Our old cat peed all over our basement carpet before we discovered the issue. We removed carpet and Ohio Valley Restoration cleaned and treated the concrete, baseboards and walls. They are very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and couldnt be nicer people! We highly recommend!

They were timely and showed up when we were told. Cleaned up after themselves and took a trying time and certainly cleaned it up so we could move on. He was also able to refer some other workman to us for different trades, such as a roofer and painter.

They asked me to have someone available daily to check on equipment. No one called or showed up from Wednesday to Monday. I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Very expensive for 2 dehumidifiers and 6 fans!!
