I took my iphone 7plus to this store for a new battery and to clean my charger outlet. The lady employee their informed me, it can be repaired and it costed $160. I agreed to get the service completed. I left the store and returned a hour later. On arrival, I spoke with male employee wearing glasses. He informed me that the phone is damaged and cannot be repaired. Then he asked if the phone has been opened before for service. I informed him the phone has never been opened before. I have never had any issues with the phone besides the battery dying quickly. I asked, him did you guys damaged my phone? He had no explanation. He appeared very uncomfortable. I left the store very disappointed. At this time I went to the Apple store in walnut Ca. The Apple Tech explained to me the damages were caused by the repair company and there is no way my phone would have these damages if it has never been opened before. Hence, I have never ever had this phone serviced. It was a brand new phone when I purchased it. In conclusion, I reached out to the store. Called and asked for the manager and sent emails. Manager/store never responded. Be very carefully with taking your phone to Solano Phone Repair. They will damage your phone and make you buy a new phone. I am very disappointed in the service I have received from Solano Phone Repair. Besides selling phone covers/cases this place should not be in business.

You know on enteting the store that they know their business!Why?...because their walls are adorned with all the broken cases of phones that they have repaired.....1000s of them.My story is that i ran over my Samsung S7 with my 4 wheeler on a chunky gravel driveway. Both the front and back casing were like a crushed pretzel.Best Buy saud it was unrepairable, although i had paid for total tech support on all my equipment but Dewey at Solano Phone repair stepped up and rebuilt the phone including a new front screen and new back. Cost was $200.Photos not backed up from 4 different countries worth so much more !Good trustworthy folks to be comfortable in leaving part of your personal life safely in their hands!

IPhone repair nightmareTHIS PLACE IS LOCATED IN FAIRFIELD MALL ACROSS FROM MACYSHorrible quality came in to repair my phone X and the screen ended up just going completely bad on me really without any reason non responsive & poor quality screen . two weeks after the repair I came in to talk to the employees about maybe fixing my phone and putting on a reliable enough screen to withhold a two week Limit . They tried calling the Owner Duc who sold me the garbage screen to begin with and said the wouldn’t be able to help me but offfer me another garbage screen. Next day Spoke to the owner and all he tried doing was up selling me. Save your time & money this place is a scam!!!!!!

I came in for a screen repair and got great service, but my new phone screen was poor quality and really dim. At times it would stop working and start clicking on random stuff on its own. Now my phone screen is stuck like that and wont take any of my input anymore. Also this repair caused my phone to always heat up, especially while charging, and my battery life for some reason went down.

I called a few places inquiring about fixing my Galaxy Note 5 screen but was told it would take at least one week for my phone to be ready. This was the only place said they could do it same day. I dropped the phone off and was able to get it back less than one hour later. Screen fixed and phone has been running as good as new. Highly recommend!

I came in and immediately got greeted by Duc even though he was in the middle of a repair. We had an iPhone 6 and a 7 plus needed screen repairs. We asked him lots of questions and he answered each and every one patiently with great knowledge and experience. We dropped the phones off and went order some food. About 30 minuets later they called informing phones now ready for pickup as we were waiting for our food. Their service was surprisingly fast. Phones have been working great with new screens. We would definitely come back.

The repair shop is the place to go. DOC the manager is outstanding in what he does. Took my iPhone 8 that looked it was not repairable. Within 2 hours the same phone walked out looking brand new and functional. Would recommend this place any time.

So happy that I found this place. After looking around at a few different places, they had the best deal with great price and awesome turnaround. The shop was nice and super clean. Got my iPhone fixed here about a week ago and it was a great experience. Came in without any appointment and they were able to fix the screen and returned the phone to me after about 30 minutes. I actually came back two days later to put on a tempered glass protector and they did a great job on the installation as well. Would be back if I ever need their service again.

I got my iPhone 7 plus cracked screen fixed by them. They took about like 40 mins to fix the screen .There customer service was good, the workers there were friendly and helpful. The replacement screen looked good, however the only problem that I noticed by this fix was that there was a color difference in the display between the original iPhone screen vs the aftermarket screen . The color brightness was more dim for the aftermarket screen and wasnt as clear compared to the original iPhone screen . I was a little disappointed after spending $119 for this fix

Walked in with charging port issue, quick dying batttery, and speaker problem, walked out 40min later with phone working great! Juana took great care of me, determined only my battery was bad and repaired speaker saving me money. Highly recommended.

