We had painters here for two weeks so there was a LOT of dust all over the place. The team was able to come the next day along with the upholstery cleaner. They were efficient and amazing!! Our couches, rugs, and chairs looked brand new from the upholstery cleaning and we could finally see the floor and our house again from all the dust being removed! I will definitely be using their services again and would recommend them to anyone!!

They did a fantastic job of my move out clean. I didnt have any additional charges from the apartment complex due to their great cleaning job because they were very thorough. Just make sure when you use them you are very clear about which services you are getting in your billing, and if there are any additional charges that crop up during the clean you need to make sure they send you an updated invoice. Other than that, no complaints and I would definitely recommend and use them again.

After trying to secure a previous service that was unresponsive, to put it lightly, I came across Next Day Cleaning. I called and was greeted by a pleasant customer service rep who was attentive and sought to understand what I needed. She scheduled me, and on the day of service, the two-person team arrived thirty minutes early and got to work. My house hasnt been cleaner! Im so satisfied, and Ill be sure to hire them again.

I called these guys to help clean my condo before sale. There was a good bit of mess from my dogs love to destroy paper items and the general mess of moving. They got my home market and move in ready. It was gleaming and spotless and could not have looked better for potential buyers. They did a wonderful job!

I was so happy with their service and the place ended up looking cleaner than I could’ve ever expected in only 2 hours. They even did the entire balcony which I hadn’t included in the description as I was planning on cleaning it myself. Very helpful and quick responses to questions as well.

The maid service that I had booked for a deep cleaning of a townhouse had to cancel two days out due to illness. This company was able to come on short notice to do a big job.Based on reviews I found this company. The townhouse is a rental. The tenants were messy. I am preparing to sell. With the carpets having been steam cleaned and the entire interior painted I needed a cleaning service who could make the place look new. Indeed, thats exactly what they did. In fact, the quality of the job was beyond my expectations.The team was very nice. They did the job exactly as requested and then some. I was simply blown away by the quality of their work.I could not recommend a company more highly. Theyre fantastic!!!

I scheduled for moveout cleaning for $99/hr. Maids came 4 hours late and there management is not responsible to inform me the delay. I had to call and check with them. I asked for 2 people $99/hr and they send 5 people who cleaned the house in 1.5hr, these guys charged me $650. This is how they cheat customers. They worked for 1.5hrs and claiming they worked for 3hrs. I didnt ask for extra people to come, without my consent they send more people and charging me. Please dont schedule with Next Day Cleaning. They are clearly cheating customer. Please dont trust this fraud company, I spoke to Manager Steve and he is not helpful and not taking any responsibility.

Updating this review based on the companys response:The first team the company sent out to clean my place was not very professional. They were supposed to do a deep cleaning, as we just moved into our house and I recently had a baby.The cleaning did not start on a good note. I asked the company to have the crew call me when they arrived. They did not call and instead, when they got to the house, started banging on the doors. My baby was startled and woke up.They did not do a deep cleaning; we had to ask them multiple times to do items and they still missed several things. They seemed like they were in a rush to clean as well. In addition, they did not communicate well; unfortunately I dont speak Spanish and the team spoke little English. We could not communicate with each other. The biggest frustration for me was that I had hoped to have the team take initiative and do the deep cleaning items reflected on the website (i.e. cleaning the fridge, fans, baseboards, etc), but they did not do a thorough job at all.I called Next Day Cleaning to express my disappointment at the service, and they sent out a new team the following week. The new team was fantastic. The office texted me about 40 minutes before the team arrived; the cleaning team had excellent communication skills and were very thorough in their cleaning. They even organized items for us. It was a huge difference between the first and second team. The team was so good that I have set up a reoccurring cleaning with them.Giving 4 stars instead of 5 since I initially had a bad experience. The customer service was really good though, and theyve now earned me as a loyal customer.

I was leaving the area on short notice due to a reassignment at work in Feb 2021 and needs to get my apartment in order before going. I booked the maid service and the carpet cleaning service. The day of the cleaning service, we had a lot of snow in the DMV and the roads were treacherous. Despite this both the maids and the carpet techs managed to get to my place and they did the most thorough and fantastic job. Utterly professional and would have no hesitation to use again.

We had requested and paid for a deep clean but did not receive a deep clean. We had an additional issue that needed to be addressed which ownership did assist with which was helpful although there was much to be done in the house after the deep clean service. Our standard clean 2 weeks later was more thorough than our deep clean.

I hired Next Day Cleaning for a same day cleaning before I had visitors in town for the weekend. They were very responsive over text message, easy to book in a pinch, on time, and did a fantastic job cleaning my house. The cost was very fair as well. I will definitely be hiring them again!

