Question everything and check your bill! Reception, billing, pharmacy and lab are all unprofessional and unresponsive. Ive waited on hold for 30+ minutes several times. They have lost numerous Rx requests and they dont call when the Rx is ready when they tell you they will. They lost my dogs fecal sample and when I came in to give them another sample, no apology for losing the sample, and they tried to charge me again as well as for an ear cleaning solution that I had already overpaid for. When I questioned it, she claimed she was just reading what was in the system. Again, no apology for trying to double charge me. No issues with Dr. Washington and Dr. Katzsur, but they dont let you back with your dog during the exam, so hard to know what they are actually doing. As many times as they have lost things, I dont trust that the blood results they gave me are actually from my dog. Looking for another vet.
I just love love everyone at this vet. They are very professional and friendly! Especially Dr. Hall! He is very informative & knows what he’s doing. I love the fact that there’s 24 hr location in Annandale! Not too far and having them close to me, my heart is at ease, having a senior almost 15 yr old dog. I love everything about them! I just had to extract my baby’s 4 teeth, one of em was abscessed and with his heart murmur, Dr. Hall did a great job cleaning his teeth. My dog and him did an awesome job. What a champ! :)
Great place if you like to be placed on hold for 30 minutes and then to have the call be hung up or if you want to be transferred 3 times then have it hang up. If you call back and explain what happened you get placed on hold again and start the process over. Dont worry about getting to your appointment on time either because you will have a 20 minute wait before anyone can help you. Enjoy the mystery bill at the end too because we had an exam fee every time we brought our puppy there for shots and it could range from $45 to $75 depending on what they felt that day.
Love that clinic is privately owned. They employ my favorite vet who moved there from another vet hospital. She is excellent. Attended Cornell Vet School. One of the best in the country. Vet tech also very personable and thorough with nails, etc.
Staff is very responsive and knowledgeable. They fit us in very quickly and our pet is so much more comfortable as a result. Have been going to this practice for over 20 years. Dr. Hall built a wonderful practice. 5 stars all the way.
Dr. Davis Hall and his crew are the best. Sound advice, good care, totally reliable and trustworthy.
They brushed off everything.. my dog had neurotoxicity from medication they gave her and she had an eye infection that they said was nothing (new clinic gave us medication right away). The front staff speaks to you on the phone like you don’t know your left from right and you’ll probably be on hold for 30+ minutes before even speaking to anyone. Thankfully we left this clinic and are at a new one who explains everything in detail. Unlike this one who just gives you the run around then tries to charge you for a “free visit” that we wouldn’t have needed had they done their jobs correctly the previous 3 visits… I will never recommend this place to anyone
This is an absolutely wonderful practice filled with caring and kind clinicians.
Dr. Cage and everyone we have encountered at Town and Country Animal Hospital has been amazing!! Thank you to Dr. Cage for finally solving Winston’s ear problems and for taking such good care of our Senior Poodle, Oso!!! We are so happy that we found this veterinary practice.
My dog is not even a year old and we have seen four different vets in the northern VA area for his recurring ear infections. Dr. Hall at T & C was the ONLY vet that was able to properly diagnose my dog and explain to us why he kept having back to back ear infections, rather than just over charging us for the visit and sending us off with no answers. Dr. Hall also came out to our car (with a mask of course) to speak to us, which was a nice personal touch.Lastly, T & C was super attentive and nice enough to get me an appointment the same day after I explained how bad my pups ears were. So happy to have found a permanent vet for my pup. Highly recommend!
I took my cat to Town & Country yesterday as my vet was unhelpfuland received responsive, professional care for my cat who was in pain and distress(Not eating or drinking, with ear problems). He was treated within 15 of arrival and woke up this morning almost as good as new !!!!! His personality has returned ; asking to sit in my lap when I am reading and asking for food.I am grateful to Dr Alexandra Stocks for her excellent care.I look forward to having Town& Country be my newly found & favorite Vet.Thank you Jan
We have been using Town and County for over 20 years! Always treated our pets like they were their own! Highly recommended!!
