Great customer service Rob is great, I appreciate him doing work on my Q5. I got 5% in the back and 25% in the front. Car looks great! Definitely bringing the tt in to get that 25% in the front.

I took my new Tesla Model 3 to this location because a friend of mine recommended the place, so I trusted his recommendation. The day I got my vehicle’s windows tinted, I noticed bubbles all around, but I expected them to dissipate. Two weeks later I noticed the same bubbles. Mind you, I have gotten my previous vehicles tinted at a location in SoCal, I never had this issue. All the windows of the vehicle had bubbles, when I reported it, they were receptive and asked to bring it back. When I took the vehicle back, as I was showing the bubbles, I was getting excuses. Nonetheless, the tints were replaced, but the rear window tint was cut short compared to the 1st time, it barely gives the desired coverage. I am extremely upset with the service there and definitely will not go back or recommend the place to anyone.This is solely my experience with the shop, my friend got his Tesla tinted there as well, and he did not have any issues. Not sure what the contributing factor is, the only distinction I see is the gender and race, but I’d like to think that’s not it… who knows.

Tint Masters, Fairfield: just had my windows tinted there and they were excellent!! Best prices Ive found, and customer service was amazing. He even took extra care to sanitize everything after he was done, including my keys; even though it wasnt necessary for me. Lifetime warranty on the tint job and the owner was a very nice guy. Will bring all of my future vehicles to him!

Explained why I would benefit from ceramic but wasn’t pushy not cheap but excellent quality 2019 raptor cost $499 for 4 door truck ended up getting ceramic clear tint on front windshield also! Robert is awesome will return with wife’s mustang

I decided to get my front windows and a bar across the windshield. The installation took about an hour and I couldnt be more pleased. It looks like it was done at the factory! I definitely recommend going here! I got my 2020 Honda Civic Hatchback windows tinted here after calling around and getting turned down multiple times because no one else seems to know how to overcome my spoiler in the back. Luckily, this place knows what they’re doing! Everything turned out amazing! The place itself was clean and neat and the owner himself is a funny guy! He’s super hard working and true to his word. Just got my windows tinted by the owner Robert and wow! I couldnt wait to get home and say what a professional and quality job he did, I was smiling the whole way home! He really went out of his way for me and got me in the next day I called, he takes tremendous pride in his work. He paid attention to detail and I didnt find a single bubble or flaw, he also cleaned my windows after. He didnt have to do any of this but he went above and beyond to make another happy customer! My car went from basic to luxury, it was by far the best upgrade I could have ever done. I will recommend him to all my friends and family, thank you Robert! 😍

S-Class professional. Robert took his time with my car and my girlfriend’s car and did a wonderful job. And catch this, he’s the only guy in town that can do hatchbacks or at least is willing to do hatchbacks with out ruining your spoilers. Everyone else will just immediately tell you they can’t do it. Definitely would recommend coming here for your window tints. And if something is wrong, all you gotta do is stop and he’ll fix it. No other shop can match that without having you make an appointment.

Robert is a nice guy and I hate to give a one star review, however I feel I must tell the truth about the service. I had my tinting done here and immediately noticed that he did not clean the windows after applying the tint or before. All of the windows were smudgy inside after he finished. Two days after it had cured I started to notice micro bubbles all over the windows.Robert later explained to me that this was due to the lack of cleaning the windows before applying the tint, which he admitted he was supposed to do. He talked about fixing it, but then decided to just take them all off and give me a refund.My car is brand new and in pristine condition, but after dropping it off for him to take off the tint I noticed some long cuts in the rubber seals around my windows that would’ve been done by a razor blade. I could never prove it was done at his shop, but they were not there before I dropped the car off.Again he’s a nice guy, however his work wasn’t the best.

First ever car to tint and picked the right spot. Cant stop admiring the new look. Robert is professional and has all the knowledge. Easy to speak to and felt like family. He spent the time to explain and show how each % tint looked and which were legal and safe to put on. Amazing service! Ive brought a few of my cars to Robert to be tinted and he always takes care of me. Brought my truck in about a week ago and got full tint done but he had a slight technical issue with printing the sunroof so I was rescheduled. Returned today and got the sunroof done at no charge just for the inconvenience of having to come back. Cant say much else other then wow Robert is a great guy and always goes above and beyond to make you happy and your vehicle looking great!

Robert the owner did our install today. He was always very friendly and courteous on the phone. Windows came out great. I would definitely go back for a repeat on another car if I needed it. Worst service I ever had on my entire life. I went to tilt my truck windows and this guy mess it up. Instead of looking nice 2 of my 5 windows, the tint is even coming off after 8 months.I Won’t ever go back to this place. Please check everything looks right before leaving the place if you decide to due the job there. Because after you leave if you go back so he can fix it, instead of that you will just arguing with this very disrespectful guy.(Robert)Not profesional at all of what he do.
