Uriel’s Automotive LLC is an excellent place to get your car serviced. Alberto and the guys are always transparent and honest about their services. They make it affordable and their turn around time is better than anyone in town. I’ve been to Uriel’s Automotive on several occasions, sometimes it’ll be something very simple that takes 5-10 minutes to fix and they’ll fix it free of charge or for little to no cash. I call that good business and honest business and for that I will forever take my cars to Uriel’s Automotive LLC. High quality service for a good value.

The appointment was 2pm. I arrived at 1:30. Uriel was at lunch until 2:30pm. Unable to assist me, I found someone else. No problem. Its not fair to rate him.

I knew from day 1 this place was sketchy when I had a appointment set up and I waited in the lobby for a hr... so I had them checking my car out it’s been making a noise, I needed an alinement, and a oil change, and it was there 3 days they said each day they would call me and update me.... never happened I called each day 2 times a day since they wouldn’t. Well they had it I came to pick it up they named about 5-7 parts I was gonna need replaced and I’m like some of these parts don’t even have to do with what I needed done. Well come to find out they never did one thing to my car no oil change not even the alinement. After I left and looked at my tires and these people here switched out my back tires. And no I don’t have proof about it because I had no before pictures but now only one tire is bald and nothing got fixed on my car.. so I highly recommend you not to go here

Took my wife out for groceries on a Sunday in her car and it broke down due to an old water pump. Glad I got Alberto’s phone number on my contacts and texted him. Luckily we made it to a nearby gas station and waited for him. There are at least two mechanic shops right where I was at but I have known Alberto for almost two years and trusted him. This man towed my wife’s car, repaired and have it ready to go in less than 20 hours although he picked it up on a Sunday evening.I love this company. Super efficient and always available. I was recommended by a friend and I will recommend this company to any one that I know.

Uriel’s was great to me! I had an interesting issue with trying to use an old key to start my car, not knowing it required a chip to start. And by interesting, I mean I was being an idiot... I went to pick the car up and they wouldn’t let me pay for labor! Great people and great service.

I recently relocated to Fairfield OH as the result of a job transfer. I needed to have my AC repaired on my Acura TSX. The AC and defrost would not turn on. Alberto provided me with an upfront estimate and then contacted with the solution for the repair. The AC works great and the cost to repair was less than I would have paid at other shops. In addition, a relative had given up trying to find a reputable repair shop to repair an AC unit and front end noise. After analysis Alberto, located the problem and replaced worn struts. Once again the repairs were completed as promised and time at a lower cost than was estimated. In over 25 years of dealing with repair shops, I have NEVER encountered a shop more dedicated to repairing the job correctly the first time and under the estimate like Alberto and his TEAM at Uriels Auto repair. This is more than a review about a mechanic at a repair shop in Fairfield OH. This is a testament to a great man that treats others the way he would like to be treated. He just still you money I have a fuel pump issues he claiming change the fuel pump few day later the car broke down again I call him to tell about it he come and get the car and fix again two weeks later the car broke down again I call some else he tell me no body never change the fuel pump he show me all the mess Uriels did in my car never again he never show me the old part like this mechanic do not take you car there unless you want to get rip