Weve been coming to T&C for the past 6 months or so with a new first puppy. The office is clean and COVID-compliant. One of the most important aspects is the friendliness of the staff. They genuinely care about your pup, remember your pup from visits despite the volume they see and are patient to listen to questions and respond accordingly. They check all your charges with you before invoicing and there are no hidden charges/fees. Weve visited for general visits, neutering, and sick visits. All handled well.A couple of pieces of critique - the vets dont seem to check emails on their days off. When your pup was just seen for a major issue, that doctor should be available for follow-up questions. Its a huge hassle to ask the desk, for them to transfer the message, then transfer back a message. Also, in general, the doctors do not respond very quickly on email (4-8 hours typically, sometimes more). Isnt everyone glued to their phones/emails? Also, the current process is curbside service only. We have had a lengthy wait a couple of times (45 minutes after checking in), which hopefully clears up.Overall we are pleased with all our experiences/visits thus far to T&C.
I came here because my preferred vet was booked up and my puppy had a pressing health issue. They were very responsive and were able to fit my puppy in to get her checked out ASAP. The techs were great with handling her (as she gets nervous at vets) giving her a lot of praise and pets from the walk from my car to the office. After the exam, the doctor spent as much time as I needed explaining the issue/treatment course. I also received an itemized bill BEFORE getting charged (which my current vet does not do) and a courtesy phone call to discuss any billing issues. The appointment was at 9 and I was on my way home at 9:30. I am overall VERY pleased with the service and will consider making Town and Country my main vet.
First time visiting Town & Country! I was able to meet and have a visit with Dr. Jeff Jones. He sat on the ground with my 5 month puppy and checked him for the first visit exam playfully. He was very knowledgable(worked here for 20 years) and personable(sharing about his dog, personal experiences, etc). I asked him a lot of questions, and he answered them all. Somehow, he also was very efficient with time as he covered all that... I guess that really comes from experience. What also really impressed me was that he later came out to the lobby and went over the estimate(neutering and other procedures) line by line with me in-person. Usually, techs go over the bills/estimates, but I really appreciated him. I loved how the vibe of the entire hospital was not salesy but trying their best to recommend what my puppy really needs. Looking forward to getting neutering procedure and other treatments from here onward. Recommended!
Let me start by saying Dr. Davis Hall and Dr. Stocks are both very excellent Vets. The issue is we ended up seeing other vets for two pets, and they were not nearly as good, never seeming to read the other doctors previous notes. The big issue is the office has the worst communication I have ever seen. For example, our little Maltese who may have trachea issues or allergies {still evaluating } was having a severe episode of labored breathing. We called to have him seen as an emergency and of course, there is a $95 immediate cost. NO PROBLEM. We rush him in and it being during Covid they come to get him. In 25 to 30 minutes I receive a call from a Vet that I had never heard of asking me so what is wrong with his paw? PROBLEM !! She had no clue why he was there. An emergency visit !!I overlooked that and she was suggesting Hypoallergenic food to rule out allergies. I asked the cost of the food that she was suggesting and she said Chewy sells it for a lot less but Dr. Hall price matches.I paid for the food. When we saw the bill and it was $35 higher than Chewy. I called to have it corrected. Before I could complete my sentence the girl cut me off saying in a rude tone: WE DO NOT PRICE MATCH ! I tried to explain that the Vet { giving her the name } told me you do price match. She cut me off again and said she is not even on our staff, she only helps out when were busy as if to suggest she does not know policies. I then I got very upset and let her have it, admittedly. She said I am only a desk clerk !! I called back and asked for the manager and guess who it was transferred to ??? Yep, the same girl. I said isnt that convenient and hung up.I would have never written this review but we changed vets due to all of the above and some other issues. While reviewing records, I read the clerks completely distorted take of what happened that evening. I was shocked at the nerve she had in her disturbingly false report. Even speaking for the on-call Vet saying she said she never mentioned Benjis paw and never said a word about price matching. She said I should be fired as a client for yelling at her?? SO either the clerk lied for the Vet or the Vet lied. Either way, a terrible way to treat clients. Glad to have found a much better Vet.To keep complete transparency, Haley {SP?} The Client Manager {very nice} called me the next day after the incident and did the price match. That is fine but it should not have come to that point and the communication issues were too often to dismiss.
