Great service..but I wished the car I purchased would have been cleaned out..it smelled like smoke, I found false eye lashes in the console and baby shoes and clothes in the compartment in the very back.and it would have been nice to have gas put in it too!

Josh helped me and my husband out with a car we both love. They have been great! They worked with us and treated us like people not criminals like some other lots weve been to. Our car is fantastic! Our down payment was beyond reasonable and we are actually thinking about buying another car from them soon. Dont go to a buy here pay here until you check these guys out! We are happy and rebuilding credit. Because this is an honest review I will say that we have had a couple hiccups with the actual bank...issues with their payment system and the third party company that handles processing your insurance on the vehicle. It has been nothing that would change my review but its been a bit annoying. Also the 4.50 fee every week to make your payment is a bit excessive in my opinion. But again would not change my review at all! Please go see Josh if you want to rebuild credit and have a reliable car with a warranty! You guys are awesome.

My car broke down at a bad time for me. Leaving me stuck needing a new car with no money saved. I have no credit history so not many places will give you a chance or they offer sky-high payments. Cincinnati Auto Credit in Fairfield gave me that chance I needed. I got a nicer car than I had before with due-able payments. In three years or less the car will be mine. The process was quick and easy. I’m thankful for them.

This was by far the EASIEST car lot I have ever been to. They made sure i got into the car that I loved. The guy with curly hair was VERY professional (lol) and is like a positive figure in my life, giving me good advise and making sure I keep on the right track this time. I will be a forever customer of this lot now. Very nice, in pushy crew working here, and they really do work for you.

I drove the vehicle and checked it out to see if anything was wrong with it & what not and as soon as I told them what I thought needed fixed they agreed and are fixing everything that needed done which wasn’t much but was great to hear they wouldn’t have any issues fixing it.They have a good place out there, if your in a bind and need a vehicle & are being turned down by other places I highly recommend Cincy Auto Credit.

The guy with the curly hair was unprofessional. We were expecting upbeat personalities but no one greeted us on the lot when walked ourselves around. Then he came with a bunch of paper work before discussing what we were looking for or even showing us cars. The car had to be jumped but it tied to cut off several times while driving.

The van is up to date on maintenance and most importantly they gave me a reasonable price and easy payments my family and i can afford.. The two gentlemen and young lady was very helpful and broke down every word so i can understand my lease agreement.. Over all i was impressed how friendly these three was and how they took there time to help me.

Lets first start of saying the vehicles they sell arent worth what they want. Our kia is not even worth 10 grand for because for one it doesnt have a working tv which it came with a tv just doesnt work two it doesnt have a working cd player and it came with one. When we got it it already had dents and scratches on it. Josh was a complete a$$ when first came and zak bribed us by getting us the kia just so he didnt have a bad review. These people are not even worth anyones time and their vehicle arent even that great. Yes they are reliable but not worth no darn 10 grand. They can take and shove it!!!!!!!!
