In addition to shipping service, printing, and using computer, this Fedex office has a good selection of the intelligent books that are actually worth to cut the trees. The staff of this office provide all the support to anyone if needed. They give an impression as if they waited for you all day long. Impressive!!!

When I walked in the old guy who was at the counter didn’t greet me and was very rude. I had to ask one of the other customers to help me.They rob people $.38 for basic computer use, plus $.99 per page to print.We cant use the library because it’s closed

We worked with Rico and he was fantastic! We had a large rush print order with a tight deadline and Rico helped us make it on time with 10 minutes to spare. We were definitely in a bind and FedEx and Rico came to our rescue, we couldnt have done it without them and that isnt an exaggeration. Simply wonderful. Thank you, Rico!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Poorly trained employees with terrible attitudes.

Very convenient for quick computer work, copying and faxing. Obviously a great way of shipping. Pleasant, professional and helpful staff.

Tried to drop off a package that had other boxes inside it. Associate at the counter said they wouldnt take packages with movement in them. Said I would need to package it better before I could ship it. All of the movement she could hear was the moving of the items in the boxes as provided by the manufacturer and her shaking the box. So now we have to open sealed boxes and add packing material to brand new product in original boxes to ship anything ? This is ridiculous.

Great assistance and help to get my shipment ready and out the door as the Fed-Ex driver was finishing up loading his truck!

My first International shipment for Fedex and it was horrible! One if the associate received my package without commercial invoice so they held it. When i spoke to the supervisor she blamed me for not putting an invoice, well they know better than me they shouldn’t accept my package without proper documentation in the first place, i called their customer service and i was passed to four different representative but couldn’t give any answer. Incompetent people. Fedex will soon go out of business with the kind of management they have.

Shipping services at this location is atrocious. We brought in equipment to be packaged and shipped at the Fairfield Fedex Office Print and SHIP CENTER and this is what we received a few days later. The box is damaged; the equipment worth thousands of dollars are damaged beyond repair. They really should take Ship Center and packaging out of thier business model as the staff is unable to package and ship equipment appropriately. I would like to be contacted about this (see pictures). I am also submitting a claim for all of our damages. This is just horrible. I am so upset. If I could give negative 1,000 stars I would.

When weve needed to fax a long document in a pinch or make a photocopy of a large document, or fedex something, this is our go-to neighborhood spot. Staff is friendly and always help us get the job done. Very convenient location.

This staff is friendly and extremely customer oriented. We came in with a printing problem and the staff saw fit to a solution and would not quit till it was resolved. Bravo!!!

Was not too busy. Got help quickly and was able to get everything done.

Took a small box with a FedEx label to drop off. Counter person declared that the bar code was too small to read and wouldnt accept the package. I asked that she try to scan it. She tried from two feet away at a 45 degree angle, declared it unreadable and lectured me on doing it wrong. Took it to another location where it was scanned and shipped without incident.

Everyone in this store are very helpful and are all professional employees.

My print job did not print correctly. And yes that was my fault, because I am unfamiliar with their equipment. It is a self-help facility. But I recieved no offer to fix my print job without additional charge. Not a happy experience.

Unfortunately no one wanted to help and seemed to have an additude like we were interrupting them when we were their only customer.

They couldnt process purchase using our shipping account, and couldnt be bothered to figure out why. Last time I was there I got scathed because I needed some FedEx boxes.