I love Town and Country Animal Hospital. First and foremost, I am always able to get an appointment for my sweet Desi and the follow-up is phenomenal. In addition, the front desk staff is consistently friendly and very helpful. While we have seen various doctors, I always feel like each one listens to my concerns and makes recommendations or provides the necessary treatments/medicine to address any issues without trying to charge me hundreds of dollars.
Update: lowering to 3 stars from previous 5. My cats developed a contagious upper respiratory infection within days of this visit requiring expensive emergency visits and treatments. This infection is transmitted from animal to animal and the only way they could have gotten it is if handlers did not perceive good hygiene or if they were exposed to sick animals (why would either of those happen?). I’m keeping the 3 stars because Dr. Jones was wonderful but I’m very disappointed that this visit made my cats so sick.My entire experience was excellent today! Very little wait time from when I arrived to when my animals were taken back for their curbside service appointment. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Dr. Jones even came out to the car to say hello since we had not met previously. He also caught an issue that previous doctors had missed and Im grateful that it can be addressed now. We normally visit Columbia Pike Animal Hospital because its much closer and Ive never met a cat who likes car rides, but I would definitely refer this facility and return myself. Thank you!
I love Town and Country! Everyone is courteous and professional. They go to great lengths to ensure that youre safe when you bring in your pets so you dont have to be concerned about COVID. Dr. Reed Hall is the best veterinarian. Hes knowledgeable and he provides me with all the information and options so I can make the best decisions, and I believe he really cares for my cats.
I had a very pleasant experience today and so glad I found you guys after calling 5 hospitals and the emergency room. None has availability and the emergency room would have made me wait outside in my car for 2 hours, which is ridiculous. I appreciate being seen immediately today and will likely come back in the future. Your price is also very fair and affordable. Thank you so much.
There is no one better than Dr. Hall. Hes been taking care of my pets for 35 years.
First apptmt with this practice. Overall a great experience but they requested a follow up apptmt for an ear check in a few weeks. I learned that there would be an additional $55 charge at that time! I strongly disagree with this charge. I work in dentistry and we do not charge our patients for follow up appointments after a procedure. Our patients greatly appreciate it!
Great service, great communication - lovely staff. I had a great experience. Service quick and easy and I love the hints on the best care for my dog.I go to Fairfax T&C because you have always been wonderful. I used to live near the Fairfax T&C, but have since moved to Arlington. I still go to Fairfax because I love the Vets and the Techs. Always friendly and loving toward my dog and me.
Id been taking my dog to a different vet in the field, and they have not resolved the issues that my older dog has been having. It got to the point that my wife and I were seriously having the How do we know its time to put him down talk. One visit to town and country later, and my dog is bright-eyed and bushy tailed. This is definitely the place to go if you dont want to be taking your pet back to the hospital month after month for the same issues.
Always a great experience. The facilities are great and well suited for animal care. The staff is courteous and efficient. The Vets are top-notch. Our specific experience has been with Doctors Stocks and Katsur and we love them both. We have been customers of Town and Country for over 25 years and it has always been great.
Moved to the area a couple years ago and needed to find a new vet for my dogs. I had taken my dogs to nearby groomer and she happened to be raving about Town and Country to a co-worker...so I had to interrupt and ask for the name and address. After coming the first time, I knew we had found “our spot”. Love the staff and care my dogs receive. Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!! Thank you!
