Let me first start by saying the massage therapist was fantastic. The negative part comes from sneaky person who resigned me up without my permission and it took me a year and half to realize it. Now I will say they did give me half my money back after it was escalated after three months to their regional manager. I was able to give two hours away and I then had to use up 6 hours in 60 days.Long story was whom ever though that they needed sales so badly that they committed fraud to do it needs to have their head examined.

I have been a member here for years. I am always happy with my service. They are friendly and very accommodating. The environment is relaxing and they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I dont know about other ME facilities, but this one is excellent!!

I had an excellent therapeutic massage from Mary. Though petite, Mary was able to provide the powerful deep tissue massage my athletic body needed. I’ve had untold massage and physical therapy appointments in my time. This was up there with the best of them. I had a vertebra fusion surgery last year. After falling off my bike due to stopping hard for a crash in the Dunnigan Hills Road Race, my back was all tensed up and spasming with any small jolt. Mary released all the tension and the spasming left me. She did an awesome job. I’m writing this the morning after. I would recommend her to any athlete and anyone in need of a sensitive, powerful-strong touch when needed!

I’ve had about 4 massages by Arnold and it’s been the best. I’ve probably seen 20 different massage people over the course of my life and I will stick with Arnold. He is able to do a really deep massage without leaving me feeling sore the next day. He understands where the muscles start and stop and that makes a difference in working it. Thanks Arnold :)

I have been going to Felicia faithfully for quite a few years now. I will skip a massage rather than have a different therapist if she cant get me in. I hesitate to share how awesome she is because it will make getting appointments with her harder if everyone tries her and realizes what they have been missing out on! She knows what shes doing and she loves helping and healing people. My son told me about her and I told my mom how much I loved her and we all told my daughter now we are ALL faithful clients of hers!

Front desk person was nice but the massage was horrible. Me and my wife went to have a relaxation time while getting a couples massage and it was bad. We couldn’t wait to be over. We woke up in more pain (not sore) PAIN. We definitely not going back. That was a waste of $$

I have been getting monthly massages from Felicia for a few years. Her massage is top rated and has done more for my bodies health than any past massages. She is knowledgeable and understands what and where extra work is needed. She is caring, kind and wants nothing more than to provide the best she can do for you personally.

I used to have a great massage therapist. Met twice a month. Things were going well.Good things never last.... I haven’t been able to schedule one massage in 3 months!!! They still charge, but NO SERVICE! Very disappointed with the staff.

My wife is a 73 year old woman with four joint replacements plus severe back issues. Felicia is the BEST therapist who has ever worked on her. She knows the human body and cares about how her client reacts to the massage. She wishes she could give her a six star rating. She is that good.

Arnold is the best massage therapist! I have been getting regular massages for 30 years. I have a number of musculoskeletal issues from sports activities when I was younger. These issues have become more troublesome as I have reached the age of 60. Arnold is able to find the source of my problems even when I can’t, and he focuses on those areas till they release. Many therapists lack this feel and focus. Arnold has done more for me than chiropractors or Advil. I’m generally pain free now, and when somethings snags I go see Arnold! Thanks for keeping him on your staff.

Walked in and everyone was so friendly, especially Brandon, Tasha, Sierra and Alexa. Had my first massage at the location with Jazmin and she was amazing. I will need to come and see her more often though the location is not the closest Massage Envy to me.

I usually get a massage from Dee Dee, who is outstanding. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff have always been great.

Ive tried out several different therapists over the last 2 years and they each had their own styles and massage techniques/pressures. I like my massage with steady pressure, that feels good and relaxes me... not too hard where its painful and im left super sore the next day, and not too soft where i leave feeling like i wasted my money and time. I also enjoy being social for the first few minutes then relaxing and possibly falling asleep. I know i am very picky and difficult! But i finally found someone who rubs me just how i like it, and just how i need it. I always book with Felicia now, no offense to my past amazing therapists, she just gets me and does exactly what i like every appointment. She builds rapport with me and cares about my life not just as her client but as a new friend. She is amazing at massage, and she even offers different types (deep tissue, sports, stretching and prenatal i believe) Felicia is awesome and as a picky person i highly reccomend her for relaxing satisfying massage each month!

I decided to write my review again after yelp has hidden my review from public. This massage location didnt cancel my membership after I signed the paperwork; they kept charging my credit card. Please massage envy Cordelia dont waste people by not honoring your contracts.That was the original yelp review1. Dont sign up for membership at this facility (Cordelia-Business Center Drive)! A year and a half ago, I had back pain and I decided to have massage. Before I signed up, there was appointments available the same day or at worst the next day. Once I signed up, it was difficult to find any appointment the same month let alone same week. After a year and a half of this substandard treatment, I decided to cancel my membership, I visited the facility and I signed a contract cancellation, and they told me that the cancellation will be active within 10 days ( I dont understand why it takes 10 days but whatever). 2 weeks later I noticed that they charged my credit with the monthly dues, I called their office and asked to speak to the manager and the front desk staff were so rude, they told me we dont have a cancellation for you and they hang up on me. I believe the owner thinks that people dont check their credit card statements and s/he can rip people off. the same thing happened with other people (check other yelp reviews)!2. Some therapist are very rude. One time it was cold and I asked the therapist to turn the heat of the massage bed. After 5 minutes, I noticed that the heat was not on, when I told her that it is still cold. she replied in very rude way I turned it on already.3. There are cameras in the hallways and possibly in the rooms. I have noticed that there are cameras inside the facility. I am usually cautious when visiting such facilities and dont fully undress fearing that there might be camera here or there!

The 10 minutes during which I tried to purchase a gift card for my girlfriend on their website may very well be the most painful ten minutes of my existence. Their webmaster should be embarrassed.

They never answer the phone, when you really need to get an appointment its a month later, the service is not really as it should be. They make it sound and look good when you get on a contract, May 17, 2019
