hopefully this review will help them get at least one more person to give them a chance.

My apartment complex decided that my air conditioning going out at 6pm at night, with the inside temperature at 86, was not important enough for them to come over and fix. I called Atlas and they got here quick. They were so helpful and so kind. They fixed my air so fast. I cant thank them enough for helping me through this issue. Bob & I met Josh Johnson between visits to the hospital for week long chemo treatments. We had been advised by 2 different vendors, in July’s heat, we needed a new system; $6,800 bid by 1st, $5,900 by 2nd.Josh began, we both watched. He traced wires discovering 2 disconnected (or cut), spent more than an hour (seemed longer in the heat) then repairing both, cleaning the unit and left us with an air conditioner that worked beautifully past 2016 when, after Bob’s death, I sold the house. Outstanding customer service! My a/c died at 3pm and after getting the runaround from my home warranty company I called Atlas. Not only did the receptionist pickup right away she had a tech to my door in 45 minutes!!Rocky my tech got to work right away checking all the wires and components for fault. He ran thru a diagnostic checklist and isolated the circuit board as the problem right away. He called his boss/mentor and they ran thru the same checks he just did to be sure that that was the actual problem. A lot of service guys let their egos get in the way and just assume their right It was nice to see they have a system to double check their work.He ran a jumper cable to get the compressor working so we would have a/c overnite and came back early the next afternoon to replace the circuit board.The bill was so reasonable i signed up for the yearly maintenance program so i can nip problems before they start.Excellent service!

We have used Atlas Heating & Air for a couple of years. We know that our HVAC system is undersized for our house and it is more than 20 years old but they do a wonderful job with the maintenance and are managing to squeeze as much life as possible out of our system. They are reliable - always show up when they say they will - and talk to us in plain English (no techno jargon) so that we understand exactly what they are doing. Very nice people to deal with.

Best experience with ANY company that I’ve had in awhile. I got home from a birthday party on a LATE SATURDAY AFTERNOON, and I just KNEW that I’d have to go stay in a hotel until Monday. I have two small children, so staying in an 86+ degrees house wasn’t an option. Josh came right away and had me up and running within a few minutes. He went above and beyond and even washed my A/C filter for me. Highly recommend this company!

I have used Atlas a few times now. They installed two new Carrier units at my home, replacing two 18+ old Rheem units. So far, so good. They made sure to tidy everything up when they were done. Everything is cooling off, Josh seems to be a great guy and highly knowledgeable in everything having to do with Air Conditioning, coming at it from a scientific perspective.