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Stahl. She gave me peace of mind the moment I began speaking with her - knowledgeable, compassionate, down-to-earth. I trust her with my pet and know she has our best interest at heart. Thanks to all!
Everyone here was helpful and excellent at what they do. Great treatment of both of our dogs and very affordable for an animal hospital.
The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We were very worried about our pup and they were able to find time to see us the next day! The office is set up with 6ft markers and is very clean. The doctor we saw (Dr. Cage) answered all of my questions fully and completely. I didn’t feel like I was a last priority even though I knew they had a lot of patients to see today. We love it and will be visiting in the future for sure!
Amazing care! They are always available for questions and have a 24 hour office which is perfect. I’ve been able to get same day appointments when I call and I have never felt pressured to do testing that wasn’t immediately necessary. I found them through my sister who has three dogs and I bring my cat. I’ve recommended them to friends who have reported similar experiences. The staff has always been friendly, caring, and respectful of my time.
Dr. Hall is the best! We’ve gone to him for years. We also appreciate him coming out to talk with us during these uncertain times!
The Drs. Hall, (senior and son), are some of the most knowledgeable veterinarians Ive encountered in my 57 years as a pet owner. Maybe its genetic....I dont know, but theyre both gifted doctors. Ive put my trust in them for several decades and multiple pets. I highly recommend.
Really professional and attentive staff also with my first time bringing my dog I’m so impressed how fast and good they took care of my dog, thanks to them my dog is feeling much better!! Highly recommended!!
My family and I have used this practice, at locations in both Fairfax and Annandale, literally for decades. We get the best treatment for the best costs from the best doctors, with love and empathy. They understand people, family, and pets to ensure were all as comfortable as possible.
The team was beyond helpful and efficient. I was in and out so swiftly, and they took GREAT care and listened to my concerns. This was my first time taking my kitten to the vet, and the thought that I couldnt go in with her due to COVID-19 was dreadful. But Town and Country made it so easy, and I will definitely return because my kitten deserves the highest care!
The worst place to take your pet, the vets are most carless people, took my dog for tick removing three times because every time they missed one.
Dr. Cage and staff were great! Dr. Cage was very thorough and amiable with us and our 11-week-old puppy, but also very low pressure with suggestions and recommendations. Very clean and attractive, modern facility. We were in and out of our appointment very quickly. Definitely feel like we made a good choice in vets. Well be moving our 5-year-old Pugs vet care to here as well, as our previous vet was much more expensive, very limited office hours, and high pressure for procedures, treatments, and preventatives that we simply just dont need. Really glad we made the switch!
Poor communication, poor customer service, dog wrongly diagnosed, billing confusion, will not submit records to my insurance, switched vets. Have had pets all of my life and this was the worst practice I have ever been to.
BEST VET IN THE AREA, HANDS DOWN!
We love Town & Country, especially Doctors Davis and Reed Hall, at both locations. They’ve taken great care of all our dogs past and present and for family members’ dogs and cats for generations. Superlative!
Both Dr. Halls are terrific! They are the only ones I see, so I cant comment on the others. One of the things I like best is that they always follow up with a phone call after a few days to see how my pet is recovering. Very caring.
My puppy is in a different animal hospital right now with parvovirus. Given his symptoms, it was the first thing they tested for. Yesterday I took my puppy to Town & Country where he did not receive a parvovirus test. Instead, we had an x-ray. The only diagnosis we received was that our puppy had a crazy amount of worms. Ive followed up with my adoption agency. They are incredulous Town & Country did not do a parvovirus check. If Town & Country had given my puppy a parvovirus test yesterday, we could have begun treatment 24 hours earlier, before the puppy was passing blood. Moreover, we could have used the money from the x-ray to pay for better parvovirus treatment. Should my puppy survive, I will not be taking him to Town & Country Animal Hospital again.