They did a great job -- the condo was sparkling clean and they were very thorough, they cleaned the refrigerator, all the drawers and shelves and the bathroom looked great. Cleaning professionals were lovely. They asked me if I paid for one or two hours on arrival, and I stated that I had not paid yet and would pay for the amount of time it took, as I was provided an hourly rate. They arrived on-time and started right away. An hour and a half later, they were done. I proceeded to write a check for an hour and a half, verifying with the cleaning lady, and she said, I dont know - whatever you agreed on. ...called her boss, and handed me the phone. At this time, he tells me theres a two hour minimum. He says he told me this on the phone before, which he didnt. Then, he tells me its their policy, which it obviously isnt if your maid asked me if I paid for one or two hours. Then, he tells me it was stated at the bottom of the email. And I said, Ok, if it was stated at the bottom of the email, I dont have a problem paying, whatever. So, I checked my email, and it WASNT. Then, he said its on their website...so I checked, and it WASNT. I said I would pay on what we agreed and wrote the check for an hour and a half. He told me he was going to call the cops, and I welcomed him to. His name was something like Omar. Then, he asked me to screenshot the emails and send it to him via text, so I did -- and he replied back with, Enjoy your $39. $39 to me is $39. But if you pull that on every one of your customers all day long, that adds up. Extremely untrustworthy man....and in addition, rude. And unprofessional like no one Ive ever dealt with. Lastly, when I walked back into the apartment about 8 hours later, it smelled like a barn. The apartment was empty and clean, to begin with. I dont know what was up with the cleaning supplies/solutions used -- but it was foul. I will NEVER. EVER. again.

The two cleaners were punctual and professional. They got right to work and did an amazing job, the house was spotless. We were very impressed with how thorough they were, the house smelled and looked amazing. We were also impressed how they knew to not use strong suction vacuums on some rugs and not to drench our hardwoods with water when mopping. We love our furniture, and they took care of it while cleaning. We will be setting up a reoccurring service!

Great experience - the office is very responsive to calls & emails and they always follow up as promised. They did a great job with the carpet cleaning (in-depth cleaning due to previous pets) and cleaning hardwood and tile floors... the tech was personable and very knowledgeable & experienced... would totally use again.

When they say next day, they really mean it! I needed a move-out clean, and the company I had scheduled to do it cancelled on me 2 days before. I contacted Next Day Cleaning and they got 2 people out at 7am on my originally scheduled clean date. In 3 hours, my place was sparkling clean, including the carpets, and ready to hand back to my landlord.The cleaners were very friendly, thorough and efficient, and they wore masks the whole time, as far as I know. The guy who did the carpets even threw in some disinfectant for free - doing his part to contain the spread of COVID-19.Would definitely recommend for a move-in or move-out clean.

Omar was very helpful in setting up our initial deep cleaning service and following up afterwards. The price was good and the team who came to our home did a great job! They both wore masks, which I really appreciated and helped me feel confident about bringing someone into my home. We used Next Day Cleaning Service for a deep clean of the carpets and a whole apartment cleaning before we moved out. The gentleman cleaning the carpets was a true professional -- he showed up a few minutes early, explained what he was doing as he did it, and was proud of the work he did. The ladies cleaning were over an hour late, but did a nice job cleaning when they got there. I would suggest making sure to ask that the cleaners get there before the carpet cleaner so that you can leave your place with the finished look of the carpet cleaners, but they did a nice job with the whole thing.

The cleaning staff did an excellent job for both my move-out and move-in cleaning last weekend. They came one time and had to work longer than I originally booked, but that’s because they did a thorough cleaning- left both houses sparkling. Also you really can’t beat the price. I called several other competitors and this by far was a more affordable rate- especially with their specials online. Omer (owner/manager?) was very good with communication. I highly recommend!

I requested a move in cleaning for today & the ladies did a great job for the most part but a lot of corners were cut. Blinds in the kitchen were left unwashed, door handles out to the deck we’re still soiled, stove top is still dirty & they were ready to walk out the door when I noticed the range in the kitchen was still caked with grease. She cleaned it quickly & left. I had to go back & finish her job. I paid over 200 for a job where I had to go back throughout the house & finish. I’m not happy about that! I hired a team so I didn’t have to do this after moving across the country. I don’t like to micromanage people but I feel like I should have made sure they cleaned all the parts of the home that should be pretty standard and routine.

