We just finished a complex, multi-level addition to our old house in Darien. The site was a challenge being on a steep hill with a lot of shelf rock. Ken and his team did an outstanding job working through all of the unforeseen issues uncovered as the project progressed. Baybrook offered cost effective solutions to each challenge. Communication was excellent during the whole process.What was really different from other construction projects we have done with other contractors is, once the work started, there were people working on the house every day. With other contractors, they would work a couple of days and not be back on the job for a week of more.Once completed, the addition looks as if it was part of the original design of the house.We are very pleased with the addition and with Baybrook.
