IDN I can’t speak highly enough about Sandro. Him and the crew are great. Still talk to the guy once in a while when I need advice on remodels. He knows his stuff and is always willing to help. Done 4 remodels for me now and all great results. They’re totally worth every cent you pay for their work.

Sandro and his crew just finished finishing my basement and we couldnt be happier with their work. We never had the basement finished and finally got around to it. Were really happy with the basement and how they turned it into a great family space for us.

SVC is one of the highest quality contractors in the DC area. Ive had them out to do 2 different projects. i cant say enough about the crew. All the guys are very respectful and listen to your thoughts. I ended up spending a little more on the second project on Sandros ideas but it all worked out to be worth it.

We got a remodel on our house and added a room on the East side of the house to expand a little. Were extremely happy with what we had done. The people that came in and worked are really good and respectful workers.

Sandro and the construction team added a room to the back of our home and finished the basement at the same time. Same group of guys doing both jobs. Crazy watching them work it all out and get it done so quick. They got it down how to do more than one job at a time. I just sat and had coffee and watched the magic lol. Great company.

This construction company is top notch. They come out locked and loaded! They tore through my basement finished the underpinnings and all. Great job. Will def call SVC if I need anything else.

Very disappointing experience. I had to tell Sandro when the roof wasn’t built properly, and the house was leaking. I had to tell him that the gas line installation wasn’t done right because it was leaking gas. I had to tell Sandro when the HVAC exhaust vents were not properly vented. And then to add insult to injury, he has refused to come honor his warranty after the project is done. I had windows leaking water. Exterior trim around doors and windows is coming off. Overall not a good experience. I had to hire other contractors to come fix problems with Sandro’s work. If I could do everything over, I would have hired someone else. Sandro ended up being so much more expensive from the extra time it took, the additional workers I had to hire to fix his work that fell apart, and the headaches. Buyer beware.

We had our bedroom remodeled by SVC. They went above and beyond as far as service. My husband didn’t want to but I ended up getting the bathroom updated as well. We got an addition to enlarge the bedroom and a beautiful new bathroom.

SVC Homes LLC does everything. We had Sandros guys come in and totally remodel our garage and turn it into a game room for the kids and their friends. They did awesome work and we werent really looking much just finishing the insulation, some carpet, etc. But were really happy with their work.

I hired SVC Homes LLC to build an addition onto my home last year and they did an amazing job. Very professional company with good workers. They talked to me at every step and made sure they were doing what I wanted. Didnt expect such good service from a construction company.

I flip a few houses every year to top off my income and I use Sandro to do some of the work. They are a very professional company and they do all the work to your expectations. They are the guys to call if you need anything remodeled or repaired.