As soon as you walk in to T&C you know your pet is in good hands. Everyone is so loving and friendly to their clients (both human and non-human). The facilities are open and inviting. My family has always brought our pets here and now that I have my own, I wouldn’t trust my dog’s care to anyone else. ❤️
I love how the staff and vet are super nice. Everything was explained well & easy to understand. They’re professional and super responsive. I’ll definitely comeback!
Great curbside vet service. The fact that the actual vet comes out and talks with you is a big plus and the vet techs/support staff are wonderful!! Keep up the good work!
The care your staff took to try to figure out what was making my dog unable to walk on one of his feet was outstanding. They took enough time and care to end up finding a tiny insect stinger between two of his pads. They didnt see anything at first, but when preparing him for an x-ray, they took another look and found the stinger --and that amidst all the hair on his feet! Then I remembered wed come across some bee-like insects on a walk, just before he started limping. Mystery solved!Very excellent work. Im so glad you all are there for us. Youve taken great care of our dog since he was a puppy and were really appreciative.
I have brought my pets to your office for 10 years . I feel my pets and I get top quality treatment. All vets are kind, responsive to pets needs and truly care for your pet and the owner . Thanks to all the doctors and staff for caring for my pets over the years .
We love bringing our boy here! Everything is always explained to us step by step, and they never recommend anything that’s not 100% necessary. Everyone is so nice and caring here!
An amazing place with wonderful staff that truly care for your pet. Fairly new to Town & Country, but I love it. Dr Hall is a wonderful veterinarian!!
This Vet is the best around. Family owned and employs Doctors that genuinely care about your animal. I drive past multiple Vets en route, and will continue to do so as long as I live within an hour or two of here.If you want a Doctor that will know and care for your family member then this is the place for you. If you dont care about your family member, then Im sure you can find someone else...
Its so strange to go for a first pet visit and not meet the vet and staff in person, but everyone was so kind and helpful. I just took home my new dog and wanted to get a consult with a vet. When we arrived, we phoned to let them know that we were in the lot waiting. Someone came out to take Milo into the hospital. A few minutes later, Dr Cage was on the phone to tell me that hes healthy! I explained that Im a new dog owner, so she was patiently answering my questions and gave me more information about the recommended treatment for the visit. We wrapped up with a plan on what he needs to stay being healthy and things to watch out for. After all was done, the receptionist called me to wrap up the visit and let me know the charges for the visit. They came out with his rabies shot record and his meds and we were done! All in all, we were in and out within 30-45 minutes.
Loved how they handled our dog. Was absolutely impressed on the military discount and match the price on flea treatment. They were able to set me up on comparable pet diet, for a much cheaper price. They also offer seniors citizen discounts.Great job guys!!
Dr. Stahl was amazing, she clearly loves her job and cares about her patients.
Dr Davis Hall is the best Veterinarian ever!! Our entire experience with the staff at Town & Country Animal Hospital was amazing. Thank you! Michael
Dr. Stocks is a fantastic vet. She has deservedly won several best veterinarian awards for Northern Virginia. She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in doing everything she can to help your pet. Most importantly, she truly cares and understands that your pet is part of your family. My 15 year old cat has continued to thrive despite living with chronic kidney disease for over two years, thanks to Dr. Stocks care.
My dog has been going here for 5 years and always receives excellent care. They also have very reasonable prices compared to other vets in the area and are frequently much cheaper. He has been treated for ear infections and had stitches in his leg. It was always done with care at a great price.
I love Dr. Spadaro. She takes her time and always answers all of my questions. All the employees are kind and caring. I feel my pup is getting the BEST care.Thank you T&C!
Ive used Town and Country Animal Hospita for years and Im always happy with how they treat my dogs and me.
The techs are great, but the people answering the phone dont have a clue what they are doing.
Staff is very nice and accommodating and Dr. Simpkins is WONDERFUL!
I felt very comfortable in your waiting area. I’m very impressed with what you are doing in these difficult times.