I had my iPhone 5 face replaced yesterday. I love it. I went back twice to complain about the white not being as bright and the girl who served me there was very patient and even offered to refund and replace it again for no extra charge. Ive gotten used to the slightly off white thing, it actually adjusted itself. Also I the process of changing the face my home button also got fixed. I love my iPhone again. Thanks wireless express. Oh and also, i was in a hurry and she (i wish i knew her name) did the job in 15 minutes. Kudos!

My iPhone 6S got ran over and it looked terrible. I could hear the phone is on the entire screen was just a mess. The phone was also bent noticeable. I thought I would have to purchase a new phone. I brought it in and they offered to test out the phone at no charge to see whether it still can be fixed. Turned out the phone just needed a new screen. I couldnt be any happier. They quickly replaced the screen and also worked on the bent at no additional charge. I thought it was a miracle. So glad to have my phone back.

My iPad screen was completely cracked and I have to have it for my job. I was in the area and went in to see if they could repair. This place is 100% the best place to take your phone for cracked screen repair. The store is nice, clean, organized and brightly lit. Not a shady, disorganized place that looks like they are operating out of the back of a truck.I was helped by Duc who knows what hes doing. He was friendly and helpful and he was the one that worked on my phone repair. Most people working at phone repair shops like this are hard to deal with; sleazy, dishonest, just trying to get every penny out of you, but not with this place (at least not with Duc). The cost was in line with quotes I was getting from everywhere else, so I felt comfortable with that.Duc told me it would be ready after an hour (which for the amount of work that goes into a Galaxy S9 screen repair, is ridiculously quick). I walked around the mall for a while and before I knew it, an hour had passed. I went back to the store and my phone was ready. 🤯Not only that, but my phone looks brand new like it just came out of the box! And it was messed up pretty bad when I brought it in, so I was impressed.They also have an awesome selection of screen protectors and protective cases. A little pricey but all high quality stuff, just like their service and overall quality of work.I will definitely be coming back here for any further phone or tablet repair or protection needs!

Wow! My iPhone 7plus was cracked soooo bad. It cost $119 plus tax and literally 15-20 mins later my phone was fixed! Good as new!!! I was so pleased with the service here! I was quoted 35 mins wait time for it to be fixed and got it sooner! I recommend this store to anyone looking to fix a screen instead of buying a new phone!

They have fixed my iPhone and iPad a couple of times. They are very experienced, quick, and friendly. Because they located in the mall, there are plenty of things to do while your phone is being worked on.

Not happy with how my phone turned out after i took it in to get it fixed. love the new face of my iphone. but absolutely ruined it. my signal is always low either one bar or nothing, over heats and has a piece of dust inside. took it in to get all of that fix. all i was told it couldnt be fix because the dust is inside the screen. ignored the problem that my phone has poor signal and over heats. did not wanna do anything about it. just wasted 110 dollars for something that is not working properly. this will be taken to the BBB and if not fix after that then no choice but court. very poor service. never going again.

WOW! I went in yesterday around 7pm because my iPad needed a new screen. At first I thought I would have to come back another day to pick it up. The service was fast, friendly and professional. I wish I had asked for the guys name that took such a great care of me. He was very accommodating. I left my iPad and went doing some shopping. I cant tell you how happy I am with Wireless Express and especially Rafael. I had bought my daughter a Samsung Galaxy 3 Tablet 3 years ago. Within a year the screen had cracked and there was damage to the charging port. It sat on her bookcase all this time. I decide to see if it was worth fixing. I called and drove around Napa and Vallejo and no one would touch it. Everybody said send to Samsung. In my google search I found Wireless Express and boy was it my lucky day! They said they felt they would be able to fix it but to bring it in and they would check it out. After looking at it Rafael said he could order the parts and it would be about a week. He even gave me a price break since I was fixing 2 issues. I left the tablet and went to do some shopping. Imagine my surprise when they called me 2 hours later that my tablet was ready! They happened to have the parts available after all. I was still in the mall and able to take it home with me! I cant remember the last time something worked out so perfectly for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I was a Customer Service Manager for 25 years and these guys get an A+ in my book.

Always quick friendly service. After a month having a ew screen, I started to have problems with my touch screen. I took it to my carrier who said it was a s screen issue. I then took my phone back to Solano Phone Repair and the owner ordered a new screen and called me when the part came in. He promptly installed the new screen and had me test it out. The owner stood behind his work and did not charge me. Great service and a reputable business!
