I worked with Johan and can say his response to issues I was having is the reason Im giving 2 stars instead of 1. They were able to start right away, but besides that, very little was done right.This floor is not stained, it is painted with stain, and poorly at that. The workmanship is sub par (see photos) and I had to keep asking for timelines, for them to clean up (and watch them do it because they werent going to if I hadnt!), and to finish the job (never did, still missing moulding).They even used my paint brushes and stain I had bought for other projects! If I hadnt been completely vigilant about the whole project, I wouldnt have noticed all of this until it was too late.I really wish they had been honest up front and put some pride into their work. Would not recommend.

Have nothing but great things to say about the job they just completed with my 25 year old oak wood floors. They look brand new!!! Fantastic job, high quality, they worked very clean and very hard, and the job shows. Great job Eduards!

They did a great job on the floor in our new office. Work was completed in a timely fashion and they were very helpful throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

I just had Eduards refinish my oak flooring and 4 flights of stairs The price was great and the crew and overall workmanship was excellent. They completed the job in 4 days and the house looks completely different and its bright and feels more like home. I have a few more projects in the coming months and I will give them a call again.

Overall, I had a good experience with Eduards.I purchased a home and before moving in, wanted to have new wood floors installed, as well as all the walls and trim painted. I had a short timeframe (initial estimate to job completion was ~4 weeks). The Eduards team presented a very strong estimate, and was very patient as I asked a lot of questions, plus I wanted to choose/approve all products to be used. I appreciated their willingness to work with me in ensuring that what I wanted to get done, got done.Now that Ive been living with the results of the work for a couple months, I can say the result of the work is good. Ive noticed a few cleanup issues (spots where the some glue residue was left behind on the floor, places where baseboard paint got on the floor, a couple of glossy polyurethane drops left on the otherwise-satin finished floor, and paint splotches in the sinks and bathtubs).I asked for a lot of work to get done in a short amount of time, and overall, I am happy with the result that the Eduards team did in my home.

The team at Eduard’s was timely, professional, and careful. Eduardo himself came to lead and supervise his crew. He treated our place like his own. Their estimate was fair and accurate — no surprises. Overall, excellent service.

We had Eduards refinish and repair our hardwood floors in two large areas. That went over and above and really exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend them. Great team that takes great pains to achieve quality work.

I called Eduards Wood Floors to help me fix an ugly patch in my wood floor. Eduards came in an refinished the whole floor. You can not tell the difference between the original floor and the patch. It is absolutely perfect! Wonderful craftsmen!

I could not be happier with my new floors. I originally asked for a quote for refinishing old oak floors that were thin and sad looking. Juan’s quotation was so competitive (I had quotes from theee other major local flooring companies) that I asked him for a quotation for ripping them up altogether and installing new wide plank floors which was what I really wanted. Again, the quote came back with a compelling price and I leapt in. And so it began. Having started the mission creep, upon completion of the 1600 sq foot project, I asked him to refinish the stairs and landing and stain to match, to replace the balusters and ... while you’re at it, to please install new tile in the mud room. They did it allI am so so happy every time I look at my floors and stairs. They are gorgeous, a beautiful shade (after looking at 16 ... yes, I am THAT customer) and the wide planks have breathed new life into this old house. As for Juan’s team, they are a truly nice bunch of guys who take their work seriously and who work incredibly hard. I felt comfortable with them in my home and they patiently answered my many questions. Living in a house while ripping up old and installing new floors was no joy but that was my choice. My much smarter choice was hiring Edwards floors to do the work. I would unequivocally recommend him and have asked him to use me as a reference whenever he needs.

I contracted with Eduards Wood Floors to refinish all the floors in my rental property. These floors had not been touched in at least 15 years. I have had Juan at Eduards Wood Flooring, remove my upstairs carpet and replace with real hard wood flooring, then 3 years later screen and put on a new coat of polyurethane on and replace my basement carpet with water resistent pergo type flooring. Both jobs were completed perfectly with short notice and tight timelines. It hard to have your house completely empty. My floors look damn fine and these guys have provided outstanding service.