We have been taking our two cats here for years both for regular check-ups and when issues have arisen and wouldnt go anywhere else. Its easy to schedule appointments both in advance and as needed, most times weve been in same day if weve had an issue. The staff here is all wonderful and weve seen many of the vets!
Town and Country have a friendly staff that is knowledgeable and efficient. They are worth the very reasonable prices they charge.
Weve trusted our Standard Poodles to Town & Country Animal Hospital since we arrived here 5 Jun 2005. We were very fortunate for much of that time to have their care by Dr Charamaine, a friendly, genuinely caring and capable DVM, but who moved to NC. Our preference since has been to again have the stability of a go-to regular vet, stability missing until recent arrival of Dr Emily Spadaro who perhaps might fill that bill. Hope so. I dont look forward to have to move these guys and risk less friendly and caring.
Ive consistently been treated exceptionally by the Town & Country staff. Everyone is very helpful and have all been very accommodating during this coronavirus pandemic.
Zero stars everyone please read what your signing the receptionist told me I was signing what was discussed which was my precious baby Mia being spayed and having blood work fro pre opp which was not accurate it also had my darling Mia being microchip which I ended up finding out once I got a call from the Dr. As you can imagine I was very upset and overall nothing can be done nothing was done with the staff to do anything right about the matter and i ended up paying the fee to activate the chip. In another hand when I scheduled the appointment i mentioned i only want Dr. Stocks to perform the surgery and it ended up that another Dr. performed it. Overall please to who ever is thinking about Town and Country think twice
Today was our first visit with Dr. Hall and he was the best. The atmosphere was warm and inviting which exactly what you need when taking your baby to the vet. They were quick, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. The ladies at the front desk were very attentive and even gave me tips. It was appreciated. We left very very happy and will be returning.
Very unprofessional place. we have had our dog for a few visits, hes problematic and requires follow-up. First, we had to wait forever to get the results and diagnosis from the doctor (Courtney Katsur), then she would not respond to neither emails, nor voicemail while the condition of the dog was not improving). Lastly, the reception was so rude when we asked for the files as if we owed them something. I do not recommend this hospital as it is costly and neither you get the service nor it is worth the money!! so disappointing!
Dog chipped his back tooth and T&C was able to take him in immediately. Staff and Vets were nice and knowledgeable. Great first experience
Everyone was extremely kind and the vet took the time to hear my concerns and really explain my dogs reoccurring issue. This was one of the best vet experiences Ive had and I will definitely come back!
The best veternary services on the planet Barr None! The Dr.s Hall and their staff are truly the best anywhere. We have been going to them since the 1990s, and now travel over an hour to get there.
We switched to T&C after years of average and then poor experience as another area vet. T&C was distinctly different. Upon switching over to T&C we lost one dog and another became acutely ill, which required multiple surgeries (one at T&C and one at hospital). Even as new customers they gave us custom care and worked outside standard hours to support our pets. Outstanding.
Everyone was great, helpful and very kind and engaged with the pets. The techs interacted with the pets to make the dogs feel more comfortable and the vet, Dr. Spadaro also was great with my dog. Check out took a little longer but that was because the desk people explained all the charges, went over all the paperwork and other information with each client. They were respectful and very helpful - well worth any extra time. They also match prices for prescriptions and have military and senior citizen discounts.
