Copied my key wrong and still havent heard back about getting a refund, also the payment process on the kiosk wasnt clear and prossessing was delayed. Would probably never use kiosk again. On a positive note the key design options were pretty cool!

Glad I only had 3 keys made. Not 1 key was cut correctly. This is the second time this has happened at 2 different locations.

I purchased 3 keys of the same kind for a paddle lock...neither of them would open the lock..immediately sent email to Minute Key and yet to hear back from them..

Went to copy a building key and it did not cut the key properly.

I’ve made 2 keys here and each time I’ve followed the instructions 100% and each time the key dose not work and it is not identical to the one I put in.