This place charged my card $300 after they said it took 4 hours to clean a house that was already moved out of and empty. The sad part is before I lost my job I used them as the weekly cleanings because I lost my job and cancelled I called them because I knew them. I checked my card and the charged me over $100 more than the quotes I got from other places. So yes they will tell you their hourly rate is lower and it is but the problem is they’ll take twice the amount of time so they can charge you more. My best advice use the other places literally at the very least you will save yourself some money. Not to mention when I called to complain because I got that amount charged(while I was thinking I had saved my money) my landlord told me that it wasn’t completely cleaned which cost me even more and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, I’m telling you that you will regret it.

Next Day Cleaning has been cleaning my house weekly since 2013! Every week 2 people come, spend about 2 hours, and leave a spotless and sparkling home! Several of the cleaners are regulars and we have come to know them well. Other weeks they are apparently unavailable so others come. Im always surprised that the new crew seems to know the specifics of our home. We occasionally ask for special services or to skip a week; never a problem with these requests. We have been preparing our house for sale and they have been invaluable in helping with this: deep cleaning, carpet cleaning (including those spots!), and final tasks such as wiping out all cabinets. Omar and his cleaning team went beyond and above from start to finish. Maids arrived first then carpet cleaning technician called when he is on the way and showed up later on. This is a difficult review to write. The ladies who cleaned were punctual, efficient, and thorough in their work. We had our home cleaned on a bi-monthly basis for three years. When we moved to our new home, we wanted to continue the service. Unfortunately, the men who came to deep clean our carpets and tile floors caused so much damage to the home, that we are still dealing with repairing the tiles and cabinet baseboards 7 months later. Because of the confrontational and unpleasant way the move-in cleaning was handled, and the fact that they still charged us over a thousand dollars for it, we felt we had to terminate our service contract with the company. I was so disappointed in the way things were handled at the management level; it just seemed like our three year relationship was not valued at all. And I am still sad that we had to let go of the ladies who had become close with my family. We have since moved on to other cleaners.

Nextday was a great choice! I have a rental townhome. Tenants left without cleaning up well. Two great ladies came in and made it look ready to show. Dusted, cleaned, bathrooms, kitchen, fridge, Everything. It would have taken me at least 3 days to get it ready to show and they did it in 6 hours. I highly recommend using for move-out!

Cleaning ladies arrived on time and stalled to complete the task of cleaning the kitchen. Services agreement were made for 2 hours of cleaning and several times I requested the cleaning lady to start in the kitchen, she stalled to clean the kitchen to extend the cleaning time. When I spoke to Omar he was unprofessional and unaccountable for his employees not following directions, yelled and constantly talked over me. I requested to pay online he did not have services set up to take online payments. In addition to this the cleaning ladies left the bag of trash behind. Omar behavior was low class unprofessional and mimic the behavior of an unsavory troglodyte. NEVER AGAIN

WELL, because of COVID-19, I didnt have the Next Day Cleaners come for 2 two-week visits - but I did pay them - to help out. BUT the house got really bad, floors, not good. And my dog was coughing. SO... they wore great PPE and they came and cleaned the floors and all. SO much needed. We are all breathing better now and all is good. They did a great job and it was extra work! Thanks for being there to keep my house going - since I am in it all the time for now - me and three dogs! THANKS ALOT. I can make a few more weeks probably!

The worst cleaning service ever— bathroom tiles, window sills, outside of appliances, etc, etc, were not done. When they had “finished” and I pointed out the the bathroom floor had not been cleaned at all, one lady took a rag, rinsed it with water and wiped the floor, but not around the base of the toilet, and did not use any actual cleaner. Cabinets in the bathroom were not touched, a built-in shelf between the kitchen and dining area was not wiped, they did not vacuum around the base boards, etc. The bathroom lady said that orange stains in the refrigerator would not come off, but I sprayed regular cleaner liquid, and it came right off— I don’t think she used anything but water to “clean”— literally the worst “cleaning” service ever— had to spend hours cleaning my place after they left. Hired 2 ladies for 2 hours for a move-out clean.

The two ladies that came into clean my home did a great job. The only complaint I have is that they thought I didnt understand Spanish and kept babbling rudely about how Im asking them to do more work. I hired them for 2hrs and intended to use those 2hrs usefully. They wanted to leave earlier than 2hrs I guess. So please know most people these days understand Spanish very well even though we dont look like we do. So please be careful when you speak.

We hired Next Day Cleaning for a move out service on our house. A second story window has an air conditioning unit in it. They opened the window without holding onto the unit, so the A/C fell out and smashed to the ground and destroyed it. They actually tried to put the A/C back in the window, even though it no longer operated and was arguably a fire hazard. They didnt say anything about it until we found that the unit was damaged and unworkable. They refuse to replace the unit they destroyed and refuse to accept any responsibility. I will never use this company again.