I dont complain about anyone being rude or prices being too high. I care more about the treatment the patient is getting. I have a hard time trusting vets. I have had some bad experiences at all vet practices, but the main thing I want to see is CCTV so that we can keep an eye on our loved one when they are being treated in back. T&C often lets us go back, and we wont go to any vet that wont allow us to go back, but that is harder during Covid and it is also impossible when surgery is needed.Since we do often get to go back we feel uncomfortable with the level of cleanliness in the back. I have seen the surgery room and I have seen surgery happening with the door open to the larger room. Dust and dander can float around and go into the body of the patient, and things in general do not look clean enough, and sometimes even filthy. One time I expressed concern about sanitation of a procedure and I was told it did not matter because they would use antibiotics afterward. We all know how hard it is to trust doctors for humans and how often humans are harmed by bad medical practices, but since our non-human loved ones are considered property by law, veterinarians have absolute protection from most risks. I think this is all the more reason for a vet to want to be transparent. We should be allowed to view our loved ones over CCTV whenever they are in the care of the vet office. I asked for this and was denied.I also do not like the fact that all intake forms at all vet practices refer to me as an owner. While that is a legal term, a contract can be written in a way that avoids objectification. Most humans tell me they love their dogs like family. If that is true, why would you call yourself their owner? It reveals an attitude of objectification. I would like to see all vet intake forms edited to refer to the human as legal guardian and if owner is required by law on contracts it can be written legal guardian (legally known as owner). No one requires you to use objectifying language when you talk; that is a choice that reveals attitudes.I know that my canine loved ones would never carelessly leave me in the hands of someone with absolute power over me when I would be unable to tell them what happened to me. Anyone who feels confident that nothing bad can happen when you are not watching is someone who is in denial about the way humans work. There are too many horrendous legitimate malpractice suits to deny there is a problem. I was once in a skilled nursing home recovering from broken legs and I saw that I was getting better treatment then elderly patients who would not be believed and I often had to call to remind them to give me my medication and I saw a lot of unsanitary conditions. If humans are treating other humans this way, you can bet they are treating non-humans worse.
Today was our first visit to Town and Country with our new rescue dog, and we couldn’t be happier! We’re looking forward to a long and happy relationship with T&C and Dr. McGrath. Everyone was super nice and the facility is beautiful. Dr. McGrath fell in love with our little pocket pit, and I know we will receive consistently top notch care for many years to come. Thank you, Town & Country!
Dr. Davis Hall and team has taken care of my family pets for my entire life. Dogs, cats, a bunny, a ferret...this vet has treated them all with the most care, dignity, and respect we could ask for as a family. The office staff and back office loves animals and takes care of them as their own. And if you need emergency care, their sister location on Columbia Pike now has all access to your pets records so you can be sure they know what your pets history is. Look no further, this is your vet. I now travel from Stafford so my pup has the best care available.
We love Dr. Hall and all the staff. So many vets have sold out to corporate model but here you can still get loving and caring vets who are not driven by corporate bottom lines. This is the way veterinary medicine should be done!
Great service, always easy to get an appointment and good advise given about my dog.
From the booking of the appt., visit with Dr Davis Hall (remarkably sensible man who explained everything & provided us with multiple options), to check out... our visit was very personalized & great! Would certainly recommend!!! Dr. Davis Hall is a special man! So grateful we found him so quickly. Our 13-yr old dachshund seemed to really do well for him - dogs are the best judge of character 😉.
Love, love Dr. Bauer and Dr. Klein! My sweet, illness prone bulldog has required many a vet visit over the years and Town and Country has always been our office. Dr. Bauer and Dr. Klein have gone above and beyond when caring for my pup. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are!
Excellent service from the front desk to vet tech and lastly the veterinarian. Dr. Katsur was very friendly and made my dog, June, feel at ease during her checkup. Very happy with my appointment this morning. Thank you again.
I took my dog in with a visibly swollen anal gland and Dr. Courtney Norjen did and said everything to make me feel like she would do everything to make sure my fur baby would feel the least amount of pain possible. She also thought about my fur baby’s future given her age and recommended I bring her back in out of precaution. Another great experience all around.
Thank you for getting a same day appointment so Evelyn could travel with me on the plane. She can be downright beastly when it comes to shots & nails yet you were professional +++. Your prices were much less costly than my old vet and your care & service were the best. If I could rate you an 11+ I would!!
Wonderful veterinarian practice! The front desk people are responsive, efficient, and kind. Every Doctor, and I have seen many of them over the 50+ years I have been taking my pets there, are AMAZING! You will not find better care for your pets anywhere!
