Our fridge/freezer went out over the weekend, of course right after I just spent $$$ on groceries the week before 😭... I called Discount Appliance Repair first thing Monday morning. He was at my house earlier then he originally estimated (within one hour of the phone call to him) and was able to diagnose right away that the inverter board died. Estimated time of part arrival and installation was 1-2 days. All day Tuesday (regular business hours) had passed so I figured wed be waiting until Wednesday. When the fridge is out, its hard to do anything in the kitchen! He called at 6 pm tonight (Tuesday) and said he just got the part in and would like to come install it. Of course we are ecstatic! Back up and running and we are so pleased with our service. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Called on Wednesday and got Thomas here by Friday.He was early (yay) and was able to fix my oven in less than 30 mins. Honest guy who gave me advice about all appliances. Nice guy, local and hard worker. Definitely would use again and recommend!

I had problems with my washer machine and actually I was afraid that it stopped working completely .As this company has been highly recommended by my friend I decided to call them . Despite their working hours till 20.00 and it was almost evening I thought they will be available only the next few days but they responded the same day go on helping me. Thomas is incredible,he is an expert repair specialist I’ve ever met, he was very quick, checked it out saying that it is in perfect working condition and there is no need to rid of it. He was able to fix everything during only 10-12 minutes using all the necessary spare parts he had with him. Thomas is great at what he does. I called him about repairing my oven, and he offered a suggestion over the phone, but when we realized the problem was more involved I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. He arrived on time, and was already carrying a part he anticipated would be needed to fix the problem. After we confirmed the issue with some tests, he replaced the part hed had the foresight to bring and we were good to go within 30 minutes total. Hes as professional, reasonably priced, and experienced as you can possibly hope for.Highly recommend!