Dr Mcgrath was great and the new processes implemented in the thick of the COVID pandemic ran smoother than I’d have expected.
We took our dog potato here during covid times and they are very accommodating. As first time dog owners we had soo much questions but dr katsur (?i think that is her name) was very patient and answered all our questions even though she seemed swamped with patients. We got all her shots here. The front and the vet are very friendly! Highly recommend!Edit: we got a bill for 800 for a neuter surgery for our puppy with cryptorchidism. We didnt expect a bill that high since we were quoted on the phone around 400-450. We thought that was quite high as well, but because of covid, we couldnt find another option that made us wait a couple of month. I understand that over the phone is not completely accurate, but we just didnt expect a bill that high. cryptorchidism (undescended testicle) was an extra $381. I wouldnt recommend going for spay/neuter if ur pet has cryptorchidism unless you are willing to be 800$
Dr Davis Hall is one of the most caring vets you will ever meet. We have used T&C for more than 15 years and have never had a complaint. I would also like to say thank you to T&C for offering a military discount!
Ive been taking my cats to Town and Country for about 20 years, and I have always been very happy with the care they get. The vets are excellent and everyone there treats me and my cats very well. They were especially compassionate when I had to put my 18 year old kitty down last year. Highly recommended.
I have been going to Dr. Davis Hall for years and he takes such good care of my dogs. He is great at diagnosing any problems, and works with me to give them the best care within a reasonable budget. I highly recommend Town and Country Animal Hospital and Columbia Pike Animal Hospital.
I have been going to Town & Country for awhile now. I have several cats and 1 dog now. All of the doctors are great. They are caring and knowledgeable. This last visit was for my dogs annual physical. Dr. Bauer got on the floor to talk to Sasha. The doctor was very friendly with my nervous dog. She took the time to answer every question I had. And she took to time to try to calm Sashas nerves. All went well. I would highly recommend this vet practice.
After an emergency with my cat happened and my previous vet charged me a lot of money (made it seem like I had no choice). I made the decision based on recommendation to switch to Town & Country. As of 8-5-2019, my experiences have only been good. The staff and doctors are very caring and professional. The cost might be somewhat higher than some other vets, but I have not had sticker shock or been surprised by any unexpected charges. So far, so good.
Ive been bringing my pup here for a couple years now. The entire staff is knowledgeable and compassionate. Ive met nearly all of the doctors and have liked each one. The technicians and receptionists are also extremely helpful. They treat my dog with the same care that they would treat their own pets. They keep their facilities clean and their pricing is very reasonable. I simply can not recommend this place enough.
When kind care and knowledgeable staff matter, this is where you should go. Town and Country has been part of our family for many years and will continue to be. Having the 24/7 clinic close by at the sister vet, were confident the quality of care and records are always available.
The staff is always friendly even when i called panicking with a sick dog that needed to be seen today.
The quality and compassion of the Doctors is exceptional. They treat your pet as a member of their family. I highly recommend them for medical care. On the other hand, although their boarding facility is staffed by compassionate workers I wish the facility itself could be upgraded. That facility is not worthy of the outstanding care provided by this practice.
Dr Reed Hall is kind, empathetic, and a real pro. The practice has been a great partner to give our dogs a great life. Weve put our trust in Dr Hall since 1999, and highly recommend him and the practice!
The staff are very friendly, appointments are always available when needed, the vets are all super kind, caring, and knowledgeable!!
Everyone at the office is very friendly and worked to get my dog a same day appointment that worked for me. Dr. Cage spent a long time talking to me about my dogs injury and what I can do to help him heal and recover. Great experience, as always!
The team at Town and Country Animal Hospital is fantastic - very responsive and always a positive attitude. Special shoutout to Dr. Katsur for taking such great care of my pup!
The staff at Town & Country Animal Hospital are simply amazing! They are friendly, knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to help both the pet and owners. I couldnt imagine taking my pets to a better place.
